Valley Self Storage

I made reservations for a unit and was supposed to move my stuff in, but when I arrived at the scheduled time nobody was there and nobody would answer the phone. I've called several times since then to cancel and get a refund, but still no answer. I had to get a unit at a different location that day and am still waiting to hear from this location.

First day. Gate entry fine, easy to find unit, clean grounds, seems pretty good to me.

Great storage facility. Probably one of the best ones I've ever leased. The convince of being able to drive right up next to my unit is awesome and priceless. Plus I was able to rent my unit, sign the agreement and obtain gate pass all online with no need to make an office visit. Outstanding, thank you.

Sad to say this storage facility has gone downhill in the last 2 years, there are weeds growing everywhere, it looks horrible, prices are high, and the manager wasn't friendly.

The manager was very courteous and helpful with the process of renting my storage unit. Only took a short amount of time to do paperwork and I was off and filling up my unit.highly recommend this location

Out of all the storage facilities where i've ever rented a unit, i like NW Self Storage the best! I feel like my belongings are safe & secure here. Their prices are on the lower side of being comparable to other facilities in the area. The employees are warm & welcoming. They've been incredibly patient and understanding with my series of various issues-- from losing my keys and needing my lock cut, to needing the gate code written down, AGAIN, or losing my wallet and needing to update my payment information AGAIN, etc.

They've always been accommodating and friendly. The only thing i don't care for are the hours of operation, but, there are zero storage facilities that are open 24 hours in the Portland area, and their hours are comparable to all other storage facilities in the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's needing a storage unit.

Rented a unit today and was so impressed with the young lady Tiffany in the office and the facility. She was very friendly and really cared about what my situation was. She went over and beyond to help me find the perfect size. This day in age people dont know what customer service is but iam glad i found someone who does. The facility was very clean and had heated units. I will be recommending the hwy 99 Northwest self storage to everyone i know.

I was very pleased with the friendly and informative service. The manager, Rachelle was easy to talk to and made our experience there enjoyable. We will definitely use this facility next time we have storage needs. Thanks Rachelle

If you have things to store this is the place and it's all because of the amazing manager. Rachelle is super friendly, great customer service, and bends over backwards to make your move in as easy as possible. She's super friendly and always doing her best to keep the place looking good. It's a drive up facility so no unloading on to a cart then taking an elevator to unload. Saves time and your back. I can't say enough good things about this facility and I have rented storage all over the city. This one is the best thanks to Rachelle! She's is absolutely awesome.

I went here looking for a 5'x5' unit. At first the prices were not a bargain, but comparable to other storage places. When I reserved my unit and began moving in, I noticed that there was already s padlock on my unit. Long story short, someone was using that storage unit without paying for it and rather than having me wait for him to clear it out, they were very accommodating and upgraded me to a 7'x10' unit that is climate controlled for the same price as the 5'x5'. This is outstanding customer service in my eyes and recommend if you are wanting short term storage.

Wonderful place to store your stuff! The employees/front desk lady Rachelle was extremely easy to talk to, nice and overall a good hardworking person I know I can rely on to keep my stuff safe and dry. NW self storage has amazing service and I really felt welcomed. Not only was the service great but the storage process itself was super easy and convenient. If you're going to put you're stuff in storage I highly recommend you go to NW self storage on SE 26th Ave!

Rachelle is an awesome manager at the site. She's very friendly and always willing to help when you need assistance. I appreciate that very much from this company. If you're in Southeast Portland I highly recommend you trying out Northwest Self Storage.

The manager/bookkeeper at this business is an absolute idiot. Her name is Patti. Her idea of customer service is locking you out of your unit. She needs to either get some training on how to handle customers or be fired.

The "Free Move-In Truck" is only for moving your stuff into their units. Not for "Moving In" to your new home. Prices weren't bad, but when we no longer needed the storage, that moving truck seemed like a bit of a marketing scam.
