The older blonde lady is extremely rude. Made the experience extremely uncomfortable we are trying to be understanding seeing how we are new to this storage unit, but continuously kept making rude comments. Customer service was terrible do not recommend.

I'm satisfied, no complaints here. You guys have carts to make everything convenient and hours of operation are convenient aswell.

Denise is super awesome and has always tried to work with me.i in fact am a repeat tenant.the prices are kinda high but they dont want you to loose your belongings.she is very communicative. Love this place

Denise the manager is so awesome she helps people save money buy calling them to remind them they need to pay b4 there late charged. I'm greatfull at such a strange time in the history of America that a lady would call me to remind me to pay my bill. So I don't get a lay charge. Thank you Denise Jerry

Had a great first experience based on a recommendation from a friend. They had a really good deal for first month sign up, really good customer service and a clean/well maintained facility. Security seems sufficient, and I'll update this 4-star up or down when I'm done with my unit! Definitely recommending to others already. (Also a $50/Mon bonus for referrals )

Despite what others say about storage places this is a good one to be at. They are curtious And understanding but still have a business to run. The lady is always nice when I come in, even when frustrated or busy. The sizing of unit to price is a good ratio. The elevators are a bit slow but it's great when moving big loads that are top heavy.

My disabled mother who moved out of state and is in need of her belongings, asked my husband and I to send her a few things. She provided us that a key, notarized form and contaced the storage unit to verify that the gate code would be provided without an issue. We arrived on a Sunday when the owner was not in. A man who exerts his power over other people, would not allow us access.

We requested that he contact the owner to verify that everything was set up. He refused and would not give us access. Without raising any tones and with an irritated time in my voice I let the man know that we made time today and not tomorrow as we are fulltime working people. I let him know that I would not leave until he made contact with the owner.

The man threatened to call the police. After contacting my mother. The man finally made attempts to verify the situation and also contact management. To make up for his power over he stated that we were yelling at him. This was not the case and my father was on the phone the whole time and confirmed the above. Finally the owners spouse showed and was very professional and provided acess as we have provided multiple forms of verification. Unfortunately the people that you hire says a lot about your company and we will never be using this storage again.

Convenient, affordable, and decent storage spaces. Itd be alot nicer if they can extend their hours on the weekend, cuz i get off of work late and kinda important i get into my storage cuz im going outta town, so i was kinda dissappointed i had to buy all new luggage and stuff. But yea other than that, their grrreat!
