Great experience using Coleman Allied for my move. Price was fair and competitive. Everything got there on time and in good shape. Thanks to Jeff, Roosevelt and Otavia for making my move smooth and keeping me updated throughout the process. Would definitely use again.

This company needs to be removed from government contract listing. They sent out two workers to pack up my house and ended in horror. They had an attitude from the start to finish like I'm the reason to their misery. One worker showed up, smelling like hard core cigars with nasty long nails. This person with bare hands grabbed all my nicely folded clothes and just dumped it in to a box.

Then went on on lunch, ate and came back to take a big dump to stink up the whole apartment. Then the same worker came out without washing hands and continued to touch house hold items and wrapped everything careless. They were also upset that I had too many pair of shoes, which they carelessly dumped in a box they made. my mattress was dragged across the skid Tearing holes on my $200 mattress cover, they stood up my couch to only to slam it to the ground and broke the standing feet under.

Nice velvet couch I had was pushed against walls and truck causing tears on the material. None of my tv's were boxed until they arrived in the next state. Even the workers unpacking was shocked the way they packed, every bolt and nut they took out were found bottom of the boxes randomly. If you are looking for a great company to come and destroy your valued items and seeking an adventure this company will do you right and make your moving experience a highly rated horror movie.

My current damage is over 4k and will update my review after I make my claims. I can't believe this company is in business, service and movers are much better in third world countries. How they operate and rob government is just an icing on the shit cake they serve.

1 star is my only posting option, but this is a zero-star review. Interstate move. Delays on both move-out and move-in, resulting in scrambling to change travel plans. Move-in crew filled our garage with stuff that wasn't ours, including huge, super-expensive gym equipment. When we told them, they just shrugged their shoulders and hauled it back into the truck (if it was yours, hope you got it back!).

Many of our boxes arrived smashed and full of rodent droppings. Our couch was ripped, a piece of outdoor furniture was heavily dented, our bed headboard was missing a corner - as if it had been sawed off - and the movers left major scratches on our floor. Lastly and incredulously, the move-in crew took food from our home without asking us (after we bought them dinner), which wouldn't be a huge deal except that my 9 year-old daughter found the food wrappers STUFFED INTO A VENT in her bedroom. Tania T, Ashley M, Chris R, Katie K - every time we expressed concerns throughout the process, they blamed someone else. For interstate moves especially, look for another company with impeccable accountability from start to finish.

We had a good experience with Allied Vans before but this move has definitely been the worst experience. The movers were great but the rep Stephanie doesn't respond to our inquiries and we have to contact her with the hope that she actually picks up. We were charged for moving materials and never received them, we requested a refund and after 3 weeks have not heard back. Not impressed, we might as well have gotten a PODS container and paid less.

Making a reservation was easy, completion of the reservation and securing the storage was simple. The staff customer service was very professional, Rafael was great, no complaints on this side.

Unfortunately, I've had a really awful experience with Coleman/Allied when they moved me from Nashville to Los Angeles. There were nearly 30+ incidents that I had to reach out to customer service about, such as a mover not letting me know his mask broke and going maskless in my home (after informing the crew I have health conditions), a mover blowing his nose and not washing his hands afterward (I had to ask him to use hand sanitizer before touching my things), not notifying me when my items arrived in storage, losing 3 of my boxes, multiples boxes being crushed, my service provider in LA being switched without notifying me, not organizing or packing my immediate storage pick-up items correctly, and much more. Coleman didn't even apologize when a supervisor reached out to me and left a voicemail and email.

She also refused to give me any money back. I called back to express my dissatisfaction and asked if she could call me back so I could speak with her directly, but she has yet to reach back out. I also reached out to Allied corporate's customer service and was told I'd receive a response within 1 business day. It's been 3 business days and I haven't heard anything.

I cannot recommend this company at all. The Allied moving company on the LA end even said that they don't like working with Coleman because of how it conducts its business. Mistakes happen, but the amount of problems has been excessive and its customer service has been nonexistent.

We moved from NE Texas to Houston and used Daryl Flood. Nothing was broken, chipped or missing upon delivery and unloading. Moving out of state in January 2021 we used Coleman Allied. It was a nightmare. Not only did the loading take twice as long as projected, we had so many things broken (lamps, chairs, pictures, chipped headboard, coffee table etc.) and tools missing. Please consider using another company.

Used Coleman out of Columbus, Ga. driver and crew were outstanding, no issues whatsoever. The move coordinator however is a different story. Original quote included $335 to remove flat screen from wall by a third party. I removed the tv myself, contacted the sales person as well as the coordinator, they said they would take care of it. After the move and the debiting of my Amex I emailed and called asking for a correction, no response at all.

I reached out to my sales person (Kelly) and she forwarded my correspondence to her manager, a week later and no response. I emailed and called again now no one will return my email or calls. I would like to reach out to Allied the parent company or as a last resort, have Amex deal with it for me. It's only $335 but this is zero customer service by the office and Stephanie in particular.

I am a general contractor whom has used Coleman Allied Plano for 3 different projects. All 3 projects received substantial damages to the customers belongings. Upon learning of this damage, I immediately contacted my salesman, Matt Wright. Matt advised me that he has nothing to do with this and had me call the main office. The main office simply sent me to a 3rd party claims company whom boldly announces they have 60 days to address and property claims.

To date, I am out of pocket over $6,000 in damages and replacement belongings for my customers while Coleman Allied refuses to even send a representative to inspect any of the damages. If Matt Wright is your salesman, I would NEVER spend a dime with him as he will throw you to the wolves. RUN FAR AWAY FROM COLEMAN ALLIED PLANO

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WHAT THE RESULTS THAT THEY DID TO US. WORST MOVING COMPANY THAT i EVER USED AND i HAVE MOVED 4 OTHER TIMES WITH COMPANIES THAT WERE GOOD. When they were consolidating the 2 trucks at the Atlanta, Ga warehouse they went thru ALL of our dresser drawers took what they wanted, and stole over $4,200 worth of items including tools and music CD collection. Caught the 1st driver sitting in our garage in Georgia going thru sealed containers and telling his helpers what he was going to do with the items he stole.

They used a commercial freight trailer to put our products in and when we received our items 9 days later we found that some of our items were water soaked since they had a hole in the trailer roof. Total water damage loss $3,137'71. They refused to pay for the replacements. We had a Police report made and sent it in to Coleman Allied, they ignored it., who also verified all of the totally destroyed items which totaled $1,979'93 replacement value. Coleman Allied copout is you must notify the driver of missing items at the time you move in.

With 5 people bringing in boxes, containers, furniture and other items to 3 different floors and the garage and the driver checks off the bill showing items delivered and he was also moving items in. He falsefied the report. We had over 60 boxes and containers delivered that day. The Federal law states that you have 6 months to report problems. This moving company is a disaster in handling your belongings, they don't care, the steal what they want, they damage and destroy your items and they don't care and they lack responsibility.

I regret ever moving with Coleman Allied and if your thinking of using them please read all of the consumer complaints about this company. Save yourself from extreme grief and sorrow and total loss of money in addition to what you paid Allied to move and destroy, steal and damage your items. Beware.

We have been without her things for going on 4 weeks. That isn't on them, but what is is the fact that they now have our things and cannot deliver them for another week. I called to see about an earlier time and they told me they are overbooked. It's frustrating and They shouldn't take on more work if they can't handle the Load they have in a timely manner. Not Happy.

Tania Tomadin was very professional, courteous and pleasant in taking our inventory and providing us with a quote. Ashley Marrone was very kind and helpful in coordinating our move. Brian, the driver, was very efficient, courteous and friendly. The loaders and packers on both ends of our move were very hard-working, polite and helpful. Our overall experience was great, thanks you!

My very expensive move with Coleman turned out to be a nightmare. After losing my husband, I sold my house and had to store my belongings in a storage unit before buying another house closer to my daughter. I couldn't closely supervise the moving since we were in the middle of the pandemic and the movers refused to wear a mask (I'm over 60 and at risk).

The last item they placed in the storage unit was a large bed headboard, blocking the entrance of the unit and the view on most items. I had to sign the sheet claiming no damage despite not being able to oversee the move (though at this point I was worried that there was damage as I could see some furniture piled up carelessly and they didn't use the protective blankets I provided).

I contacted Coleman right away with my concern and was assured that I could still file a claim within 9 months. I found a new house after 2 months and moved all the boxes myself to be able to document what I found. It was heartbreaking. Most pieces of my furniture had scratches, dents, split wood, my piano was broken and a desk totally destroyed beyond repair.

I had wrapped the mattresses myself with thick protection, and these protections were REMOVED, and the simple plastic bags that they decided to use instead were torn by being obviously dragged on the floor, leaving the mattresses soiled and torn. Most of the plastic bins and boxes labelled "Fragile" were piled up with heavy items, leaving lots of broken dishes, glasses, etc.

I did what Coleman requested - I filed up a report with lots of pictures and notes that I took along the way. I then had to wait several MONTHS with little to no communication (and if I wanted any compensation, I was not allowed to fix anything myself until the claim was processed). I finally received a response from the insurance company that my claim had been completely denied simply because I had not used "Coleman storage".

This was so infuriating as I had made it very clear what my plans were from the beginning and Coleman NEVER mentioned that I needed to use their storage. I tried contacting Coleman directly for any kind of help and have received zero response. I'm sure that they can somehow justify that legally they don't owe me anything. But I truly feel that I've been misled and taken advantage of.

They have caused so much irreparable damage to my belongings, and then after assuring me I could still file a claim for compensation, having me jump through all sorts of hoops to document the damages, and leaving me hanging with my broken furniture for months. nothing. I thought I was choosing (and paying a lot of money for) a reputable company who would use professional movers, but apparently I was mistaken. Stay far away from this company if you value your belongings.

I had three estimates for a move from Texas to Florida. I chose Coleman because its quote was the most reasonable and it seemed appropriate to book with Allied again, since it had been the moving company that got me from Florida to Texas. When it became necessary to reschedule the moving date because of the snow storm and losing 5 days of packing time due to no electricity, the company was good with providing a new day to move. The driver and his helpers were efficient and helpful. The customer service representative was constantly in communication with me.

I hired Allied to move me from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX in October 2020. Throughout the entire process, Allied agents, except for the sales representative, did not wear masks despite my repeated requests please wear them due to my autoimmune disorder. They refused to wear them on the load and move out of my Atlanta home and they did it again at my Texas home. (Wearing masks is not only for my safety but for their safety so they don't claim that they got COVID from customers.).

I took pictures and called corporate but no action was taken to protect me or their agents. Once the truck was loaded in Atlanta, the agents took off and did not provide me with any contract information to reach the driver. It took me 2 days to reach Customer Service at Allied to find out when my items would be delivered. I was told November 2, 2020.

On October 28, 2020, I received a call from the driver that he was outside my door and he wanted me to pay him immediately and to move all the trucks that were of the builder's subcontractors that were performing post-closing touch ups and follow-up punch list items. The driver was angry and acted as if he was scheduled to come on October 29th. It was a complete suprise.

I called the Atlanta office and could not reach anyone, again. When I didn't get through, I called my Allied Colement sales representative. He too was shocked that the driver showed up unannounced, off schedule with not even a 1-hr notice. Because I didn't have a cashier check because I'm not clairvoyant and I was told the driver would arrive on 11/2/20, I was charged an extra $129 on top of the $6800 moving fee for having to use a credit card.

The movers stacked boxes all over my home anywhere they wanted to place them as they refused to listen to me--after all, I'm only the paying customer. I am a single physically-handicapped person who cannot lift or move heavy boxes. The boxes are smooshed and indented, especially those marked "fragile". I now have to hire another moving company to place the boxes in the rooms they were interned for an marker for.

This has been a TERRIBLE experience. I would NEVER recommend this company. I was promised twice a call from Allied Corporate Management regarding this experience. It never took place. I don't even have forms to complete for a claim. Given how poor the service has been, I seriously doubt they will honor the $50,000 insurance policy that I paid for extra assurance for very expensive items. I'm very frustrated.

This company is awful. Went with them as the more expensive option because they are an affiliate of Allied, hoping for good service. Poor customer experience from the start of moving day. Movers were over 3 hours late and they were total amateurs. Took them over 9 hours and we had to help them load the truck. Moving coordinator was rude and gave incorrect information left and right. Her supervisor then jumped in and was also incredibly rude. Don't expect your move to be handled well or on time with these guys.

I'm disappointed and frustrated, I have been waiting for my stuff since a week and the distance is only 7 hours and they still told me that I have to wait for 3 days more. I don't trust this company, if you have the opportunity to choose another one, do it. If you don't have the people to do the job, don't get the contract and let people can choose another one. This company just think about money and not about customers. -0 stars

This company destroyed both the home I was moving from and the home I moved into. They damaged almost every piece of furniture I own. The movers were rude and borderline criminal. The management of the company was unprofessional. Many boxes of clothing and my possessions did not arrive. They never found them. I took out insurance for $250,000. Read the fine print.

According to the salesman, they only pay you on the insurance if there is an accident and your goods are destroyed. My collection of modern antique furniture was ruined. They made an effort to repair a few pieces but did not know of professional competent woodworkers to repair broken legs, gouges or to match fine finishes. I lost at least $80,000 in clothing and furnishings.

The furniture pieces they repaired were done unprofessionally and none of the finished matched the original. The refinishers used by Allied Coleman did not have knowledge or skill in refinishing. They paid me a small pittance for smashing a few pieces. Oddly, it was mainly couture clothing that did not arrive. I am very suspicious. They do not pay the value of your clothing.

They pay a minimal amount per pound if lost clothing. I moved to a condo building where moving can only be done between 9 and 5. They unloaded at a distant location and transported my things with a smaller truck. They started moving my things in about midnight, against the rules of the building. The movers offended several people in the building with their racial slurs and off color behavior.

They damaged the walls in the hallways. They refused to put my furnishings in the locations I asked them to put them. This was one of the worst experiences of my life short of death of a family member. These are bad, dishonest people who have no business entering anyone's home. They have no respect for your home or your belongings. They complained about how tired they were constantly and demanded that I feed them. They asked if they could drive my car. These people were as close to animals as I have ever been exposed to. The salesman was rude. Never trust this company for a move.

Horrible experience from start to finish. The packing team was understaffed and didn't have enough time to pack everything before the truck arrived day three. The items list was simply our name, shipping ID number and "master bedroom" for description. The loading staff day three had to basically finish what the packers couldn't/didn't. Then the two man crew and semi driver spent half the day trying to finish packing in addition to loading onto a truck parked at the bottom of our driveway down a hill.

The semi can't get close to the house to load so they have to go up and down a long driveway. That and the heat is taking its toll on them and one guy was throwing up from overheating! It's a complete cluster and things are getting damaged and dirty. We provided a fridge full of water and drinks but it's just not enough people, proper packing and time to get it done correctly.

My advice is don't let this company move your household goods. Our whole life if in that truck packed poorly by exhausted overworked and overwhelmed staff. Basic stuff like stabilizing the washer drum didn't get done and they shoved cardboard in it to try something since they didn't have the proper tools to do it. We tried all day to contact Coleman/Allied and we're only able to reach an answering service.

So far zero response to our concerns. Nightmare move and it's only half over. The one star is for the poor staff who at least tried with the limited time and lack of proper staffing.

If you want something moved these are the guys to do it; They laid down Floor protection to protect our precious wooden floors from being scuffed up and they also wrapped all of our furniture in pads to protect from any dings or scratches and also shrink wrapped all the larger pieces of Furniture as well as the punctuality and friendly and courteous workers that Paul brought with him was awesome and being a Sunday that really helped out tremendously you can tell these guys have been doing this for a while kudos Paul and his crew I will consider them again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs great service

I can't warn you enough not to use this company. Extremely unprofessional. They treat their employees badly and it shows as they in turn treat customers even worse. They arrived late to the move, and were understaffed. I called my moving coordinator to inform her we need more people for an office move and still nothing was done. The movers were extremely behind schedule and careless with our furniture resulting in several broken pieces.

When I called to complain to the moving coordinator, Matt Wright he was very difficult and blamed the issues on my company. We had to escalate the issues to legal to get resolved.

I'd give them less if I could! Don't ever use a Coleman affiliate of Allied. Different story every time you talk to someone about your furniture. They way overbooked there load vs. driver availability and just simply say over and over "it's our busy season." If I conducted my business like this I'd be out of business. After days of not even having a driver scheduled to our load that we booked over a month ago (and not being told we didn't have a driver which that info alone would have been a big help to us) we were finally told Monday afternoon after countless emails and phone calls on our part, that our load would be delivered Wednesday morning even though it's been in Nashville since Sunday morning. NOW we just received a call basically saying "oops sorry can't do it even on Wednesday has to wait until Thursday." Completely unacceptable, please don't use Coleman, save yourself!

Hired this company, horrible service from pickup to delivery. Damaged the house we were moving out of, removed washer dryer when they weren't supposed to. Damage to wall wasn't communicated, we found out through a walkthrough. Left our house a complete disaster, left things that should have been packed. Working with multiple people, Jim Rhodes has been our main contact and did our original quote. We've continued to have issues getting people to return our phone calls, we've been fed a ton of misinformation by almost everyone we've came in contact with. We've found a decent amount of things broken, mainly due to how items were packed. Poor service end to end, suggestion would be to go with another provider, even if you have to pay more.

I had a great experience with Coleman. Staff was very professional, friendly and careful with my belongings. I really felt like they went above and beyond a regular moving company. When they were informed that the office for the apartment complex would be closing at 6, I could tell they made a big effort to cautiously pick up the pace. I'm also very pleased with the way they wrapped all my furniture to ensure none of my property got scratched. I would recommend this service to any of my peers that are relocating.

Do not use this company. Their insurance is a scam. We had a large move from TX to WA. They lost a box of ours containing our coats. We put in a claim and it was denied because "we didn't report the loss at delivery". We had a very large move with hundreds off boxes. How would we know that one was missing? We called our agent, Matt Wright, who agreed that this was not their policy but as of this date, nothing has been done despite multiple phone calls.

The movers also broke our computer printer and leaf blower, which we did not claim. They left someone else's rugs and wall hangings at our home. We filled a complaint with BBB and will seek a legal resolution. This is our fourth Allied move and their lack of honesty and customer service is astounding.

I join the other reviews in recommending that you do NOT hire this company. My things were loaded Oct. 20 in Nashville and were not delivered to Chicago until Oct. 30. A tiny one bedroom that took 11 hours to unload? Seriously. Also I'm writing this December 1 and still waiting for the five (at least) missing boxes to be traced, with items like toaster, flatware, pots and pans, etc.

The communication and coordination of the company is zero: warehouse in Nashville and other staff in another state. They did find a missing carpet and when it was shipped to me, someone had dropped chewing gum on it (I do not chew gum). One box was full of glass from broken casserole dishes. What puzzles me is how Allied can associate with this company because Coleman is definitely a black mark on their reputation. One star may be too many.

I have moved multiple times in the last few years. Never had any problem. This time I used Coleman Allied for moving a 2 bedroom apartment and I am so disappointed. My stuff were lost all because of wrong handling of the trucks. They apparently tried to save space in the truck and kso they made 2 deliveries for such a small transport. Obviously 2 different trucks and drivers who don't take responsibility one of the other. The final result, losing valuable stuff and lots of headache.

Chose this company out of 3 from a AAA referral agency for a FL- TX move. Felt great about the decision until I flew back to Florida to meet the movers, and they never showed up. My moving coordinator couldn't even figure out what was going on for over four hours. She was sweet and I knew it wasn't her fault so I let it go. Fast forward a month to my furniture arriving in Texas. the driver called as he was getting close to the state to coordinate date and confirm details.

He wasn't aware of the second stop I had requested to pick up a few things from my parents' house, but was fine to do it. He looked up my delivery address - a high rise which was mentioned in the quote process - and expressed concern on the ability to get his 70' tractor into the loading dock at the building. At his request I checked with my building manager who confirmed that would not fit.

The driver said no problem- he would get a shuttle and transfer my goods, and it would not be an additional cost to me. I thought nothing more of it until 1:15pm the day of delivery when I received an email from the moving coordinator that an additional $774 would be required for the shuttle so my furniture could be delivered. Mind you the delivery was COMPLETE by then, and the delivery men were gone before I saw the email shortly after.

I informed the coordinator that there was a misunderstanding and the driver assured me there was no cost to me for the shuttle. I heard nothing more from her for two months so assumed all was handled. Then just over a week ago I get an email and I owe an additional $994 for remaining balance- which was the shuttle. After continuing to try and speak with someone, I'm told this is going to collections Monday.

This is entirely wrong- the charge may have been something that should have applied, but the way and timing with which it was handled, and my inability to investigate options other than a shuttle (I could have rented a truck and a couple of guys to get this stuff off the trailer a LOT cheaper than a thousand bucks) is simply unethical. I am going to continue to pursue this on behalf of myself and future movers everywhere!

I just moved from Irving, TX to Wentzville, MO. I interviewed about six moving companies. The thoroughness of the sales rep, Michael Kolch is what sold me on the company. They did not hassle me like most of the companies. Cindy and her crew of packers were very respectful and thorough also. Rita, my personal move coordinator was following up every step of the move.

There was never any question in my mind what was going to happen when. The movers were unbelievable. The driver, Al, contacted me the night before to tell me where he was and the ETA of arrival at my place. V, the guy in charge was a skinny fellow but could lift all of my very, very heavy furniture. Brandon and Tony were also excellent. All three were fun and hard working.

They moved a 2700 square foot house into the truck in 5 hours. Al, and my things were delivered 2 days later on time with a local crew to unload. Duck, the guy in charge on the Missouri side, was excellent and so was Wilson and Alphonso. I cannot say enough about using Coleman Worldwide Moving. I highly recommend Coleman for your moving solution.

I had family members who were moving from Plano, TX to a smaller town, outside of the DFW Metroplex and asked for me to help with finding a mover. I contacted Coleman Allied, as they are located in Plano to get a price for moving services. The Coleman team, from the first contact, were courteous and easily accessible to answer any question, or discuss any concerns during the bid proecss.

For this reason, although the price was a bit higher than other quote, Coleman was selected to perform the move. On move day, the crew was punctual, friendly, and more than willing to accommodate to my family members. With the moving finishing on time and on budget, we couldn't ask for a better service. Although there were a few minor dings during the move, the people at Coleman have done more than I could have asked for to remedy any issues. I would highly recommend Coleman Allied to anyone for their moving needs. Jeff

We hired Coleman Worldwide for a cross country move from Hendersonville, TN to Ames, IA in June 2017. Sales person (David) was very nice and was part of the reason we choose this mover. Quote for the move was $12,900. They clearly oversold and under delivered (they are actually a week behind as I write this and still haven't delivered our stuff) since then.

We signed contract 6 weeks (May 2017) prior to the move and gave them a CC info (mistake #1). They were supposed to start packing on June 21st and complete trailer loading on June 22nd. They didn't show up to pack until late morning on the 21st. At the end of day 1 of packing they had missed numerous items in kitchen cabinets, closets etc. On day 2 the movers didn't show up until late morning again.

When they got their and decided they needed a bigger truck so one of them left while the other two sat on our couches and ordered pizza for delivery (no I am not making this stuff up). They kept forgetting stuff until my wife and I actually started carrying it out to make sure it got on the truck. Towards the end they where just throwing stuff into to truck to try and get out of there.

Our delivery window was June 26th thru June 29th. It is now July 5th and our stuff is still sitting on a trailer in Nashville with no indication from them when they will delivery it. It gets better.the Allied claims process will compensate you a whole $500 for them missing there deadline. if you document properly and turn in receipts. Don't walk away from this mover RUN! It is a mix experience since the movers and the move coordinator was excellent. Awful experience with the sales representative who promised but didn't even returned a courtesy call back. I was charged additional money since there was a lack of coordination between the sales and the driver but the way things were handled with the move coordinator made the experience better. The co-coordinator was responsive and was able to help sort things during the process.

Movers were here on time and then sat outside for 45mins "on break". Then i realised when an inspector came that the break was while they waited to be told of their concerns about my house not being move out ready could be confirmed. I asked before inspector came if there was anything i could do to make their process easier, I was told "no". The inspector pointed out a few things that could of easily been fixed in the 45mins they sat outside waiting on her.

Instead i was refused service and my 2 scheduled days of packing postponed. The inspector was an outside sore but had the two females sent to my house to pack had addressed the issues directly to me first, trips planned and paid for would not of had to be cancelled because I'm now waiting on a new pack and pickup date. I have moved quite a bit and never have i had a problem like this.

Maybe its just bad luck, but i have now been waiting for them to show up with my property for over 5 hours today. Ive tried calling them to find out where the delivery truck is only to be told that they cant get ahold of their driver. Really? This is the worst company i have ever worked with. They will not return phone calls when they say they will, and they even tried telling me they had to do the move on a different day after my apt had been set up for over a week for delivery! Terrible.

Awful experience working with this company. They are unreliable and fail to follow through on verbal agreements. In 30 years of using moving companies, this is BY FAR the worst one.

DO NOT USE COLEMAN AMERICAN MOVING in Plano, Tx. They are untrustworthy, unreliable and irresponsible. Two giant thumbs down! You definitely do not want dishonest people taking everything you own hostage. I have no idea how crooks like this stay in business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We used them for a cross-country move, and were extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I could write a 30 page breakdown of all the specific things that went wrong, but I won't. In a nutshell, some of our items went missing, what did make it was sent in 2 different shipments over 2 weeks apart, and everything looked beat to hell.

One delivery was scheduled between 9-10 am, and didn't arrive til 5 pm. The worst part was dealing with the move coordinators. Getting a hold of anyone in the office was a joke. Only 1 of probably 25 phones calls were ever returned, and when I asked to speak the the general manager of this location, I was told he doesn't take phone calls, and he would respond through email only.

He never responded to my email. Oh yea, after complaining that no one would ever return my calls from voice mails I left, I was told "oh we don't even have a voice mail system set up". Very frustrating ordeal. I feel like as soon as they got paid, myself and my belongings were ignored. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!
