Please check the calendar so you can plan accordingly that your lock is removed. If the lock is not removed prior to the installation date of your new latch, we will be removing latches placing your lock inside of your unit.

My son and his friends rented a storage unit to keep their stuff in over the summer before returning to Texas Tech for fall 2021 classes. We returned today to move our stuff over to his apartment only to find lock cut off, the unit ransacked, and about $700 worth of stuff missing. Maintenance man reported other units had been broken into and there were no security cameras installed on the units.
I left a voicemail with the front office and still have not heard back from them. We have also filed a police report with the LPD. I'm not impressed with this place or customer experience. I will follow up on this post later.

If I could give this place -50 stars I would. This has been the worst experience of my life. First month here I rented a storage unit, was told a number. When I went to move my stuff in the next day, there was a lock on the unit. Despite me being there during business hours, no one was in the office. Called and waited for 3 days to move in because they forgot to remove the lock.
Second month here, my unit gets broken into. It has been three days since this incident happened. It is Wednesday and I have been calling during business hours since Monday, no answer. Now I have been waiting outside of their office for two hours because they are "gone to lunch" and still, nobody is here. On top of it all, I cannot access my stuff because they have put their own lock on my unit and nobody is here to remove it. I will never give this company my business again.

I don't know who they have at the front desk, but it's very obvious she knows nothing about the storage units. I saw online that if you paid for 2 months up front, it would be 75% off. I called and she knew nothing about it. I asked her what the normal price was without the 75% off and she said she didn't know what the prices were. I called a day later and it was a different woman, sounded older and like she knew what she was talking about.
I went in to rent a storage unit and it was the same girl at the front desk as the first time I called. She messed up stuff with my debit card, kept getting the prices wrong, and didn't know anything about the unit. I rented anyway, paying 2 months in advance so that I could get the 75% off. A month later, I get a bill for July even though I paid for all of July.
So instead of paying $50 for two months, I paid $90. It's difficult as a college student who lives out of state and I went here because of the good reviews, but I will never rent here again unless they hire different people who can give me information about the unit instead of multiple "I don't knows"

BEWARE, my storage unit has been broken into twice since the new owner took over. This was a great place until new ownership took it over. It has been a complete nightmare since then. I went to my storage, the lock had been cut off and a zip tie was there. Called and was told someone had gone through and opened some of the units. Would have been really nice if I had been notified so I could check to see if all was there. Went and bought a new lock.
Just a hiccup can deal with that. Tried to pay my rent online. Would not go through so I called (surprisingly I got a real person) Told him I have been trying and it does not work now I have a late fee. He said that would be taken care of and I would not be locked out of the unit. He tried to help me with the payment, thought it went through but it did not.
Have been trying to contact them all day without success. Just went to the office at 4:45 (website says they close at 5:30) no one was there. Went to the unit, new lock was cut off and they had put one on. Not able to get in and no one to help. I guess this means I will have to move my storage. Sure is a lot of trouble but I cannot deal with this place any longer. An update on my storage.

DONT GO HERE! Our storage was broken into m. We called management when we got there and no one ever called or showed up. It was great when George (the previous owner) owned it. George took pride in his business. These new people don't care and are extremely disorganized. It takes an act of God to pay your bill over the phone and half the time it doesn't work.
But more importantly, your stuff is NOT safe here! Our stuff stolen valued at approx $7,000. I called 2 days ago about this and they still have not called me back. All American, don't bother with an apology. You can apologize to our attorney.

I was referred to All American by a friend and she was right. Their rates are reasonable and the units are good. I really appreciate All American Storage providing the dust drapes and the floor buffers to minimize the inevitable creeping in of West Texas dirt. But what really impressed me was the friendly, courteous, and competent interaction I had with Emily, the owners daughter. Her parents have to be amazing to have such a wonderful young woman helping them.

You may think that all storage units are the same, but you are very wrong. The day I went to get a storage unit I met George, the owner, and he was helpful and kind. He rented me a storage unit that was affordable and was eager to help in any way he could. They have brooms for all their tenants to use, and they have three storage units full of things for your accessibility -- hand trucks, etc.
When moving my items out, his daughter was eager to help (it must run in the family!) and she was so kind. I was sad to leave. They also offer dust drapes which are MUCH NEEDED in Lubbock, TX. All of my stuff stayed safe and free of critters and bugs for over a year. I am so glad I found this company, and if I ever need storage again in Lubbock I will only go here.

Such nice owners! Clean and safe storage unit. They sent a card on my birthday with a scratcher. Affordable storage. Never had any problems. We got a bigger place and when we cleaned our storage unit out they gave us our deposit on the spot with a coupon if we ever returned. 10/10 definitely recommend.
