Worst moving company ever. Stay away of this company. They destroyed our items and didn't take responsibility as a serious company. They provided us with misleading information to prevent us to make a claim on the insurance we paid. Then changed the version after the supposed 3 days to make claim. So they did it on purpose to avoid paying for damages. Also, they wanted to paid only $50 bucks per item. However, do not want to accept the claim in amount of $100 from a moving that cost more than $15k.

Still escalating with no response. The Claim Manager, Edwin Quintero is absolutely doing nothing understanding the situation and said he is the only person who can deal with the situation. Seriously, when you are unable to help understanding a situation just escalate for the best of your company reputation. Update: In response to the company's comment below, the situation has been escalated and waiting for your response. Claims department along with the Operations Manager is aware of the situation.

They picked up my boxes in New Jersey. Everything was very organized and made me a great price. Everything arrived perfect Tvs, laundry machine and more.nothing broke.thanks

My move from New York to Puerto Rico was without incident. They packed what they had to and did it professionally. I would recommend them. I will be using them in the near future to send items to New York to a family member.

This company is no good, I pay around $4500 for my staff. Send form Orlando to puerto rico. Came to my house broking. i was told I was going to get $25. and I have insurance. and I'm wait. don't send staff on is company and I send my car.and I was waiting for them to call me but. 3 weeks pass and when I call I was told they was going to change me for parking. and top off all they change $1070.60 to get my car out

It has been 3 months since they took my belongings and no notice as to when I will receive my items. I have called several times and even drove an hour and a half to the office to get the same ignorance by every staff member in Rosa Del Monte. Why if I have paid in full and am a client do these people treat their customers as if non existent. Conveniently for them their headquarters number is always busy or disconnected making it impossible for contact.

Also when I had my things picked up they handle the items with zero care and I am afraid to see how my things will arrive. Will never use Rosa Del Monte again and will always give terrible recommendations.

I wouldn't never ever recommend this company. I'm being dealing with them for 2 months. They said truck will leave at one date and never happened. Gave me another date and didn't happened. One more date and another excuse for the truck not coming to pick up my furniture. Now I'm not going to be able to move my furniture to my country. They don't care that you are stuck in this situation. I already have to return my apartment. They don't care.

My family has always used their services so i went ahead & did the same. I shipped from CT to PR & it's been so frustrating. I had paid for a delivery service which i never received nor has that service been refunded to me. I had to personally go pick up my boxes only to find almost everything destroyed(never refunded either). The communication with them doesn't exist, you have to be the one to reach out to them. My car that was shipped in May, still isn't in my possession. Personally never again would I use their services.

I'll give them one star for responding to my request for information. All downhill after that! Never again! Will give all my stuff away before I let them get anywhere near it.

Don't ship a car or fragile products. They take too long and fragile products come broken. I used them because in the past my family and us have never had issues with them but this time around it was jorrible. My moving arrived two weeks after it was sent but it was undeliverable until two month later because they didn't have enough employees to deliver it and my car has taken forever and is still not released because of the slowness of the sistema.

My claim which the phone recordibg said would take two business days for them to respond to, is still being reviewed a week later. I'm so disappointed in them and their service this time around.

They are very irresponsible and have horrible customer service. The day for drop-off they never showed and did not even notify us. We waited all day and when I finally called, they did not care and just gave us an excuse. It is very difficult to contact them. Would not recommend them

Terrible liars and rude all the way to end. They will brake your stuff and find a way to no have the insurance pay for it. Do not waste your time and money here.

Horrible service, I would given them less if I could. I used them to move my house from the States to Puerto Rico. At first in Illinois they were ok. They complain about stuff, however everything was good. In Puerto Rico we had so many issues with this company. The customer service was horrible. They took 12 weeks to deliver when it was supposed to be 4 or 8 because of covid.

At the end all my boxes were damage. One of my most expensive items got damage and they didn't pay me back because of two things that I consider BS. However, the insurance was a joke and they never return my money for the broken monitor. Horrible company, please get another one. Don't waste your time and peace.

Do not use this company! They literally destroyed my home tearing up the walls with holes and putting a 7 inch huge gash on my luxury vinyl floor at the entrance door. I emailed the significant damage photos to them. Movers refused to pack items they were paid to do, for which I was supposed to get my packing fee back. So my daughter had to pack the box while the movers were there destroying my house.

Have not responded to any of my calls, emails or corporate contacts since April 2021. They just say someone will call you back which, I have not gotten one call back. I still do not have my belongings from them since April 2021 ( today is June 12, 2021) which I am sure are damaged due to the significant holes that were put on my walls and flooring.

This is the horrible service you get when you pay this company over $5000.00. Also please don't be fooled by some of the company's response to other complaints requesting the person to email support; as I emailed that exact email in May 2021 and never got a response. I have been very patient and have given this company multiple chances to make this right but they have not and at this point i feel they refuse to. So I have been advised that I will have to take legal action against them. Very sad as I try very hard to support Latino businesses, but a huge learning lesson for me.

The worst I have ever experienced, the packing was awful. Eleven items arrived broken & all they payed me was $400 when only one of the pieces valued at seven hundred & was the least expensive item. The person in Miami Joann told me I was getting the best insurance available. When called Joann all he could say that I had to speak with the PR manager & his response nothing could be done. I highly recommend in NOT using this company, the worst & total ripoff

This company is a rip off they over charged amd stole some of my property on the arrival, they dont even care when you file the complain monti is the same owner so its the same. Very nasty service

The worst experience my family lived. First they told us one date then keep changing it. No answer. Then they tell you in two weeks call the same and the same cycle. We waited for 5 months, our entire moving stuff were there. They broke a lot of stuff, they scratch all the wood furnitures, even are missing stuff. My parents are 66 plus and they were literally camping in our house.

Would not recommend this to anyone. Lack of commitment, no professionalism, no answer, no nothing. We spend around 6k. Is better to sell everything and get the profit, don't waste time or money with this company. Read their reviews a lot of them are bad. They must work on logistics and communication. Worst experience ever. We are still missing some boxes also. Lots of stuff broken, scratch or missing.

They were supposed to deliver our move today. Instead, they did not even show up. No call, no apology, NOTHING. I called numerous times and they said I was scheduled and would get a call. The last time I called they advised the chauffer would call me. NOTHING. Irresponsible and inconsiderate.

Mrs. Pacheco was not helpful even though everyone in RDM said that she was the only person capable of doing anything about our shipment. But time after time she has not provided an ounce of help, always a no or a redirect. Will update as soon as our move gets here.

Save yourself a lot of grief. If you have any issues at all, they are unresponsive and avoid any responsibility. We have used the several times and they were ok when everything went smoothly. We moved from California and also stored out furniture for a remodel right before Hurricane Irma. Even after communications were back up, we could not get them to respond to us.

Our goods were wet, many things damaged and some items lost. They refused to respond to us. Their excuse was that so many people were leaving Puerto Rico that they were very busy. Too busy getting new business to take care of existing customers. I finally had to figure out were their offices were and sit and wait to find out were our shipment was. The worst moving company with the worst customer service imaginable.

We are PCSing to California. Hey these guys have been amazing today! Helped me out so much as i am doing this by myself with two kids and two small dogs. Husband is at school at the moment. I am ver OCD so i labeled what not to pack etc. what room not to go in. I know they must have been a bit scared of me because i made sure they all new what was labeled not to pack and what room to not even think about touching the door to haha.

Two army parents can be a good and bad thing haha. The day is going and I missed one important well two important pieces to add to the do not pack room. My kids TABLETS?! I was frantically looking through my no pack room, i then went down stairs to retrace my steps where i put them and when i saw the guy packing the book shelf's. it dawned to n me i put them in there!

I was about to rip open all the boxes he packed lol. He looked up and said hey i put your tablets on that table i had a feeling they should not be packed i legit almost cried, he didn't have to do that ( & yes i for real Almost cried because that's just how i am lol) i thank d him please profusely and hugged him tight and long which I'm sure he enjoyed but i made it awkward for him lol.

Great guys, dancing, singing to salsa, petting my dogs talking to me and my kids. Yes i am about to cry writing this because coming from Oahu to here was a culture shock but when you meet the right people you see and feel the love of their island and the love of their culture the Soto familia will miss you PR but thank you la Rosa for making us a part of your family!

This is absolutely the worst moving company. We lost most of our belongings in hurricane MARIA in PUERTO RICO and have decided to start a new life in North Carolina. Its been over 2 months since they picked up whats left and we have yet to receive our shipment. We feel as if we are still living in the afternath of Maria. We are a family that struggles like every other but this company can care less that we sleep on the floor, that we can sit on a comfy chair to have dinner, that we watch the news.

I am sooooo disgusted with the poor service from what i believed was the best choice. We want our belongings asap. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. I will report them to bbb. I will make sure none of my family ever use them too. La Rosa del Monte is omly interested in getting your money and hires people to cover their butts with a million excuses. Hurricane Maria was in September its already May so to use the hurricane as an excuse as to why its slow is beyond. Shame ob you for keeping my family living in these conditions

I know I have moved away from my dear Maconco a.k.a Puerto Rico. I have lived away plenty of times so I know how painful moving is regardless of the excitement or the nostalgia. Let me tell you. Service like this WILL encourage you to leave the island sooner and even forget about bringing anything with you. I felt like simply calling like Good Will or the Salvation Army and leaving everything behind.

I have lived two years in Tampa. However, there is still some memorabilia and art I must bring back. I don't remember what is that house anymore. too many garage sales during my absence. Too many friends asking me for this or that. After holding on the phone close to forever, a man answered. He asked the exact weight (in tons---mind you, I don't know how much I weigh unless I step on the scale) I was meant to be bringing.

He also assured me that if it was less that $1,000, the company was not interested. It would take weeks to be picked up from the house. No wonder CNN keeps announcing the massive exile of Puerto Ricans (forget the bad economy, it is service and idiosyncracy such as this that encourages emigration to anywhere else.) After I tried to empatheticaly explain my problem (No, I don't have a way to weigh each box even if I was indeed in the island), I assured him that the bill would be bigger than $1,000.

While he took my information, I overheard another operator mocking another costumer--"Jaja, listen to him giving us the hour we should arrive at his house"--- Need I say more?
