Showed up on time, very quick to pack and move our huge couch, bed, dresser, and a big desk. Drove it an hour and a half away and got everything where it needed to go when they got there. Paid by time and didn't have to worry about weird little charges. Fair and efficient. My wife and I didn't worry about anything even though we usually do. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this company. The guys were professional, polite and handled everything very carefully. The price was quite reasonable.

Hands down! best movers in the north east area, I've used borntomove 4 times. They arrived late only once and they gave 10% off for their mistake. No surprises at the last minute, no complaints about heavy stuff, etc. If you are looking to move in north east look no further.

We found Born to Move through Yelp approximately 5 years ago. Since then we have used them for moving items 4 different times (to storage and into various homes). They have always been WAY faster than expected, and the price has been very fair. Will probably continue to use them anytime we need items moved.

Ruslan and Igor were very professional, quick and took care of our furniture in an efficient way. They also moved my sister earlier and their kindness and attention to detail was immaculate. I would highly recommend them.

Vlad and Igor did the moving for us. Both were very professional and efficient, did our loading and unloading in just 3.5 hrs for a 2bhk apartment. Really grateful to have them today. The company seems very ethical, they broke something minor and did give a discount for it. Also the policies, price, terms etc. are very clear and you can have the piece of mind and trust them.

Responded immediately and were able to move cross-country in one week - only moved my things; I didn't even have to share a truck. They took extreme care in packing and unpacking, never complained when moving into a 3-bedroom walk-up and were a great value - less than all the other quotes I received. I can't overstate how easy Born to Move was to work with and what a great job they did! Booking was easy, and when I had to change the dates, they were completely accommodating. I had a multi day move with several pick up locations so I ended up working with two different crews. At first I thought we got lucky with such nice, professional, capable, hard working guys but the second crew was exactly the same. They handled everything with extreme care, they were personable and helpful and made the move so easy! Absolutely top notch!

Born to Move was so easy to work with from setting up a date to the final item made it to storage. Alex and Vlad were my team and did they work hard. They were so professional at all times. There were a few moments of panic on my end that not everything would fit in the storage unit, but they very carefully "tetris"ed it all in. After a nightmare scenario of a different large name moving company standing me up on the day of my move I found Born To Move online. A quick call explaining my dilemma and the need for a last minute next day move and I was set for everything just roughly 12 hours later. The movers arrived early and ready to go handling a difficult move through and old home with lots of corners and narrow doorways.

This company y saved me and there coats were lower than the horrible company who left me high and dry the day before. Would recommend this company to anyone in the area who is Moving!

Great moving experience with this company! They were very responsive, on time on moving day, and took good care of my belongings. They helped me move some of my heavier boxes down into storage, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Very efficient and reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend!

Born to Move was the best investment I ever made! My partner and I were moving from Boston to Chicago, and the Born to Move team made it that much easier. Alex was very responsive with our quote and final booking, the two team members were incredibly professional/efficient/effective and packed up our whole one-bed apartment in ~3 hours on a Tuesday.

Our items never left the van they were packed in, and the team drove it straight from Boston to Chicago the next day. Thursday morning, two more guys arrived at 9 on the dot and had the whole thing unloaded within 2 hours! Will definitely recommend BornToMove to anyone in the future.

We used Born to Move to move from Cambridge to South End. They were extremely communicative and easy to work with. They also took great care of our items (including wrapping woods furniture in moving blankets), and they even hauled our sofa through our second floor window because it wouldn't fit up the staircase. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Had a great experience with the team here for a long distance move. I needed a specific COI for my building and they were responsive and quick to prepare all necessary documents. The move itself was stellar. They were on-time, friendly, and careful with all my belongings.

First, Born to Move had the best prices I could find for MA. But the real reason I am giving five stars is because of the exceptional professionalism and customer service I got from Juan and Nixon. It was just the two of them for my small move so I was worried about how long it would take but these guys hustled and made moving my 30 boxes look easy.

They went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed where I needed it and were super polite and communicative. And they did it all with a kind smile. Nixon and Juan deserve a raise for delivering excellent customer service and efficient moving service! Hopefully I don't have to move again soon but if I did I would request these gentlemen by name. Highly recommend Born to Move- I imagine they train all their guys to be as helpful and hard working as Juan and Nixon were!

We moved in June 2021. Both our personnel were competent, helpful, polite sufficiently strong, and knowledgeable. They handled our French oak buffet with ease. They brought plenty of packing material for furniture like blankets and tape. They did everything right. No complaints.

The movers were punctual and moved rather efficiently. The manner was great and respectful. I was quoted a flat rate for an out of state move from Boston to Philly and was pleased with their service. For the first leg, they had 3 movers. For the second leg where it was an apartment building with no stairs, however, only 2 movers were assigned to the job. And I had to help out with the move since it started getting late and I felt bad for the guys. Hope they could improve on that in the future. Will use their service again.

Best move I've ever had so far. We moved from a tiny apartment in Beacon Hill Boston with narrow streets for parking and 4-5 flights of narrow stairs, and the moving guys (Dimitri team) moved everything quickly, safely, and efficiently. They were also on time/a few minutes EARLY, which was amazing. We just had an in-town move, so the whole ordeal only took a few hours and I didn't worry about a thing.

They came prepared with furniture pads and took care of my furniture and even dissembling a couch that was a hassle to get up the stairs the first time we moved in. Leading up to the move, Alex was very quick to respond via text to my inquiries, which really put my mind at ease leading up to the move. I had a feeling they would actually show up on time (not a guarantee in NYC/Boston at all), so I was not worried about anything.

Because they charge by hour, the move ended up being cheaper than expected - and they didn't dally to try to extend their time either. We will be booking with Born to Move for our next move for sure!

Needed help moving expensive furniture that was purchased from Ethan Allen and was worried about damages, cracks in the wood, and chipped paint happening to my furniture. Born to move excelled my expectations. They did a superb job and took their time when packaging my furniture, yet were extremely fast and efficient with the move itself. Definitely recommend if you are looking to move within New England.
