Price increases after price increases followed by lack of access to the unit. Refused to pro rate remainder of my monthly lease 26+ days. Unreliable and WAY too expensive. Do not recommend. Sadly I was stuck here for 4/5 years. Money wasted and lost

You can't beat the price and 24 hour access eases the hassle of moving stuff. I never have to hurry to get in and out before I'm locked out, or worse yet, in! The live on site staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. I recommend this place over any other storage In DFW.

This place is not good to do business with. They will auction your things. I kept some things in my friends storage. Also your managers at the Lake June location are way too comfortable using the word "n*gger" to refer to blacks.

U-Store Walton Walker is a place where I will come back to when I need another unit for storage. The property is very clean and neat. Beautiful as well. They have all the features you would want and need including a nice discount. This property and its managers are very welcoming, friendly and courteous. The facility was poorly maintained. The gate was malfunctioning (unacceptable for a 24-hour access facility) after a power outage. The material between the storage units is thinner than cardboard. You can see your neighbor's possessions through holes in the wall at night. fences near the highway don't give a sense of security. Leaves a lot to be desired.

Whenever I'm in need of a storage unit I always use U-Stor. The locations are clean, accessible, the size & price of the units are better than the competition & I've always had good experiences w/staff members. Mrs. Faye @ Walton Walker is very sweet & cares about the property & customers! I left my unit unlocked by accident & she called to let me know which I greatly appreciated!
