I am a new college parent navigating the summer storage challenges. Storage Solutions was terrific! They are super informative. I reached out about a month ago for pricing and availability. They indicated they would put my name down on their wait list and contact me as units become available. It is about 2 1/2 weeks until I need the unit. They contacted me to work out the details for summer.

I rented a unit under a promotion and afterwards logged into my account online which stated my next bill would be $39. After 2weeks it then stated my next bill would be $50+ and I signed paperwork to have 24/7 access yet when I attempted to drop things off to storage late it wouldn't allow me access! I only chose this facility because over the phone I was told it wouldn't be a problem to have access 24hrs and now it seems I'm getting extra charges and I'm not getting the hours I signed up to get!

I reached out to Storage Solutions after reserving a storage unit on-line and they called back rapidly. Jake understood and addressed my concern about having a 2nd floor unit for furniture storage. He moved my reservation to a storage unit adjacent to the elevator and assured me they had dollies to help the storage process go smoothly. Responsive, professional and courteous customer service. I look forward to experiencing a smooth and problem-free move-in later this month.

What can't I say good about this place. Since we started renting a unit here they have all been helpful. Had a lock go bad after 5 uses, and they went above and beyond to make sure we not only felt taken care of, but actually we're taken care of. Will be renting from this place for as long as I need to. No reason to even shop around.

John and Rick did a great job getting us taken care of. Due to the current situation we had too reschedule our arrival a few times and were always accommodated with zero issues. Everything was explained fully and I feel confident my daughter will be able to access her storage when she needs to get back to school. Truly an enjoyable experience, thank you!

I'm not sure why this place is receiving mixed reviews. It is the nicest storage unit we have ever used. We like this place so much that we rented a second unit. They even give military discount and went out of their way to coordinate to keep our one way U-Haul rental for us as a drop off point. Exceptional customer service over the phone and in person and clean, new storage options!
