White Glove Storage & Delivery is a full service moving, storage and delivery company. For years our delivery company catered to fine furniture and art galleries as a receiver that also crated, packed and shipped for the most prestigious in their field. With such a void in the moving and storage services industry White Glove Storage & Delivery saw an opportunity to create a competitively priced relocation/logistics company that was able to FINALLY bring the industry a professional, service oriented mover that can responsibly handle clients that expect and demand the best.
White Glove Storage & Delivery can handle all of your interstate or intrastate relocation requests. Whether you are moving a condo or a castle we can accommodate with pain-staking attention to detail. At White Glove Storage & Delivery we take pride in how we do things and how we're different from the competition.
Many of the businesses that we work with would rather outsource the warehousing portion of their business and concentrate on the retail side of their business. We are able to communicate directly with our commercial clients and their customers to assist with coordinating any and all of their warehouse and delivery needs.
After multiple months or years of finding the perfect interior solution for each specific client White Glove Storage & Delivery, an ASID Industry Partner, can help bring everything together. This is the moment that each client has been waiting for and we are there to take on that responsibility. With painstaking attention to detail we are able to assemble your clients' wishes piece by piece. White Glove sold me based on their past experience with the specific rules and issues of the hi-rise buildings I was moving from and to. They had complete access to all information, sites and inventory needed to assess my move at the time they gave me a quote. While their quote was higher than 2 other movers, I went with WG due to their "experience in my buildings".
A week before my scheduled move they informed me they did not have the insurance coverage required by my building (even though they had the paperwork needed for 2 months)- a building they had "worked with MANY times". I had to agree to be personally liable for any damages they might cause as it is too late to schedule someone else. Once completed, they billed me for 20 man hours over the estimate (blaming they had to wait for elevators - a norm for "experienced" hi-rise movers).
They billed for supplies that were specifically excluded under the contract. They billed for wardrobes used even though we were told there would be no charge AND they would have been included under the "no supplies" clause. My estimate was $4100 and I was billed $6600 - OVER 60% upcharge. I understand that an estimate is just an estimate, but a truly experienced mover should be able to estimate better than that.

Showed up with no mask, I asked them to put a mask on politely, they had none. I provided them and they were as nice as they could be. This isnt an employee issue but more a cooperate issue. Also were here to hang art. Had no clue to the point that I had to direct. White Glove? I think not. 2 stars only because the men were very polite but no real expertise at all. Prob good movers but be sure to have plenty of masks if you want that.

They staff were mostly nice and apologetic for all the issues. However, the issues were all related to poor internal communication. It made my life and project very difficult. Furthermore, They said they wouldn't charge me for items they lost in their warehouse and then did. Also, I paid a really pricey bill for receipt of items and a few weeks of storage. I had to use my own movers because they didn't have enough staff for the time I needed. Wouldn't use again.

Estimator and Moving Crew were all very professional. The move occurred without any problems. My "issue" is with the final bill. It exceeded the estimate in excess of $2000.00. I feel many items were not addressed in the estimate. The overuse and mis-use of packing materials was abundant, and subsequently showed in the final bill. I also feel their use of "overtime" was and is highly exaggerated. If you utilize them watch them closely. I trusted their tactics and was un-pleasantly surprised.

This has to be the worst company in Austin! I am extremely dissatisfied with the $500+ I paid this company to inspect and delivery my white five piece $10k sectional to my home. It showed up covered in finger prints, damaged and dirty. They brought it out of the truck and it wasn't wrapped or covered in anyway. It is a WHITE sofa. It has been over a week and no one from the company has called to correct this situation.
The furniture manufacture has assured us with photos that it left the factory clean, wrapped, and boxed with no issues. I would urge you to use any other company to deliver your items. I have now asked around (to multiple designers) about White Glove Storage & Delivery - They have the WORST reputation in Austin. Designers absolutely hate them and complain that they have damage many of their clients pieces. Please don't use this company, I don't want this to happen to you.

White Glove was recommended to us by our real estate agent and neighbor to pack our 3 sets of china, crystal, and an extensive art collection (paintings, photos, sculptures) for our move to Denver. There were two packings - one for the staging and the rest for the move. White Glove was right on time for each estimate and packing. Their estimate was pretty close to the final bill.
We did not have them crate our art, but all of the work was carefully boxed. White Glove did not do the actual move, since it was out of state. Nevertheless, ALL of the china, crystal and art arrived in perfect condition! White Glove was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Well worth the cost.

I wish I could assign a "-10" to this company, and advise against using them. I packed up my house in Austin and they stored most of my boxes for about one year while I waited for my condo to be completed. The mover was very polite and told me I did not have to label boxes with my name or number on them because they were "shrink wrapped" at the warehouse. Beware because this is what happened: (1) I had some furniture delivered to my son in Dallas and they tried to deliver a bunch items that were not mine.
That was straightened out after several days but the misery has continued; (2) when I moved into the condo, about 10 framed prints and artwork were missing. After multiple calls and inquiries all but one item was eventually found; (3) the one piece of ceramic art that I had them wrap during the initial move was broken. Apparently they dropped the box in the truck. "so sorry" they said.
When you have something that cannot be replaced that is pretty shallow; and (4) I could tell just looking at the # of boxes that I did not get everything back. So. over time I have discovered that at a minimum I am missing (1) box(es) of childrens' books, (2) about 1/2 of my holiday decorations, and (3) kitchen boxes with coffee cups (I downsized but I know I kept more than 6).
It takes time to discover some of these things because you have to go through a cycle of holidays or other events to realize something is missing. I have called the company on a number of occasions and was told they were moving their warehouse so some of the stuff could show up. Wow, makes me so very confident and happy! So far nothing has surfaced and they do not return calls.
Today my husband told me that the small glass doors on his bookcase are missing so the miserable experience drags on. Like I said do not use these people, because other than being polite, they are losers and they will lose your belongings.

This company was hired via the furniture company where I purchased an item. Four movers were sent to move the furniture inside my house. They were strong men but as they moved the piece up the stairs 1- damaged my walls, 2-damaged an artwork on the wall( which I originally suggested we need to take the artwork down but they thought it will be fine)3-damaged my hard wood floor on the landing zone ( wood has to be refinished- costly snd difficult) 4- most importantly broke a mirrored panel on the furniture they were delivering which was made in Europe and very difficult to find skilled workers to fix it for me.
Just a DISASTER! I spoke with the owner Leonard on the day of delivery and he was only concerned with his movers to leave my house and go to the next job. He further said he has insurance and this will be handled via insurance claim. I have tried calling his cell phone and either he does not respond or hangs up on me as soon as I introduce myself.
This company is not well managed and they are far from what their name suggests. Please avoid doing business with them as there is no accountability with Leonard and his company.

This company has the worst customer service. The people are rude and unprofessional, and it takes up to 2 weeks to have furniture delivered. Further, if you miss your 15 minute window for delivery, it will take another 2 weeks for delivery. Waiting a month for a company to deliver furniture is ridiculous!

If I could give them 0 stars I would, this company is so extremely unprofessional. We had a disaster delivery for two different clients which very expensive chandeliers were switched and delivered to the wrong locations. Luckily we were at one of the deliveries and immediately realized the mistake. When we informed the delivery guys they said they could not fix the issue that day bc he had somewhere he had to be.
The fixture that was at the other location got left on the loading dock unboxed. This was an $8000 fixture that one of the crystals actually went missing from, and we had to order a replacement. The mistake was fixed the following day but they still expected us to pay for this horrible experience. We had no problem paying for the receiving and storage until delivery but the delivery was a whole different story.
We thought that we finally resolved that issue but much to our surprise we just received a collection notice that they sent the bill to collections. Do not use this company, they are extremely rude and unprofessional not to mention WAY overpriced. There are many other amazing delivery companies in the Dallas area to go to first.

So I've used this company twice now and stuff got damaged both times which sadly sometimes happens when moving. The upside is when I sent an email describing the stuff that had been broken the owner plus two other senior people from White Glove Storage and Delivery came to my residence to personally fix stuff and make it right. What on earth, shocked the heck out of me. Didn't think service like this still existed, but now that I know it does I'm forever a repeat customer. Even if you were not looking to spend this much money on movers you should reconsider because personal items are sometimes irreplaceable!

I had them move my large pieces of furniture (couches, bookcase, armoire) and washer and dryer in July. They were extremely careful with everything. The four guys brought a huge and very heavy armoire down from the second floor without a scratch. I held my breath as i watched! I would definitely hire them again. They are a little pricey but you get what u pay for.
I would rather pay a little more than deal with repairs! Also, the guys were nice, accommodating (they moved furniture around so i could decide where i wanted it) and polite.
