I couldn't recommended them enough! Malik's crew- Johnathan Stevens and Randy Jones were incredible. They worked with me all day to move out from one 3rd floor apartment to both a storage room and another home. It was a long day but they helped so much. I had a lot of stuff that needed to be split in both locations. They were super friendly, professional, and took very good care of all my items. They wrapped them up perfectly and everything was well taken care of. I am so happy I found them. They made my move so much easier! Thank you Johnathan and Randy!

Marco and Luka were able to come out to the office earlier than the initial appointment which worked out great. Both employees were very helpful and efficient with the time spent on-site and were able to get the entire office cleared out on a last minute job in record time. Could not be more pleased with their communication and the overall work ethic received from the time they arrived-start to finish. I highly recommend using Fox Moving and Storage because they get the job done and send employees out who are mindful of the time and work put in!

This company was very professional in my experience. They were customer service oriented from beginning to end. Amy was quick to return my initial call that was looking for service, and from there she quickly coordinated a next day job. Don, John, and Greg were assigned to the job and went the extra mile to ensure it was done well. Excellent communication with time frames and hard workers, not to mention smart workers. Couldn't have been more satisfied with Fox and will use again.

DO NOT EVER USE THEM They were half a day late arriving and I had to reach out three times for updates about it. They were so late to arrive I wasn't able to get everything unpacked in time to make my kids dinner. I had to wait past their bed time to be done moving so that I could leave to get them food and get in bed. That's why we originally decided on an early morning start time.

They told me they'd send 3 people and only sent 2, which also made the move longer. I never got a receipt with breakdown of pricing. I never got my deposit back. I've called the office 4 times and I'm forwarded to someone who handles post move customers. I've gotten voicemail each time and never got a call back. The two movers who came were very kind and helpful.

This is not a knock on them at all. If I could go back, I would do the whole move myself. It was the worst moving experience I ever had. Fox Moving, please reach out to me finally so we can make this right or I can at least understand what is going on. I repeat, literally never use this company.

Marco and luca from Fox Moving did an amazing job moving all my stuff out of my house into a storage unit! They were on time, so polite, worked efficiently, and treated all my items with care and delicacy. They met us at the storage unit and unloaded everything very quickly. I'll definitely be using them again and I'd highly recommend them to everyone else!

Update: Delivery arrived yesterday afternoon during the hottest part of the day by Marco and Collin (hope I got the name correct). They worked so very hard muscling all my heavy belongings to the second floor, additional pictures attached. Their perseverance is greatly appreciated. They did not leave until they were certain that all was complete. Thank you from a satisfied customer.

Yesterday was the first day of packing the truck. Marco, Luka and Fransisco are doing a great job. They keep me informed, ask questions as needed. It was a very hot day so was happy to provide water and some lunch to keep them going. Thank you gentlemen!

We had a complicated move which required three stages. Fox was willing to work with us to coordinate and accommodate our needs. The moving crew each time was led by Marco, who did a stellar job along with his crew of Preston, Deon, Coop, and Shaq. Everyone had a great work ethic, a great attitude, and was extremely hard-working and polite. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

Marco, Preston and Lucas with Fox Moving were fantastic. They showed up exactly when they said they would and had our storage unit loaded and then moved and unloaded at our house quickly. They were very polite, asked us where each item went and we didn't have any damage. I would highly recommend this crew.

Darrell, David & Kevin showed up and did an amazing job getting us loaded out of 2 11x20 storage units and moved into our home. Professional with loading and unloading, no issues with heavy items on stairs, washing room location or master bedroom furniture. Exceeded my expectations. Very personable, respectful and quality character within our interactions of asking for directions with every piece. I'll recommend those 3 for any moving needs.

Absolutely unprofessional. I scheduled Fox to move some commercial restaurant equipment 5 miles. They contacted me 5+ times a day after I'd scheduled and paid a deposit to ask if I still needed to schedule a move, and would call from different numbers/emails when I blocked numbers. Then I finally stayed on the line with someone only to find out that they hadn't actually scheduled my move 2 days before we were supposed to move.

When the movers showed up, they made sure I knew their hourly was low and that they rely on tips, and the second they found out I had no purchasing power (I was just there to co-ordinate) they stopped caring. Dinged equipment, scuffed/scratched doorways, and scratched floors all over a new construction site. Whatever you do, spend the extra money and schedule with someone else.

Called Fox moving to move a sofa from my home to another location. Everyone I spoke to were courteous and professional. On the day of the move Carl and Darren arrived on time, they worked quickly and efficiently and were friendly. They did a good job and I would recommend this company to others

Jay and his crew are very unprofessional they took way too long and they stole my sister's TV and her firestick this is so unacceptable please do not deal with these people

DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY! My mom & her husband hired this moving company to move our family from Murfreesboro to Clarksville. We HAD a brand new riding lawnmower that maybe had been used twice, they broke the entire front of the lawnmower off trying to lift it instead of asking for help driving it. They broke a glass slab that went to my tv stand (didn't even mention it).

They stole two entire tool boxes, one being brand new never even used that my stepdad got for his birthday. They stole my little sisters lamp. They also stole a push broom. Not worth the money or the hassle! Also, we had all of our boxes marked with labels & told them which rooms went with each label. They completely ignored all of that & stacked all of our boxes in our garage. They didn't even leave a walkway to walk to be able to sift through them all, the boxes were literally wall to wall.

Carl and Darren (not sure on the spelling) were awesome. They got everything from my small-ish apartment loaded up remarkably fast, and managed to navigate a few cumbersome items with little to no issue. They were friendly and professional the whole time and went out of their way to make sure the whole affair was hands off for me (even when I tried to offer help).

I've worked with a few moving companies over the years and Fox is definitely among the best. They even managed to offer great service while coming in below the estimates I received from other moving companies in town. I highly recommend them.

I called them and set my move up in advance. They showed up on time. The day they moved me it was raining. I was told I would get 3 guys and truck. I was okay with that. Before I was done, I had about 8 guys moving me. I thought maybe because of the rain they had extra guys. I didn't ask any questions. I found out later that the other guys was one of their friends.

I didn't even get professional movers. They got mud everywhere on my carpet fine it was raining. They did $500 worth of damage to my walls at my brand new house. They also broke my dresser among other things. I thought they would cover some things. They only cover some much of the dresser and they did cover the damage to the walls. I moved in July.

They told me I would not receive my money until some time in December. Getting them to get me the correct paperwork was a nightmare. I will never use them again. I will never recommend them to anyone.

The whole reason I wanted to hire a moving company was to help me move my upright piano in addition to all my furniture. I confirmed that would be okay when I set up the move over the phone. When the movers came, they lied (or were just wrong) and told me that their company doesn't move pianos. I was confused but took their word for it. After the. move, I called the company.

And they confirmed that yes, they should've moved the piano. What's absurd is that their offer for rectifying the issue was for me to pay for a whole other hour of service with only a 10% discount. So we have movers that either lied out of laziness or don't know what their own company's policies are, and customer support that did very little to try and make things right. Look elsewhere.

Donald, Elijah, Kaylan and Jereme moved my family and I from 2 apartments into 1 house. They worked all day without complaining and did an amazing job. We tried to help, feed them and encouraged breaks and they kept moving boxes and furniture. The price was great. Highly recommend.

The crew that I had was excellent. Donald Reese, Elijah Jereme, and Jay were amazing, professional, and fast. Nothing was damaged in the move and they got me moved out from my old place and moved into my new one in about two hours. I highly recommend this crew to help you move!

Best. Movers. Ever! From the moment I called for a quote through the move itself, I was completely impressed. Fox immediately sent someone to walk through my house then gave me a firm quote which was very fair. On move day, George, A.J. and Shaun were the most efficient, courteous, hard-working crew I have ever encountered. Their work ethic is stellar and their customer service is excellent. I don't know how much they are paid, but it's not enough! I highly recommend Fox Moving & Storage, and especially George, A.J. and Shaun!

We evaluated 3 different moving companies for our out-of-state move and we are glad we chose Fox. We just had one issue - after our inventory was done and we were trying to book it, we had a lot of trouble reaching anyone in the office. They were very busy and didn't return calls promptly. I'm sure they could use a few more people to handle the workload.

But finally we spoke to Chad, who answered all our questions and was very professional. On moving day, the crew - Darrell, Glenn, David and Maurice - arrived on time. They were very efficient, careful, organized and hard-working. Everything went well. I also like that the crew stays with the load all the way to its destination - they don't hand it off to another crew.

At our new home, they arrived exactly when they said they would. They moved everything in quickly, set up beds, and completed the move without incident. We are very glad we chose Fox and we highly recommend them.

We hired them because they were the best price we could find. We were very happy with them! They unloaded our truck in record time. They worked in unbearably hot conditions and were finished well before we thought they could be. They were also a great group of men who we really liked. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This company was hired to move my family from Nashville to Medina TN. We had every box marked which room it was to be placed in the new home. We were not able to go with the movers but had a friend meet them to let them in the house. When we arrived at the new house a couple days later, we found the entire garage filled with all the boxes.

They did not even attempt to put any boxes in the marked rooms. As we started to move boxes into the house, we started finding items that were broken and boxes marked fragile on the bottom of a stack under boxes marked heavy. We also found wardrobe boxes in the garage, not in the closet and not even in the house. As soon as they arrived at the house to start loading, they supervisor began asking for a tip and for payment upfront. These are just some of the pictures of the boxes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY.

This was the worst moving crew we have ever had and we have moved 6 times! I do not recommend Fox Moving! These are not professional movers they have working for them! They did not pad my light linen colored furniture. What movers don't pad your furniture? I have to pay $446 to have a furniture cleaning company come out and professionally clean my furniture.

They stood my couches up on the ends and wheeled then in on dollys and they are filthy dirty. I'm super mad about this because I would think moving 101 they know to protect furniture. THEN if that's not bad enough. they grabbed onto our king size gel memory foam mattress and took a big chuck of the gel memory foam out of the mattress! Look at the picture!

What movers don't know you can't pull on gel foam mattresses? This mattress was 6 years old and now it's ruined and needs to be replaced at a few thousand dollars! Ridiculous! THEN if that's not bad enough they fell off the truck ramp carrying my queen size guest headboard and it went flying down the street. It's cracked and road scratches all over the front of it.

Note the mover was ok however there goes another $1000 on a new headboard which wasn't padded in a furniture pad either! They broke 1 lamp and it was a set so now that 1 lamp is useless. They broke the wood stand up office lam as well. Listen, the list goes on and on and I'm posting this in hopes to help someone else and prevent this from happening to another person.

I am out thousands of dollars because all this company wants to pay me is.60 per pound. Ridiculous! I will pay out of pocket to replace my damaged items but I will also be telling everyone that I know not to use this very unprofessional moving company who hires a crew that could careless about what they're doing for a job. Fox moving if you read this review please work on your hiring skills and train your crew to respect others' property and move them properly. That's all!
