Original Moving

This company is the worst moving company ever. I have moved 9 times in 25 years and this is by far my worst experience. At pick up they rushed the packing and stuffed my clothes without care into the garment boxes, my shoes were packed one on top of another without proper paper lining. I was told they were late for the next appointment. they forgot a small loveseat I had asked to be moved. at delivery they came late for the time allowed at my building and storage facility and I had to have them come back the following day and have been asked a storage a redelivery fee of 600 for this matter.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Their customer care service is rude and entitled. I have been told few times "this is not our problem" Well done "original mover" you lost a customer and I do hope few others

Due to the price, I went with DC Apartment Movers when we had to move at our new apartment. I had a wonderful experience with the people that handled my move. Although there was a little pressure to hurry up and put the down payment on it but the movers were patient and always followed up. In fact the whole team was extremely professional. I have an item lost and they worked with me until it was resolved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
