Outstanding service! We have moved several times with the Navy and have not had as great a crew as we did today! Our crew arrived early and expertly packed our household goods in one day when three days had been allotted. Star Moving was an absolute pleasure to work with! Fernando, Chris, and the moving crew were polite, professional, and trustworthy. The movers (Danilo, Raul, and Walter) wrapped everything in shrink wrap and were so careful with my belongings, and not a single item was damaged or scratched. I am totally impressed. Star Moving Solutions / Wilmer and his team were extremely professional, efficient, and friendly during our PCS move. They expertly wrapped and packed every item with care, and handled all of our items with care. This is now my fourth transatlantic move with Star and they are great- highly recommended. Miguel the point person has always been extremely responsive and resourceful. The moving crew on the US- side, led by Moses, was very efficient, professional and considerate. Not only was care taken with our goods, but they were kind to the entire family, kids and dog included. I wouldn't go with any other company and always recommend them to friends and colleagues moving internationally.

Moises and crew packed our place and loaded the truck for the origin part of a cross country move. They were amazing! Super hard working team that was very attentive to our stuff. They wrapped everything so well to protect it including some things we were concerned about like china, carbon fiber bike, Peloton bike, etc. They were timely, kind, and careful moving things around to not damage anything in the apartment. If you get a chance to work with Moises and his crew, you will be amazed and grateful!

From the moment my household goods move was scheduled, this company reached out to me to ensure I understood date and times they would arrive. I appreciated the timeliness especially dealing with living on a military installation. Thank you to the team that came out - Dio, Darwin, Elmer (I'm missing 2 please forgive me) who were extremely professional and respectful of my house and belongings. Upon entering masks and runners were all throughout the house. Prayfully they can come unpack us when we arrive at our next stop!

I really appreciated Wilmer's leadership in overseeing our Corporate relocation move. It was a very large home with a large volume of household goods and Wilmer worked diligently. He was excellent at problem solving and trouble shooting. Although there were some area's of concern due the the packing and loading from a different driver, Wilmer worked with us to trouble shoot and problem solve. We really appreciated his support.
