I needed 2days Sat & Sun but could only get Sat bcus they told me Sun was booked.when i took the truck back i waitn no1 ever picked it up when i asked them on Mon wut happen they said that they were closed on Sun so wut i didn unstand is why couldnt they rent for the 2days n do drop off on Mon "doesnt make sense"

I have used a couple different storage areas in Baltimore, and this one has been the best. Candice and Jennifer have been super helpful with all my needs. They've given me the best deals and arrangements, and I know my family's belongings are secure. The grounds are gated, and if you are renting a space, you are given an access card that grants you. entry.

I'm currently renting in the climate controlled building, and the card is needed to access that building as well. If you need boxes, locks, or other storage related items, they have them in the front office. Whenever I've needed to make adjustments with my units, Candice and Jennifer make the process easy and clear. I highly recommend this facility due to the superb customer service and security.
