This company remains horrible, with horrible people working here & absolutely nothing but scam artists. Stay away from them!

I paid for movers for my mom. They didn't just take their time because they get paid by the hour. They asked when necessary. They were in and out which is exactly what you want from mover's GREAT JOB!

I first used Champion Movers around 2 years ago. They were the absolute best. They were punctual, friendly, clean and actually got me moved in much less time than I had anticipated. I have referred many people to them, including my parents and everyone of them has thanked me. I moved again recently and in bringing a reclining love seat into the house a hinge on one end got damaged by the movers and it would not recline properly.

It was a Saturday afternoon around 4:00 and I called the office and reported it. That evening around 6:00 while taking a break the doorbell rang. When I answered the door there was a nice older gentleman with a tool box that said he was there to fix our furniture. I was very impressed with that and it has worked fine ever since. I would highly recommend Champion Movers to anyone. It was a great price and a great experience for both of our moves.

We arranged to use Champion Moving when we moved into our new house. From the first communication, we felt as if our property would be handled with care. On moving day, the crew arrived on time and ready to work. All three of the guys were exceptionally polite and respectful. They were careful in handling all of our property. They were quick and efficient in loading, transporting and unloading our furniture and boxes. We would very much recommend Champion Moving!

I never write bad reviews, but this is warranted. The movers were actually very good, but they scratched my flooring and they are denying to pay for the damages, because you sign a waiver that doesn't hold them liable for minor damages, however, the damage is NOT minor, may cost me thousands, yet they are holding to the waiver. When I get an estimate, if it is thousands, I will plan on taking legal action. Beware of the unethical practices of this company. It is also unfortunate for them, because I had two more moves coming up and I would've used them again if they had handled this professionally.

We booked Champion Movers for our house move this weekend. Everything went so smoothly and helped the move to be less stressful. The 2 guys who came were so polite and courteous. They handled our furniture with such care and attention as if it were their own. They left no sign of being present in either home which was just fantastic. The ease of booking was brilliant and the communication was second to none. I would highly recommend this company for your move! Truly professional!

I had the best experience with Champion Movers for my move. It was my first time hiring movers and they were very responsive with the initial quotes and scheduling, they even let me reschedule my move to 1 week earlier than originally planned. On moving day - they arrived right on time, very quick to haul everything out and careful to pad and protect large furniture items like our couches, dressers, and flat screen TV.

Everyone was very respectful and wore masks throughout the move as requested. Overall a great value moving company, I recommended them to all my friends and family and I would not hesitate to contact them again the next time we move!

The process of moving my belongings from the Las Vegas was hassle-free and after keeping my belongings and furniture safely in their storage facility for 7 months, the service of transporting everything to my new home was again, exceptional. Both office staff and the removals team were friendly and highly professional as well as being understanding and considerate during what can be a busy time for home movers. They worked quickly and with care, were punctual and reliable. Wouldn't move house again with anyone else!

In order to have a pleasant experience with no stress, I chose Champion Movers according to so many positive reviews I read about them. The team I worked with was very friendly, enthusiastic and showed up promptly. When they showed up, I saw they were ready to work and they started packing and moving my pieces of furniture immediately.

They were extremely nice, professional and efficient. All my belongings were intact when we arrived at the final destination. I really cannot say enough great things about them. The price was also great as well as their service. I highly recommend them.

Champion Movers was great from start to finish. Mike was very accommodating and attentive to our moving needs. On moving day, the movers showed up on time at 8 am like they said. The guys got right to work and moved quickly. They were nice, respectful of our things, cautious, and got us loaded and unloaded without issue. They put things in the right rooms at our new home, reassembled our furniture, and were hands down the best at what they do. I would highly recommend Champion Moving and would use them again in a heartbeat. You guys are the best!

I used Champion movers for the first time back in the end of January. We had never used movers before but were recommended here by a friend. We moved a small apartment. It was just mostly the big stuff. Our movers were Tommy, Ryan and Chris. They were AMAZING! 100/10 recommend! All 3 gentlemen were so nice and professional. They did a walk through with me before hand.

We have two dogs that were barking at the new faces and worried when all our stuff was being moved. Each of them were so kind and gentle with them making sure they were comfortable as well. While they were packing and taking our stuff they were very gentle and professional. They did everything so quickly. I was left with my mouth wide open. I was in shock.

When we got to our new place it was the same experience. They were kind, gentle and friendly. Swiftly moved everything in our new place. Nothing was broken, no damaged items. If you are planning on using them. I recommend the gentlemen that helped us out! Thank you for making the horrific moving experience easier!

If the company's driver damages your property or neighbor's during a job, management has made It crystal clear that they will not fulfill a claim even after providing video surveillance, pictures, multiple eye witnesses and a quote of estimated cost of damages. Please keep that in mind before trusting this place to move your belongings.

Pshh. this place is a joke. Trust me, they'll take your money and run with it. I've had problems with my delivery, it's been more than a year and I'm still waiting for a call from the owners of the company for some sort of resolve. Tonya (sorry excuse for management), promises that "her bosses will get back to me". yeah, ok. Message me on Yelp and I will give you all the details.

I was referred to Champion movers for my move. I have many nice furniture pieces and I was so nervous for this move. I called a week before the move and set up the moving date. The company was very responsible, on time, and very quick. The 3 men that came were very careful with my furniture and overall. They didn't ruin anything, because every time I had to move, something always got damaged. The 3 men crew were Dagoberto, Alpha, and Daniel. All 3 were very responsible and I would definitely use them again. 5star!

Horrible service, lost my furniture! Couldn't reach anyone! I've moved many times and used many movers, NEVER WOULD I USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

The whole move was a complete disaster. The guys weren't even capable of lifting a dresser. They caused damages to the walls. One of the guys was on the phone the whole time. They complained about having to move furniture and would roll their eyes. The manager I spoke to didn't offer any help than to file a claim to repair the damages and said the work ethic and attitude of the movers isn't their responsibility. Edit: it's been a week now and I still haven't received a resolution or information on how to file a claim for the damages.

We were very happy with Champion Moving, from the moment we called them for an estimate. Everyone I spoke with, both on the phone and in person, was friendly and professional. They were also very accommodating when we had to slightly change the time of the move because of issues with our Uhaul rental. The two moving specialists came prepared and ready to go. They completed the move much more quickly than we expected! The pricing was fair and I really liked the pricing match policy. Thank you, Champion Moving!

We have used Champion Movers three times in the last decade. They have been amazing, efficient, professional and easy going each time. Our crew this time of Tommy, Ryan, Chris & Darnell worked as hard and as smooth as I have seen. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the future calls for it.

This company was hands down the best. The communication from day one was fantastic. My movers were thorough, respectful and treated my belongings with care. As a real estate agent who was moving my personal home, I will go on to recommend them to all my clients. I loved how the billing by the hour works.adds value to the move, as I am not overpaying. Great team of men who did my move.

I wanted to say thank you for all the excellent service, honesty and punctuality. The move was really efficient and all of my belongings were packed and moved safely and ahead of schedule. They were great. Unlike other moving companies the did not scratch or damage a sing one of my belongings. They were very friendly and showed up early. I had the pleasure of speaking to the owner, Moshi, who is an incredibly cool guy. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will absolutely be using them again as well as recommending them to everyone I know. Their pricing is on par with other movers.

Two weeks ago the mover I had made an appointment with didn't show up or call. I called Champion Moving service at the last minute and they were able to send out 4 movers right away. They quickly packed hundred of books, lots of very expensive vases and numerous fragil glass items. To my surprise nothing was damaged during the move. The men were great to work with and I'm called them 3 times since the main move

This 'company' remains shady, unprofessional & dishonest. Stay away from these people. They're simple bad people looking to take full advantage of customers. They will lie to you in order to get your business. They will over promise & extremely under deliver.

If you care about your furniture and personal items you want to do your research. Be aware the owner is writing fake 5 star reviews on google! A good idea is to read what BBB has to say about them as well as yelp reviews and all the other sources on the web. I believe any movers are better than champion movers. Very detailed from start to finish. Very responsive to calls and questions. The driver and installers were very friendly. I would recommend for local moves. Price seemed in line with other movers. We had some very heavy furniture and the installers worked as a team. They were very careful.

Mike and Santos were punctual and very professional. They made my fiance and my life much easier with the moving help! Our apartment is challenging to move in/out, and it didn't help that the elevator was out of commission. But they came to the rescue and helped move all of that our stuff out in an efficient and careful manner.

Great Workers and Great Service. We moved to California with in transit storage of up to 7 months. The team that packed our house did a great job with all of our goods. Thank to Alex, Moshi and Eran for quick responses and making sure all went smooth. We scheduled the delivery of our stuff so they came on time and everyone was very professional. This is an update of my original review. I am still mad at this company and still never received the tv they "lost" during my move and promised to find. In addition, I discovered more broken stuff after my original post. Like my new vacuum didn't work after it was moved. I am still thinking about reporting them to the appropriate federal agency for using child labor (see original review).

They're awful human beings! Complete thieves! They have no intention of delivering your belongings.until u pay the ridiculous amount they demand AFTER you sign a contract for a completely different amount! Suddenly they "no longer serve your area"? But when they were hired "my area" was no problem! Wtf?! This company is a complete and total scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Not if u want ur stuff!

On November 20th after delivering the property of new neighbors down from us the driver did not seem to be able to maneuver from the cul-de-sac so decided to exit the sub-division by going in reverse. While doing that he went over our neighbor's driveway and the truck/trailer went over the curb and over our water main. That caused a break in the water main and a repair of $985.

Even when we have an eye witness ( also caused some damage to her property) that called them and informed them, numerous pictures, etc. including truck tire marks (2 inches deep) Mercedes said the owners would not pay unless we had a picture of the truck going over the curb. I included additional information and film which shows the truck backing out slowly. I have heard nothing and we are in the process of taking legal action, and any other recourse we may have.

Horrible company do not use them they do not care about getting your stuff on time they are not an honest company and will load your stuff up and put it wherever they want and when they decide to give it to you they might get it to you. If you want to see your stuff in your new home do not use this company!

I have moved a few times in my life, but this was my first big cross country move. We had to relocate because of work, and we had just purchased most of our big ticket items within the last 4 months, so we decided to move them instead of selling and getting new pieces. Although I had a great conversation with the sales representative, the actual experience could not have been more awful.

Not only did the people who picked up the items from my house include TRASH (like open cans of paint trash that had been specifically called out to not include as it was TRASH), the movers who delivered our items didn't want to hire another person (being cheap) and they ended up ripping our mattress and cover because they pushed it up the stairs instead of carrying it in the mattress bag.

They snapped our wicker chair because they had thrown something heavy on top of it thinking it would support it. And (surprise) those open cans of paint that they included in a trash box? They spilled open! Comforter, pillows, couch, ruined with acrylic paint and ripped from being dragged up the stairs. When I reached out to the representative, she said she would call me back and to text her the pictures so she could start the claim.

After 2 months? Still nothing. I had to call back 3 times and finally someone else tells me "just go to the website and file the claim". I could've done that weeks ago! Lastly, we go through the claims process. After waiting 4 months, we are reimburse $100 for all of the damage because "owner packed boxes". We never packed that box! So trash.

Never again. I've been telling all of my friends moving to avoid this place like the plague. It would've been cheaper to just buy brand new stuff since we had to replace these items Anyways. I am so disappointed.

The mover threaten my life because I asked him to be careful with a dolly cause he almost hit my ankle on the sidewalk. The mover told me you watch it homie, you want me to F__K you up? They were moving items out of an apartment in Los Ange

This company came highly recommended. The movers showed up earlier than expected. Rented the truck and 4 movers. Was amazed at how fast they had my 3 bedroom house loaded up. They wrapped all my furniture with blankets and tape. Moved to a 3 story home & these men had to carry boxes & furniture to all different levels including our rooftop. Impressed with them and recommend again. Will use them again in the future for our next move.

Your services are the worst! You KNOW nobody has any recourse against you because of your signed documents so you test their property like garbage (well, it's garbage by the time it gets to their new place!). Worse than that, my items were held for ransom until I paid an extra $1500 upon delivery! Have you ever heard of anything so insanely crazy?!

No phone call about how there's going to be an extra charge or even why! They show up to deliver the furniture 2 days later than promised and then say I owe an extra $1500. Are you kidding me?! So in order to get my stuff back I had to pay the money. C R O O K S

I would never give this place even a chance. The manager Lauren became very loud and hostile when asked her to repeat something. Lauren said I answered that 12x Really! I asked her something else. Lauren said are you stupid? I can't help it, you don't know Math. She refused to let me talk to who was over her, which was the owners! I asked her what is the cancellation process.

She said she will not schedule me if I may cancel! So, they lost my business. Lauren probably has lost business for them because of her attitude. I hope the owner listens to the tape. 6-24-21 6-24-21

Where to start, I was moving from Nevada to California and was looking for a helpful and reliable moving company that wasn't going to take advantage of me. I had called ahead of time to go over pricing and how long it would take. I had told them my delivery date that I would like to receive my belongings and they said it was doable. They had explained to me that it would be delivered at that time because they weren't too busy with other deliveries.

So I was under the impression it would be on time and it ended up being a week and a half later. I had waited a week and a half for kitchen stuff, bed set everything so I had to sleep on the floor. Everything was fine and dandy once they were ready to sell me but once the push came to shove everything went downhill. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING ANOTHER COMPANY!

I specified ordered 2 hours and 3 movers. Upon arrival, the leader takes a quick look and claims the job will take longer. I said no, and to start moving. They finished loading the truck in 45 min. Completed the in city move in 1 hour 45min including drive time. They crushed 2 boxes that clearly marked fragile. With my own eyes, I saw them toss boxes inside the truck. $350 for this. The next day, I got uhaul truck for $29 and ONE labor worker for $60 who filled the truck and unloaded in 1 hour 30 min. Do the math.

I would not use their services again. I should have listened to my first instinct and the bad reviews about this company and canceled the order when I had decided that they might not be the best route to go. But I foolishly let the so-called manager talk me into using their company. The end result of that decision, a damaged table and the panel from my fireplace missing.

They transfer my claim and damages over to a third party do nothing company called CSI after moving me on February 01, 2021. The claims manager handling my case never return my phone calls or emails so I just gave up on them for reimbursement of damages caused by Champion Movers. I am aware that this third party company responds with scripted messages, about Bill of Lading, and you should have got the Full Value Protection Coverage, which of course, was never offered to us, and Yada Yada Yada.

A lot of verbiage and dog and pony show that basically translates into we are not going to pay you anything! It's up to the moving company to reimburse you. Huh? Then why did they turn my claim over to you guys in the first place. I think this speaks volume about a moving company that hides behind an entity like this called CSI to do their dirty work so they want have to pay the customer after their movers damages or loses a piece of the customer's furniture.

I will say I appreciate the honesty of the foreman that pointed out to me that they had damaged the dinette table. I just wish that management in his company had the same honesty and transparency. Let me be clear. I am not blaming CSI for the damages or loss of my property. After reading the reviews on this company and my interactions with them. I do not expect two- cents from them.

I blame Champion Movers. In the future if I need a moving company again, I will ask them "Who are you insured with?" If they say CSI. Like the song, I will run like the wind. And say no thank you.

Professionalism is not in their vocabulary. I hired them to pick and store my furniture until my new house was ready. The pickup was November 2020, in Las Vegas and the drop-off was January 2021, in Las Vegas. After they packed the furniture into the van, they insisted on cash, or they would unpack it. No checks or Zelle, no checks, credit cards. Not a way to do business.

In January, they delivered the furniture and they damaged some items when they assembled it, which wasn't discovered until a few weeks later because the damage was hidden. They lost some boxes with Kitchenware. We notified them, and we received the preverbal "we will look for it." I have never heard from since. I find it confusing that when they delivered the furniture, they accepted a credit card for payment but would not accept one for picking up and packing the furniture. Stay away from them at all costs.
