Had a positive experience at this place quick unload. The receiver was very cool man. I delivered pizza for TBHC Deliveres and the address says 500 E 66th which is at the corner but this is the correct location. I hope the company values the receiver that unloaded my truck, it's people like him with positive attitudes that makes a company look good.

Very inconvenient and seemed like they didn't care about earning my business. Mangers and employees were both rude. Luckily there is other options around

Drivers: Truck parking is on the side of the road. Park there and walk to the building that corresponds with your load. For freezer loads, go to the office near dock 1. If it's dry load, go to the office between dock 24 /25. On the door, they'll have a phone number for you to call for S&R. They loaded me fast In 45 minutes but no one else was there, so that might be why. Nice people and plenty of space to dock.

Staff on the freezer dock are very accommodating and helpful. We never have to worry about product integrity when stored at Wilkerson.

Speedy service the service manager responds to you the same way you talk to him

There are no 0 for rating, lucky them. They need to change that manager that inspect the trucks because his place of work is dirty, bathroom is dirty, he has an ugly attitude, and speaks bad of the brokers. The brokers are the ones that are paying his salary. He should be thankful that we are picking up from here, after all his attitude, uhhh it sucks. No respect for people at all. If they don't like their job they should quit. They're giving their company a bitter taste.you could tell on 98 percent of the rating.

Shipping manager is a total tool. One star because i got loaded by decent people. Manager is an unhappy man and wants everyone around him to be the same way

Very heavy loads from here, got to be sure of your empty weight. Trucks have to park on the street while waiting to get a door. App was 15:00 got there at 11:00 n was out by 12:15. Spacious to back up n turn.

In order to get loaded here you need to pass trailer inspection, which is understandable. However, they are not going to take a look at it until right before the appointment time. So if you showed up couple of hours early and not met their requirements you wasted all that time. Next, they don't honor their appointment times. There's a good chance your load is not going to be ready at least few hours or more after the scheduled appointment time.

Simply put, you're gonna spend good portion of your day here. If you can afford it go for it, if nor stay away! And don't trust the shipping manager, he's full of sh**. At 9am he reassured that load is going to be ready at 11am as scheduled. At 12pm we were told 1pm. At 1pm that it's going to be another hour and so on.
