Aulona Veshaj is one of the rudest people I have ever had the privilege of receiving emails from. At this point, her name triggers me. She has been completely unhelpful and blames me instead of offering solutions. They hired a moving company and a car transportation company for us, and both were terrible companies. The movers failed at their job, to move our stuff, and the car transportation company only succeeded because a good driver picked up the car, which had nothing to do with the car transport company.

I have gotten no help from these rude and incompetent people of CapRelo. Instead of help, I have been informed that it was my fault all along and there is nothing they can do to help. In fact, I made no mistake and don't appreciate being blamed. I recommend avoiding at all costs. As my wife put it, they say stuff like "Let us know if we can do anything for you" and then when you ask them to do something for you, they let you know that they cannot do anything for you no matter how many times you ask and regardless of how patient you are with them. They sound and act like children. I do not know how they run a business without any professionals or oversight. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The ABSOLUTE worst relocation experience/company I have ever dealt with. Their lack of professional service is unbelievable. Can not believe this company gets paid anything. DO NOT USE them! I reached out to the management team from the very beginning and got no resolve on the issue. The below blanket response from the owner is a joke!

Terrible customer service all around. I had to change my flight a little over a week before my move because the movers they worked with (JK Movers) changed my load date. I immediately let CapRelo know. I was disappointed and frustrated that I was then harassed by multiple emails at work asking how much the flight change was and ultimately threatening not to reimburse me ($82). Later, when my move was awful and many of my personal items were ruined by the moving company, I did not get a word from CapRelo.

When I reached out to them about the move, I received a snarky email response saying that it seemed like I had preferred them not to communicate with me. This has been all around terrible customer service, and I would warn anyone to stay away from this company. Not contacting their client when there has been massive moving problems and physical damage, but having no problem bothering a client at work with multiple emails regarding $82, seems that they are just out for money and not looking after the client.

Andrea is very unprofessional! She has no kind of kind of respect for candidates or her customers. The reviews on Facebook, Yelp, Glassdoor and the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. I would caution anyone thinking about working here to go in another direction.
