Strongly do NOT recommend. So many of our items were packed incorrectly and not securely, ranging from TV's, chandeliers, side tables, sectionals- you name it. Most arrived damaged or broken and of course the claim was denied. Some of the items that were damaged and/or broken are irreplaceable, one would hope a moving company would take better care of your valuables.
To say our experience with this moving company was disappointing and terrible is an understatement. Their incompetence makes me seriously question how they're in business.

TERRIBLE experience! Someone on the team stole our checks and cleared out our account. Nobody cared. Willie's didn't care and neither did Wheaton! The thief even fabricated fraudulent checks, so this was probably not the first time this has happened. And we still had to pay full price. The driver told me that it was my fault, asking what did I expect if the checkbook was in the counter. Then he told me that I should never trust a stranger with anything valuable. So I guess only use them if you have nothing valuable. DO NOT TRUST!

I was with my 93 year old father-in-law when Michael "Mick" Javitt came to provide an estimate to move his furniture and belongings from the Vi at Lantana to an assisted living facility in Rhode Island. This occurred in early December 2014. When asked about the time of delivery, we were given a verbal guarantee from Mick that they would pick up the packages (packed by another company) on December 23 and delivered "BY JANUARY 6, 2015". Guaranteed. Well, we were told that a driver hurt his arm and they could not find another replacement driver, even though it was represented that they were a very able and capable company and a part of Wheaton World Wide Moving.
He told us the delivery would not be there as of January 6, but January 11, instead. I asked about compensation for the problems incurred by this 93 year old man and his 89 year old wife, we had very little of their clothes and none of their other belongings. He then explained for the first time that since the load was less than 3,500 pounds, there was no recourse.
He never mentioned it when he made the estimate which was less than 3,500 pounds; he only gave his verbal guarantee of deliver by January 6, 2015. I think that is far from honest. he then offered a total of $200 as compensation (or $40 per day for each day they were late.) He also told me that the actual weight was less than he estimated, so we would also get a reduction in the price.
When the driver came on 1/11/15, the price was about $240 less than the estimate - be believe that was based on the weight being less than estimated. In other words, there was no $200 for the delay included in the price. The driver knew nothing other than to just demand the price on a credit card before he would unload his truck. The driver left and had to be called back (he had to return 2 + hours later) because he left a piece of furniture on his truck. For these reasons, I would be very hesitant of using this company.
