Been working with Kelly Box for a few months now and have nothing but good experiences. The new HR rep, Ashley, is super helpful and always quick to respond! Employees have also provided great feedback!

This place has issues. Way too fast paced. They need to slow down.

Worst place i have ever worked at. I'm a well experienced fork lift driver. I got hired as a fork lift operator and they DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES ON BEING A FORK LIFT DRIVER. No communication skills whats so ever. Very inconsiderate. People where walking right behind fork lift drivers with out announcing themselves. And I'm talking mostly the supervisors and lead staff members.

Other forklift drivers would not hesitate to drive right past you even though your in the middle of doing something that acquires all the space you can get. They will fly right by you, if and when they get the chance. No pedestrian walk way, nobody honks when coming around the corner. Multiple times I've come close to running into another forklift driver, because of no safety precautions.

Not organized at all. And does not take any action on covid 19 safety. Left there after a month. I couldn't take any more. Also it was just a plain ol boring job For someone not on a forklift.

As a forklift driver for 25 years I felt like I had to relearn how to drive again pretty fast pace and you got to learn how to pick stuff up without a pallet but all in all I'm enjoying it not a bad place at all everybody's pretty nice the forklift shipping supervisor Lisa is awesome then you stay pretty busy in the days go by fast can't really complain

I went to work for this place through a temp on my first day it was NO COMMUNICATION they never put me in a specific area and assigned me a task I was lost! one of the workers there told me "JUST TRY AND FIND SOMETHING TO DO" too many people Not enough labor. Bad supervisor he's too busy trying to catch people on there phones then to find them work SMH

Quick and prompt unloading, in and out in 30 minutes. 3 Rd time there in a 12 month period and always great place and attitude.

Great company to work for. They take care of their people. Still operate with family values. Company picnic and christmas party with bonus. Not many places left that do that.

Use caution when backing in; a careless Forklift operator on 2nd shift.like a monkey behind the wheel.

It's a factory that makes boxes. I hear it's a good place to work. My kids love the little park right off the parking lot.

Great Fort Wayne company. I had looked at purchasing some boxes in bulk from them, but they do more custom type stuff. If you need it custom packing material or boxes, this is the place
