Elontec deserves more than a 5 star review! David, Sally, Allan, Gustavo, Juan and the rest of their crew as well as Joe and Richard (Electricians) were absolutely incredible to work with! From onsite visits with knowledgeable and accurate information and estimates, to phenomenal communication to coordinate our THREE (3) phase relocation project, down to the punctuality and professionalism from the team has been UNMATCHED compared to any other moving company I have ever worked with (commercial and residential - THEY DO BOTH)!
I cannot thank the team enough for everything, start to finish! If you are looking for a quick and efficient move with amazing communication, great people, and unbeatable prices, Elontec is THE company to call!

I was deliberating between rating this business with one or two stars, but decided in favor of two since I ultimately got my furniture. Let's put it this way: Elontec advertises as a "single source-provider of commercial relocation services" - they are a single-source of all headaches you may have with relocation of your business. The only time they displayed any degree of efficiency was when they called me for my credit card number.
The rest was plainly a nightmare. I picked this services (and not a regular office furniture store) because they promised to handle all my relocation needs. The contractor referred by Elontec to do the repairs and painting abandoned the project mid-way and disappeared. The cleaning team did not show up four (4) times, despite the confirmed appointment, and furniture delivery people cancelled the delivery three times.
It took four attempts to build the custom-made reception desk to the specification (nothing fancy, just had to get the measurements right). I know, I know - we should not blame Elontec for the deficiencies in the third-parties performance, but I suspect that my experience is very indicative that this business gravitates toward the providers with a certain degree of work ethics and customer service. And, after all, their furniture prices are not so exceptional that they could not be matched and would justify such attitude. Definitely do not recommend.

It is always such a pleasure to work with you all- Eric Mandl was my first impression of the company and he is top notch. Everyone I have dealt with ever since has held the bar just as high, including Tiffany Muller and all of the crew members that have been sent to loanDepot for my various projects. I'm sure some of the work I have requested has been a bit frustrating for some of the crew but they are always accommodating and get the job done while maintaining a friendly attitude. Everyone deserves recognition for being a such customer-service oriented company in a time where that is a dwindling trait! :0

I went in looking for used furniture and ended up buying great quality new stuff (mostly) from them because the prices were so great! What attracted me to them in the first place was their ad on Craigslist. I was originally looking for a couple used items. I noticed that the pictures on Craiglist depicted a well organized, neat warehouse. That is a rarity for a used furniture place. The delivery guys were fabulous; professional and neat. We are opening a new office in April and I will definitely be going back!
