They say they don't have access to your storage unit while you have the lock and keys but that cannot be true. I went to my storage unit that was empty of everything when I moved in and found rat poison behind one of my boxes. I dont keep or buy poisons because of my animals so it couldn't have fallen from my stuff. Great They take care of pest issues but it couldn't have gotten there without opening the unit. I have been to the office 3 times and only once did I not have issues with staff as well.

I highly recommend Storage Inns on Wilmington Ave. I've used them twice: once for 3 months and the second time two units for 1 year to store an entire household. The building is clean and well-lit, and Lee Ann is great to deal with - she's a true asset to the company. I would not have to think twice about using them again in the future.

Straight forward registration process for a new customer. They walk you through the details and do a thorough explanation of the locations layout, use, and offerings. Place looks new, clean, inside and out. Unfortunately they do not offer multi month discounts, but in the end, the location proved to be value enough.

Wonderful self storage facility except they aren't 24 hours. Very clean and orderly and it appears they are getting a few more units up and ready for spring cleaning. Great pricing, insured and local. Not much better than that.

It's new, the staff is friendly and my belongings were chewed by mice and covered with droppings and urine after 2.5 months. I stored no food items of any kind just as instructed. They are liable for nothing. My renter's insurance doesn't cover "damage caused by vermin." Beware! I'm stuck with furniture cleaning bills and I'm 100% grossed out.

It's clean and fairly easy to get around in. I go there because work has too much stuff. I don't know the business end of things but I do know they have a good variety of sizes available and some are climate controlled.
