Dibble Moving & Storage

I'm really overdue in writing this review. This past weekend was the third time I've used Dibble for a local move and, as usual, the service was fantastic. I requested EJ and Jason, as they handled a previous move for me and their team was great to work with. This time around was no exception. They wrapped all of the furniture nicely, including shrink wrapping the mattress before moving it.

Due to my poor apartment management and our main freight elevator being broken for months, the guys were flexible in finding the best way to get everything moved out of the building and still saved time. I chose Dibble the first time, as the rates could not be beat. All other local moving services were significantly higher and only included 2 men.

I returned because I know they can be trusted to arrive on time, take good care of my furniture and even have a few laughs along the way. Thanks to EJ and Jason's team for making an incredibly stressful time a lot easier to bear. You guys are awesome.

Used them for the 2nd time and had a perfect experience. I absolutely recommend them. Would use again but hopefully I won't be moving any time soon.

I contacted Dibble Moving about a small local move. The owner, Randy, got back to me very quickly with a quote and date for the project. The day of the project his team arrived on time. There was easy communication between us, and they were very quick and careful with our possessions. They took care of everything that was asked, and actually offered to do more things than we needed them to do. I would hire them again for another move, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Fantastic experience, like most people I hate moving, but Dibble made the experience bearable. The crew was professional, experienced, and very nice. The price was more then fair, I would highly recommend Dibble to anyone looking to hire movers.

First of all I was a customer so don't believe that whole story that I wasn't. They like to respond with that. Movers lost things, handled things roughly and broke them. Asked for tips every few minutes, complained about the workload every few minutes. Made you feel like everything you asked them was not apart of their job. Would never recommend them to anyone.

I'm really bummed. I thought the movers did a great job loading my POD and was very pleased, until I unloaded it and found my brand new dining room table completely destroyed. It was loaded with heavy items on top so one side broke off and the other is all scratched. Had 2 chairs ruined and other tables damaged too. Unfortunately when they help load a POD they aren't liable for how it ends up on the other end (which I understand), It's just disappointing that things were not loaded in a way that would take care of them.

I guess if you're using them end-to-end it would be fine since they're liable for items then, but for a POD load I would hesitate or just watch closely how they load the POD.

Just used Dibble to move my 3 bedroom house. They gave the best price out of the 5 quotes I got. The guys were on time, professional, fast, and treated my stuff well. They were really good with disassembly and reassembly. They are totally underrated! I definitely recommend them and will use them if I move again!

Poor attitude. Refused to move us. BROKE MY FAMILIES THINGS. They broke a light in the house and a picture frame AND MORE. Dragged my expensive chair on the ground. Absolutely lazy. Talked about their personal issues on the job about alcohol abuse. Moved a bed with only three wheels on it and forgot the fourth wheel. Honestly a sloppy job. I would not recommend. Had to call a different moving company for the job and even though they had a smaller truck, they did better.

Dibble I hired Dibble Moving Company for my 1 bedroom apartment move from Oak Park to Lombard, IL. This was my first time using a moving company and it made the process so much easier for me. I reached out to several companies in the area and Dibble by far had the most competitive rates for 3 movers. They were extremely quick beyond my expectations.

I couldn't believe one man could carry 6 large and heavy boxes down 4 flights of stairs like it was nothing. As a whole they were very kind and professional. I really appreciated their help and service and would no doubt hire them again and recommend to my friends & family.

Highly recommend these movers. They were on-time, professional, and pleasant. They were exceedingly careful with all of our things. Despite moving an old family heirloom hutch and heavy furniture as well as a huge number of boxes, we didn't find any scratches or damage to our furniture or our walls. They protected our carpet as well. They were fast and came in under their quoted time and price. So happy we decided to use them!
