I am a mover for Elegant mover's. I have been a mover for over 8 years and know most of the ends and outs of moving. A big difference you will get from choosing elegant movers as you moving choice is a owner and employees who actually care about you and you're belongings. From the way John the owner takes care of each customers needs and requests.
He really goes above and beyond what I have seen any other moving company do. He personally trains each employee about the dos and donts of how he expects the moves to be done. If you want a company that does a great job and really puts in the extra effort to make you happy and satisfied I actually believe you should call John/ Elegant mover's. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family and know once you use this company you will do the same.

Owner indicates prior negative reviews were from a disgruntled ex-employee. That doesn't apply here. We were willing to look past them being over 3 hours late. And that their estimate of 4 hours to do the job became well over 8. But to charge us to take someone else's items off the truck, put ours on, put the other customers' back on the truck, then take theirs off at our destination in order to retrieve our goods was ridiculous. Then to top it off they lost 2 boxes plus a TV stand (factoring the other customer was given those). And refuse to respond not only to calls but to a BBB complaint.

Awesome workers! They went above and beyond for my wife and I. They even hung our pictures and our Tv's. Daniel and Jesus we're very hard workers and handled everything with care! Movers broke my wife's car mirror. Wrote on contract they would repair it. Glued it. Said they would be back to replace the mirror housing. Months later no replacement. Got our insurance company involved. Elegant Movers did not return any calls and have not replaced our car mirror. STAY AWAY FROM ELEGANT MOVERS! They are crooks, do not return calls and have not fixed our car mirror! This company has zero integrity! Use somebody else to move your belongings! ELEGANT? Movers. What a joke!

Elegant Movers moved my mom and they were beyond excellent! They insisted my mom not Move a single box, nor move one item. She's the persistent type and they were so respectful and kind. Paul, Robert and Jesus were incredible. They went above and beyond what they needed to for my family and I can't thank them enough for the patience and customer service that they had! I would use them in the future and tell everyone to go to them! I am so grateful.

So far so good -- fast, on time, and half the cost of the competition. I needed to pack out and store the contents of my kitchen during renovation. I called the two top-rated local movers listed on Angie's List and asked for quotes. In each case, the proprietor himself came out and did the estimate. One gave me a firm, fixed price quote; Elegant Movers gave me a good-faith estimate, and emphasized that they charged by the hour.
Both movers estimated about 6.5 hours to do the work, but Elegant Movers had a lower labor rate and a resulting lower estimate. I choose Elegant Movers. The actual time was about 2/3rds the original estimate, and the resulting costs was about 45% of the cost of the firm, fixed-price company. So at the moment, I'm quite pleased! The true test, of course, comes in two months when I unpack it all, but I expect it will all be fine.
