Find another company. During our recent move, multiple pieces of furniture had both major and minor damage. One mover dropped a piece of furniture on it side and broke it. Damage was also done to doorways in our new home. We filed a claim for repairs, and the minor repairs were repaired promptly. And then crickets. We have exhaustively called and emailed the director of operations for over one month now.

This person replied once stating that they were really busy. Whenever we call the company we are told the same thing: they are all really busy. Our broken furniture has not been repaired. The lack of communication and disregard is truly disturbing. So, if apathetic and rushed movers are your thing, then this is your company. If you would like your furniture moved safely, find another company.

White glove moved me and my family from Titusville. They kept our furniture safe and unscathed. Pricing was amazing considering the distance. Much better deal than their local competitors (i.e. the unreliable customer service of Two Men in a Truck.) Strongly recommend this company.

Where to start. As an interior designer I work with a lot of different receiver all around the US. Everything started well until they lost 2 items and after 3 months of lies I received a refund check for $30 where my items are above 1000$. They lost the items and don't take responsibility for it. Be careful and read their sneaky contract because they pretty much reimburse coverage of $0.60 per pound per article. Not professional at all. Big shame and big disappointment. Do not use them, they are terrible and will take advantage of you.

White Glove Moving and Storage helped our non-profit move items to an on-location event site and then bring things back the day after the event. This was no ordinary move - they helped transport 500 wine glasses and over 60 cases of wine, in addition to carpets, tables and shelving. The very professional movers did an outstanding job - operating with extreme care. Not a single glass or bottle was broken! The entire crew was friendly and it was a pleasure working with them.

From quote to delivery, Buddy & Bruce provided timely, honest, and clear communication; there were no surprises. The team that packed us was professional, courteous, and very good packers. Not one item was broken or damaged! The boxes were so well packed that I think I could have tossed them off our balcony onto the concrete patio 10 feet below and they would have made it.

The delivery showed up on time. In fact, I was given a 7 day period for arrival, and it arrived on Day 1. The destination driver contacted me a couple of days prior to arrival and let me know when he would be there and he showed up on time. The unloading team was very professional & courteous. This is quality you hope for, but you just don't always get anymore. Thank you for the excellent service White Glove!
