We keep our FR3 32DS stored here. With catalytic converter theft being so high, indoor storage is the only way to go. they always ask if we need services before they pull or store our rig. we are VERY happy with the value.

They are awesome! Everything has gone very Smoothly. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

24 hour is a pretty amazing place. They get it done. Juan is an amazing forklift driver and will make sure that your units are parked and moved safely. Staff in the office are always friendly. Also, if your looking for a cleaning of your rig or boat. the buffer/detailer they have is amazing and will make your rig look great again. He removed all of the oxidation off my RV AND ROOF! Stored my RV here for over a year. No damage, theft, or vandalism. Pricing was fair. I would not hesitate to store here again. Thanks for supporting the veterans. It means a lot.

We just starting storing our boat at this indoor facility and so far so good, we have received exceptional service. Terri has went above and beyond to help assist us, even after hours with all of our questions and concerns. This facility is very well kept and I would highly recommend them.

They offer lots of services from cleaning inside and out to having your rv prepped and ready for you to pull out of the storage when you want it. We are outside; not inside, they have both and unfortunately for all of us who store our RVs and vehicles outside faces new construction from across the street. Not the fault of 24 Hour Rv, but Dirty, dirty, dirty.

Dirt blowing everywhere and our Landmark 5th wheel is dirty outside and the fine dust is seeping inside. The customer service is very responsive. They just added another lot to store more vehicles outside. A bit pricey, but so few rv storage businesses in the area so it explains the price for renting asphalt.

Very clean, organized safe place to store your RV! They always have snacks and a clean restroom to hot before heading off on your journey!

This is truly a full-service storage facility. Terry is always very helpful, and Ray the general manager goes above and beyond to help his clients. I needed the weight of my vehicle, while I was out of town, and they were able to drive my van to a scale and get it wait for me. In addition I also realized I had not hooked up a battery tender and they were able to sell me one and connected to my vehicle. Great customer service!

Amazing storage facility. A bit steeper than the rest, but worth the extra cost. Always willing to help with last minute requests. When we buy another boat, well be back

Mike and Terry are always helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. The process to store and checkout is seamless. Is considered storing at home but you can't beat the little things they do to make sure the RV is put away right and ready to go whenever I want to use it.

The best and Honest RV Repair Center. Family owned and they go above and beyond in everything they do! They do it all, from Warranty Repair, Service, to sSetting up Toad Vehicles, to Collision Repair. You will not be disappointed ever!

I wrote a glowing review 2/24/15 which I truly believed to be accurate and true at the time. However today, 3/2020 I have lowered my review today to a 2-star. You may ask, why? Its not the service given by staff, Terry, Juan and Linda. Its always been top notch. If it were not for them this would be a 1-star review. It's management. We have indoor stored a 40 ft motorhome there since 2005.

That is a long time. However in the past 18 months or so, the owner/manager has shown he gives no credit for customer loyalty, paying in advance. What he has done is take away all the services which we have enjoyed for years, and paid for. The following was included but now is gone. Its on a in/out menu. We paid $325 +/- in recent year by paying a year in advance with these discounts 5%, having served military5%.

Now on returning to storage, dump tanks $30. Wash rig $3. per ft. Plus turn propane and electric off, clean windshield glass and mirrors, now $30. Departure is now check/fill tires, drain/fill fresh water, start propane and electric, start refrig, wipe down exterior with duster, clean glass, now $35. It is now $65. to come and go. Want hook to electric? $25 per day/night. The owner is well aware of our disappointment. We have spoken to staff repeatedly for most of the past year. So we moved. Placer RV Storage, just down the street.

Our RV is kept in a completely fenced facility. We have access 24 hours a day, every day, with remote control access. They offer indoor and outdoor storage. They also offer services such as RV washing and emptying tanks. The facility is very well lit with video monitoring. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. We've been customers for 15+ years.

Can't say enough GREAT things about the facility, the staff, and the awesome services we receive from EVERYONE at 24 hour recreational storage in Rocklin, CA. We store our boat from Lake Tahoe indoors at this facility instead of local storage in Tahoe or Reno in the non boating season. The services are first rate. Linda does an incredible job removing all our boats water spots from being on the buoy all summer. Ray even trailers our boat to and from Lake Tahoe for us since we don't have a truck. Terry is incredibly responsive for everything!

We just moved from California to Nevada, but have been storing our 5th wheel at 24 Hour Recreational Storage for the last two years. They might be a little more than other places for monthly storage but you get what you pay for. Terry and the rest of the crew are very responsive and attempt to accommodate the clients in every aspect. Loved the full service. Would still be there if we had not moved out of state.

We have had our trailer stored here for 2 years. Have always had good customer service. Prices are very reasonable. The only thing I would advise is to make the space numbers a little more visible.

Awesome people, services, facility and owners who care! Ray fixed our hitch before we even knew it was broken! Terry, Linda, Juan, Mike and the whole crew there are all about customer service and they are the nicest people you will ever meet! Really lucky to have been with them for over 10 years now. They are the very best!

Full service, secure, safe storage facility. They have everything! We usually fill our propane there, but if you store your boat there, they will even deliver it and put it on the lake for you, stocked with ice, water, whatever! Great business!

24 hr is the best, very friendly service. I've dealt with 4 different people there and each one gets customer service. I had a special request and they met my needs with no issues. They actually returned phone calls when they said they would! Thanks for taking care of my boat!

Place has been great. Was in quite a jam and needed a quick storage for my rv that broke down. After searching for an entire day, finally found this place with an outdoor lot with a reasonable cost. They were quick to respond and I was able to move my rv in that day. I just ended my lease but I highly recommend them.

I've had my travel trailer here since they opened their outdoor lot, and so far I'm disappointed. The spaces and drive lanes are good size, but the security is terrible. Early last year, someone broke into a number of trailers, mine included. The damage and loss was minor, but annoying. They were proactive about notifying us of the break in, but I never heard if there was a resolution.

In January of '18, I had my brand-new battery stolen. When I contacted them about it, the response was "Sorry to hear that. Wasn't it locked?" I've had the trailer for 7 years at various locations, and never had any incidents like this, and their cavalier attitude about it was disappointing, to say the least. When I went to put the new battery in, I got talking to another family who has their trailer there, and they had also lost a battery, on a separate occasion. I will be moving my trailer as soon as I can find another location with space.

On a Saturday, I went looking for a place to store my motorhome. When I couldn't find the Lot I called and was given an attitude for seeking them out because I didn't have an appointment. I've never seen anywhere else I need an appointment to ask about their services, on a Saturday no less. I was given directions to the building. The prices they quoted did not match the prices on their website (30' motorhome outdoor was $115 vs $111.25 on the site).

The website states 5% off storage when a year is paid in advance. When asked about that, I was told that is only indoor storage, which clearly is not stated on the site. Even speaking to me was clearly an inconvenience for the man at the desk. Very poor customer service. Not only lost one customer, but all my friends and family with RVs and Boats will know as well.

The whole team at 24 HR recreational storage is superb. They have taken exceptional care of my vehicle and they are always accommodating, if you are looking to store a vehicle, rv, boat ect don't look any further. Mike and Teri in the office are excellent to deal with and always offer great customer service. Juan who manages the vehicles always takes care of any needs or concerns.

OK, I was desperate. I had an emergency due to flooding on my property and needed to park our motorhome for 4-8 weeks. Another indoor RV Storage that I contacted denied me because I was not staying long enough. What?! Isn't it better to get money for a couple months than have an empty space? Whatever. Then I found this place. Not only did they accommodate me, but they also prorated my stay which I paid 2 months in advance.

My stay turned out to be MUCH shorter than anticipated. They reimbursed me some funds without my asking! A deal is a deal, right?! So I had no problem paying the agreed upon price for the shorter stay but it was a nice, unexpected surprise to get a check in the mail. That's how happy I was that they took me in month-to-month and store this beast quickly- I was willing to pay what was agreed upon. Awesome facility, setup and people. I would have no problem storing my Rv here if needed.

Red carpet service at this storage facility.i love that they are on-call 24 hours; because when it's time to go.i can drive my RV washed & clean out of here! Very accomodating and friendly service! I can drop in anytime & / or call them anytime! Thank you for making my life easier. I just want a small home that is easy to clean and a tranquil life!

We finally took our boat out of storage with 24 Hour Recreational Storage. Since first putting our boat in storage in 2010, they have changed the location of where our boat is stored 3 times! The last time, we decided we weren't going to move it, and when we called to pick up our boat by their published deadline, they had already moved our boat WITHOUT our approval.

It then took 3 phone calls and 1 visit to cancel our contract and get our boat, and they still charged our credit card for next month's storage even though they no longer had our boat! Now 2 more phone calls later and they say a check is in the mail for our refund. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never refer anyone to this storage place.

Did not take proper care of RV. Cost $2,000 to fix the abuse! Store at your own peril.

Unfortunately, my storage time with Indoor RV 24 Hour Recreational Storage has come to an end. Not because of anything they did, but I moved back to the Dallas, TX area.and no longer need their services. While they stored my vehicles, they did an OUTSTANDING job! If there was an issue, they called, if there was going to be a conflict on pickup day, they called.and if I had a question or problem, they had the answer!

Never once did they complain when the couple times I didn't give them "proper" notice.they just did their best, all the time. Which I guess is SOP there, so that makes sense. If I need to store a vehicle again in the Sacramento, CA area. I'll be back!
