I have had Sierra Valley not only Move my household, but also sometimes various other items related to moving. The employees are respectful of myself and my property. I can't say enough positive things about them. The office staff and owners really know their business. They may not be the cheapest, but they are the best! One of the first things they say, is do your homework.

Get other estimates! It is important as a consumer to know what's out there. Cheapest is not always the best, I know from experience! But you get what you pay for, and its great quality service.

This company is the best! They moved me from Roseville to Las Vegas without a hitch! No thing was broken other then a dish I dropped. They moved my entire house including my wife's piano. They are very professional. A team of 7 guys moved us. Prices were reasonable, and service excellent! My hat is off to Ray, Paul, and Phil. I would highly recommend these guys. D. Have used Them Several times in the past and would use them in a heartbeat again. Very professional, have never broken a thing. They treat your things like they are their own. Always on time or early. Very hard workers, all of them. They have a way of being lighthearted so as to ease the stress of the move and before you know it they are done. I really have moved with them many many times with no regrets Great group of guys and very hard workers!

I needed a mover to pack and move me, and picking one was difficult. Many companies wouldn't quote a price, and customer service was lackluster. When my call to Sierra Valley was returned, I was told the owner would personally come to my home, walk through, and give me a quote. That's exactly what he did. I was happy with what he said and the quote was reasonable, so I hired him.

The movers arrived on time on moving day, packed everything, and moved it to my new home. They moved quickly, and asked questions along the way to make sure everything was done to my approval. They loaned me moving boxes, and let me keep them as long as I needed to unpack. When I finished unpacking, the only breakage was a handle on a coffee mug. I'd call that a success! I highly recommend Sierra Movers, and would use them again.

Sierra Valley handled our move from Sacramento to Portland. The staff were really great to work with, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thanks Ray and all the team who helped. Highly recommend and would use them again if the need comes up.

Well I used to work there I think it's an awesome place to work the owners are really awesome people Ray and Larry most of the most fairest people I've ever met and had the pleasure of working for I really hope they read this because I have like that company for a long time ranking top 3 and customer service and of California I've never met people and owners and I've gone out of their way to make sure to help satisfy these customers and businesses they continue to repeat we do work for including myself thanks very Larry Paul I will be back

Eighteen months ago we needed help packing and storing our household goods after we sold our home and began traveling and exploring our life options post retirement. We chose Sierra Valley because they provided just the service we needed. They came into our home and spent three days carefully wrapping and protecting all of our furniture, artwork, and glassware.

Absolutely everything was wrapped, protected and put into storage. Last week we moved into our new home, and Sierra Valley finished the job by delivering all of our household goods from storage. We were very impressed with their service. Working with them in our home through the packing up phase and again unpacking was as pleasant as moving can be.

They were very careful to protect the furniture and the home. They were fast and focused. The price was very fair. We even had some of the same crew that packed us up be on the crew that unpacked us. There was a small chip on one of our hutch glass shelves. They took the shelf back with them after unloading and came back a week later with a new shelf. If we ever need to move again, Sierra Valley will get our business.

Totally enjoyed the moving experience which is saying something for us! Greg at Sierra Moving just great to deal with @ scheduling and Manny and Mike were just fantastic movers. Professional, so helpful and pleasant. We thank all of you so much!

We were in desperate need of a good moving company for a last minute move and Sierra Valley catered to our needs. They were fast, efficient, honest, and really knew their stuff. They were able to disassemble and assemble our large desks and cubicles without any hick-ups because of so much experience in the industry. They were fabulous and I would recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again.

These guys are GOOD! I received very professional service from beginning to end. From the Walk-Thru that covered all of my concerns to moving day. These guys are extremely thorough and respectful of my belongings. I liked that they were professionally dressed, just a quirk of mine which tells me i am dealing with a company that cares about their image.

I was nervous on moving day as i think most people are, you just want it to go smooth and hope that there are no issues. Within about the first 10 to 15 minutes of these guys arriving, i felt good about the move, they were just ALL AROUND PROFESSIONAL! Thank you Sierra Valley!

Took up 8 handicapped spaces at Sacramento State last semester. After talking to the owner about it I I got a mediocre apology and a promise to move a few of the trucks, I circled around 30 minutes later to find nothing had been changed. No respect for the disabled.

Not sure if they where trying to gouge but I was very close to hiring them until they changed the price on me a second time.

Before hiring any moving company I did a ton of research to make sure that I got someone who was reputable and would take good care of my furniture. The bid from Sierra Valley was a bit higher than the other guys, but I'm so glad I payed a little extra - the service was outstanding, and everything made it in one piece. Nothing was damaged or broken. All the men they sent out were professional and respectful of our stuff. I couldn't be happier with the service and the move overall.
