What a wonderful experience Valerie and her team Went above and beyond helping us to unpack.it is rare to find a group of professionals who have a wonderful investment in their work and are so extremely detail oriented. I felt like a crew of angels came in and alleviated the stress of a big cross country move. My family of 5 were moving from Colorado and with school starting and movers arriving it was chaos in our house. I reached out to Valerie on line and she was prompt with a call text and email and her professionalism was immediately impressive then when Valerie and her team of Organization ninjas showed up at my door they went straight to work. I was in awe just watching them work their magic. Valerie was incredibly conscientious of the time and budget and there were no idle hands.

Everyone took such thoughtful and amazing care of our belongings and organized that which would have taken me weeks to complete in a matter of hours! Can I just say, wow! We had an extremely big job for the Unpackers but they attacked it with most professionalism I've ever seen in my life. There is a whole system to their service and the place felt like a model home after they left. I want them to help me with another job to help me reorganize some closets that need some attention. I can't say enough great things about this company. Valerie and her team were extremely professional and efficient. We had some unexpected setbacks during the move which caused us to to have to cancel our appointment. Although they were really busy, they remained flexible and compassionate toward our situation and made it work. They are so well organized and task oriented, our move was much easier because of their talents. I will definitely use them again.

Valerie and her team were professional and completely unpacked and organized my kitchen after a major remodel. After nearly three months of living upstairs with a hot plate and mini-fridge, I was impatient to get into my new kitchen, and I knew unpacking 30+ boxes would take several days and be exhausting, so I was really excited to find a service that would do this for me.

They even brought high quality drawer organizers for silverware. I was able to do some work in my home office for most of the day. Valerie was sensitive to my specific requests and was a pleasure to work with.

Hired Valerie Cantrell to simply organize my closet, left specific specifications for what categorizes I wanted everything in. Everything was not only in complete disarray, and the organization made no sense, but it was all facing the wrong direction. I was promised a shoe rack which was not delivered. I specifically asked for all the hangers to match, and they did not.

It is a very large a walk in closet, and I wanted everything in there that was previously, considering thats what she was hired for, but she decided to utilize my nightstand and dresser as well and go through those. In addition, some things were left sitting on top of the dresser. Several large items were just tossed on the floor in my bedroom. I specifically asked for my necklaces to be organized and hung, and they were left untouched.

She recommended I "find some push pins". It was even a struggle to get her to bring some hangers. I thought this would be a professional, full service organizational experience, but it was a total letdown and waste of money! I could do way better myself. (And obviously I'll have to waste a ton of time now doing so.) Look elsewhere.

Valerie and the rest of the UNpackers are the model of professionalism and efficiency. We loved their sensitivity about personal items that were important to us, the expertise on the best place to put things (esp. the kitchen!) and how quickly they helped us get our life back. We can't say enough good things. They're awesome!

They will unpack your stuff (remember what George Carlin calls your stuff) and put it away and magically these organizer things will show up and all of a sudden your new place is livable and organized and functional and safe.

My one piece of advice after I say HIRE THE UNPACKERS, STAT, is to let them do their thing. They are the professionals, so without sounding too trite, "leave it to the professionals." Happy unpacking!
