Josh and WDI's crew, were once again responsive and excellent in handing a truckload shipment. They separated half the load at WDI's facility and brought it to our facility. Off loaded the six pallets and assisted in breaking them down and bringing it into our side entrance. It went quickly and with out a problem. The second portion comes next week. This is the third time we have used them.

We have used WDI for years and have always been impressed with the service we receive from the beginning to end. They are very professional, they go beyond what is expected with communication, their white glove service is worth every penny and there staff are amazing from first phone call to the delivery. We highly recommend them. It makes a difference to our clients.

The item delivered and installed was a 56"h x 36"w, high-gloss lacquer finished mirror. It was the Homeowner that attended the delivery and installation. I (the Designer) inquired if all went well, did she like the mirror and was the crew "decently groomed, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient?" The client replied: "It's gorgeous! I love it! The gentlemen were all of the above and were tipped well." My years of experience with WDI Inc., of Oregon is that that's the typical standard!

Awsome moving company the team is very quick to provide good customer service. They are very fast at getting things moved, I couldnt believe how well they all worked so quickly and got the job done fast nothing was damaged it was all tightly fitted and secured and was on time with when they said there arrival time was I would definatly suggest these guys too anyone who needed to have anything moved office home buisness closeout s u name it they can pack it haul it store it and with out hassle

We've been using WDI Co of Oregon for storage for the past four years and they have been nothing but helpful. Most recently, while working with Joshua Hoover, we were given a very kind offer of comping the storage of 3 cartons of lights which have been in storage for four years! The house we are building on the Oregon coast has taken much longer than we had anticipated for various reasons including COVID and the fires last year. We use WDI regularly for our retail store and interior design clients. They do it all! They pick up furniture from our Southern California vendors, receive and white glove deliver to our store or clients. All of their employees are very kind and professional and go above and beyond to make us and our clients happy. Couldn't be happier with their service :

We used WDI to deliver a large, heavy and fragile piece of glass that was shipped from Italy and trucked to them from LA. We were very concerned that it would be handled with great care since the crate that was used from LA did not hold up! They were fantastic to deal with. Josh took great care to ensure that it would be carefully wrapped and handled with extra care.

The two men who delivered the piece were extremely professional and made sure that the piece of glass was securely set and fastened to the base. Overall, we had an outstanding experience and will use them again!

We had an outstanding experience with WDI. From our initial phone conversation to our in-person interactions, the office and warehouse staff was friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented regarding our special order delivery and immediate needs with a local furniture retailer. Should we need to work with a transportation company in the future, we hope it will be WDI.

You might also consider.anyone else. Supposed to be here between 10 and 12. Got a phone message at 12:15 with an excuse and an "estimate" of 2pm. It is now 2pm, my day is shot for getting anything else accomplished.

My experience with this moving company was great. I couldn't ask for anything more. Affordable rates, professional & courteous employees with a keen eye for detail. Moving is always a stressful experience, and it is hard to put your trust in a company to actually care for your belongings, but WDI really went above and beyond, doing a great job.

No stress, no hassles, everything went according to plan and my belongings were arrived at my new location in immaculate condition. I'll use these guys again (and again. and again.)

Problem: Horrible service and delivery. After countless mess ups this business damaged our home- which they did resolve. Ordered furniture in May, and it is October and we still are yet to recieve the furniture. We have specified many times when we are available at the house, delivery is scheduled and then they either don't show up because of issues or once they arrive the furniture wasn't pre inspected as requested and once again we have to reorder.

They were supposed to arrive yesterday on 10/14- scheduled 3:30-5:30. I asked and noted over 5 times at this point that we aren't home until 3:30. The delivery drivers called at 1:40 saying they were on the way. My husband called when he was almost home like we requested and the delivery company didn't wait 15 minutes. We have been waiting five months to get this furniture. WDI is a horrible company, the customer service over the phone doesn't care about you, they don't realize you can't run home from work to deliver furniture countless times and then once the furniture arrives have it be messed up even after you asked for them to prei-nspect it so we don't waste the time. Z gallerie has addressed the issue with the quality, but the issue isn't with the furniture, it's with the delivery company that keeps wasting our time and doesn't care.

These guys delivered a dining room set from Z Gallery. The table was made with an exotic wood and weighed a ton. They brought in the set with plenty of guys, took extra precautions for the walls and carpet. They did the complete installation and staged it to our liking. They cleaned up everything and were out in no time. Most of all the guys we're clean, professional and very polite. They do furniture delivery and I've seen their moving trucks in the neighbor for house moves. These guys are awesome.
