Ewing Moving Service

The delivery was good, but problems ocurred when I reported missing items. The problem still has not been resolved.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness We hired Ewing's back in June for a move. They damaged my refrigerator and dresser. It's been almost 5 months and we still have no resolve. They never call me back when they say they will. I'm not at all happy with this situation. Would not recommend

Terrible company and people. Don't waste your time using there service. You will be hustled out of money for poor service.

Fantastic service and attitude throughout the move. Crew was on time for packing, loading, and delivery days and kept things stress-free for us. Home office checked in several times to confirm arrival times and made sure we were satisfied. Workers were VERY thorough in packing -- fragile items were individually wrapped in newsprint, padded paper or custom cut boxes.

They even boxed up a grocery bag of trash we forgot about under a desk! Truck was loaded very professionally and crew was great to work with getting things into the right rooms in our new house. Only casualties were a broken dinner plate and a scratched IKEA desk that they were sure to touch up before leaving.

They chipped my headboard. I filled a claim and was contacted once but nothing else. They weren't CLEAR on their pricing. The wording of it is tricky. You need to understand it's a quote for about $366 for two hours and then after that it's like $140 per hour. That's the part you don't get the details on. The next thing you know you're paying twice the amount to move. Other than that, the men that moved me eye professional.

Ewing is working with my company on a community project. Great team onsite. They were friendly and very professional.

I ended up going with a different moving company, but Ewing service and professionalism was evident from just the phone calls and the free estimate that they performed for me. I really regret NOT choosing Ewing. Don't make the mistake that I did!

Every part of our experience with Ewing was incredible! They were always available for questions and made the whole process so easy. The crew that packed and loaded our belongings were incredibly thorough and organized. Our move was a little complicated, but they took it in stride and made it a great experience. We truly cannot recommend Ewing highly enough!

Ewing moved my brother and sister in law today. Professional and friendly crew of 5. They all worked very hard and got them out of the old house and into the new one quickly. Nothing broken, everything wrapped in blankets. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend. Locally owned company that knows how to move you.

We moved from Nashville to Memphis last summer. The movers who packed us up in Nashville seemed to do a good job and were fast and on time. The movers who moved us into our place in Memphis worked hard and seemed to do a good job. Here's where the problem is. We lost at least two boxes, mostly filled with expensive kitchen accessories and appliances.

No one can find them and no apology was ever made. Then, we discover my pain pills from a surgery I had are missing. One of the movers dumped the bottle and then packed it. Completely disgusting. Also, nothing was done about this when we called. Do not use this company.

A hot ghetto mess! The movers got into a fight outside of the house, didn't move all of our things. They took more breaks than I've ever seen in my life.

I have used Ewing Movers for two separate moves of medical office spaces. One move was particularly challenging as we were not prepared for them when they arrived, and also had a number of special requests placed upon on-site. They exceeded every expectation on both moves. Great customer service and professional representatives on-site as well. Thank you very much!

I have moved 7 times and by far my move with Rick and Tony at Ewing Moving was the least stressful, most efficient, and best move I have ever experienced. These are my favorite movers and I would recommend them to anyone. If you have ever moved, then You know to say this was a pleasant experience is the highest of compliments. They are the best!

Ewing Moving was outstanding from the first few interactions I had with them all the way from the owners to the guys who physically moved me! It's rare to find outstanding people in character whom also are stellar at their their craft! Thanks to the entire team who facilitated in moving me home to Minneapolis from Music City! I have used several moving service over the years and Ewing is by far the WORST WORST WORST moving service. Ewing hires unprofessional temporary employee with no experience in moving. I paid $165 an hour for experience movers - not for people to get on the job training while I m paying $165 per hour. The movers damage several prices of furniture and the walls to my newly built home. I would NOT recommend anyone ever to use Ewing Moving & Storage.

Oh Heck Yes. Oh the story is long, tedious, tiresome. Oh the original corporate hired movers out of Virginia was a NIGHTMARE! So much so that we hired our own movers to TAKE BACK our stuff from the company our employers hired! Are you understanding me? Our employer was paying for our move with a national coordinating company "specializing" in corporate moves - mind you I never heard of that company - and GOD FORBID - I ever have to deal with then again!

Anyway ANYWAY - even though we lived in Chicago and we moved to DC, a friend recommended we reach out to this company in Memphis - Crazy. From the get go - Ewing Staff were professional, responsive, good LISTENERS, clear communicators and AND are you ready the best price! No negotiating, no craziness, all REAL DEAL! And did I mention SERVICE oriented?

These folks reached out to the other company SO I DID NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH the DEVIL. Did I mention BEST PRICE? And guess what - movers dropped off my stuff, were professional, clear, boom: same price! No Games ALL PROFESSIONAL. I can't wait for them to coordinate my parent's move cross country!
