Expensive but easy to book and both Angels' (two movers) we're good workers. Moved out of a three story apartment and they got the job done!

I was horribly mistreated and overcharged by the management of this company! I felt horrible for the workers as Josh spoke to them like dogs! Josh attempted to charge me for an hour of moving that i did not get, he inflated to gas surcharge AND charged me for materials I didn't even use! BEWARE, I think they have a select group of customers they treat like crap. Don't spend your hard-earned money here, it's too many other companies who know the importance of customer service. I'm telling EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY!

I will also be contacting the BBB for a formal complaint. The workers were told to drop my items on the sidewalk and leave them. A friend attempted to help me move them and injured his back. I'm looking for an attorney!

Worst Service Ever! This people is absolutely rude and disrespectful. They have the worst customer service. I will never use this company and most definitely will not recommend this place to anyone ever. I will give one start just because i cant do -3. Very Very upset. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this rude people

Quan, Hector, and Adam helped move us across town and took care of all of our stuff without any issues. Showed up right on time. Definitely recommend!

It was simple. Waited a little bit because it was only one person working but she helped well.

Very rude and unpleasant staff to work with. No one was wearing face masks, from the office staff inside to the employees in the warehouse side of the building. There is no clear direction to how you're supposed to access your Uhaul U-box, I was yelled at by an employee and the store manager despite having called in ahead of time to access my storage box.

I was told there were signs up front but no reasonable customer would be able to see them without being told ahead of time. I work with the public, and speaking to customers with courtesy and respect is an essential part of any business. After I was finished emptying my box, I was left two passive aggressive voice messages from the office staff.1 star from me and will absolutely never use again.

It was a decent enough experience dealing with the mover's during the pack up time. However, I would highly recommend to anyone pay very close attention to each and every inventory item when they put it on forms. They will write that each and every item is "torn, broken, stained. etc" so they will not be held liable. They will put that on there even if it is a brand new item. Lessons learned on this move. Trust no one. Verify everything, no matter the mover's hurry to have you sign and leave.

Royal is a very professional moving service. The are fast, yet take time to wrap and care for your valued belongings. They were very professional and polite, and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience with Royal Moving. Ernest and Josh were awesome! The summer is their busiest time and these guys hustle and do a quality job (despite the 95 degree temperatures outside) and their prices are very reasonable. Moving soon? Book Royal.

They showed up on time and they did a fantastic job! I've moved several times and they were by far the best movers I've ever had. They wrapped everything so nothing was scratched or broken. I will definitely refer the company in the future.

DO NOT USE A ROYAL. These 5 star reviews have to be fake. I am active duty and A Royal was contracted to do our move to Germany. Our move was in two phases, one advance and one main shipment. The man who did our advance shipment did an outstanding job. He was by himself and knocked out 1300lbs in less than 3 hours. He gets a 5 star review. Outstanding job.

It's a shame I don't remember his name to recognize him. Phase 2 is why your company deserves 1 star. They were scheduled to arrive at 0900. At 0930 my wife tells me they aren't there. I called A Royal, and the receptionist didn't even have the date of our move correct, (she said it was the next day), that was resolved immediately. Turns out, the movers had been in our neighborhood sitting in their truck across from our house for 45 minutes before they started.

When they decided to start, they began rummaging through my garage without introducing themselves. So far So good. For the next several hours, they packed, etc. It started as a team of 5 guys. One did the inventory very quickly. Another gentleman was a very hard worker who was the backbone of their team. I was asked to sign the inventory before everything was crated, and before they were finished.

The inventory guy and rhe hard worker left at 5pm. The other 3 were at my house until at least midnight. We had prepared the home by pre packing and removing the clutter, etc. It should only have taken until about 730. It got to the point that my wife and her friend were packing boxes on their own. At 1030pm, I went outside and had to motivate the workers after they had been sitting on their truck ramp for 45 minutes not working. Finally.

At midnight, I pushed all the stuff out of the garage, closed and locked the doors and left. When I returned the next morning, their trash was all over my front yard and they had left items behind, and taken items we told them not to. Do not use A Royal. And I will do everything in my power to ensure they lose their DOD contract. All this after I bought them pizza.

My business has used A Royal Moving & Storage many times in the past. I write this review on the behalf of the sceptic who sees Mr. Jeremy Hargrove's review. (1 star) I don't think Jeremy wrote a review on the correct Royal moving company, because as everyone knows, this company is the opposite of unprofessional. The staff at A Royal Moving & Storage maintain a reputation of professionalism.

The owner is very courteous and helpful. Their secretary is a peach. Their movers are quick and efficient. I entrust my move or storage every time in their hands! We will continue to use them in the future.

This guys were absolutely amazing. They showed up between the time they said they would. They were polite and very nice. It was a hot day and they worked so hard. They didn't take a break and didn't complain. We will definitely use them again in the future for our next move. They were the most affordable as well. Other places were much more expensive. We were very happy customers. Thank you guys!

The move went great! They were patient, made sure to ask where things should be placed. They worked quickly and didn't take breaks other than to have water. Will definitely use them again!

They are awesome! Punctual, professional, friendly, quick but thorough. They get the job done. They are careful with your belongings. They are definitely reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anybody and everybody looking for movers.
