Outstanding service from a great staff and a well kept facility make Atlantic Storage the very best in town. Donna, Mike and Mac are there to help with whatever needs you may have. They really went out of there way to make my experience easy. Couldn't get there before they closed and they were kind enough too extend the hours for me to get into the buliding and access my storage unit. Atlantic Storage is the very best storage company I have ever delt with. Thanks so much you guys rock!

Nice, easy to get into and navigate. huge units perfect for anyone with it of inventory etc. Units have outlets making plugging anything in easy and accesible. the "customer lounge" which requires access code to be keyed in once inside building and door, essentially putting what one would call the most bland, unimaginative useless attempt at "providing perks" but really just charging more for less. no sink, no loungy seating, no coffee maker, not one thing remotely close to anything that comes to mind when picturing a lounge.

No pens, paper, magazines, tv, comfy chairs, utensils, cleaning supplies, vending machine, signage with wifi password. NOTHING. Nothing at all. three different loading dock areas located all around the building so multiple people can be loading unloading at once. spend 10 minutes manually rolling up the door inch by inch with the chain/pulley, except one if powered by pressing a button. sometimes it work.

Sometimes it doesn't. Staff is nice enough, the place is very clean for the most part (it is new, so it should be). Location is convenient and central to many areas. It will be interesting to see how they evolve(or don't) as the rv parking fills up and how the management handle issues as they arise, both for indoor storage customers and outdoor RV parking customers. Overall, not so bad. I'd rent one more if it were available!

Atlantic Storage is the best. If you're looking for a storage place that will preserve your goods long term or short, I would recommend them. I moved all my furniture and things from another state October 2019, to this storage. Wasn't able to move out until February 2022, everything was just as it was when I moved in. I've heard horror stories about storage that long, no horror with Atlantic Storage. Thank you, I'm so impressed. Customer service is excellent. Thank you again.

I was your customer. You guys are so un-organized. Had a scheduled pickup for 10:00am. Truck was not ready till 12pm and it had to brought over from craighead. I was a customer of yours.

I love the new surface parking storage on Monroe Road. It is the freshest, cleanest, newest, and safest facility anywhere in the Charlotte area. I look forward to many years of business with Atlantic.

Atlantic Self-storage is a fantastic service provider. Day one of my experience necessitated a change in unit size which was handled smoothly by Donna who was supported by her Assistant Managers. The facility is very well maintained and very secure. It's a pleasure to recommend Atlantic.

Helpful staff, super clean facility, well lit, access to a loading dock, convenient hours. We love Atlantic Storage! We have stored "estate in transition" belongings here for several years and highly recommend it!

We recently rented storage space from Atlantic Self Storage and had an excellent experience. We worked with Donna who was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and perfect for storing our extra furniture. Plus the location is great for us. They have an additional warehouse opening soon - next door to the current facility. Therefore they will have even more storage capabilities soon. Highly recommend.
