A Storage Place Of Albany

If I could this place a zero star rating I would. On two different occasions once while I was moving, and the other when I was minding my own business and wondering if I could do a basic human function. First, instance when I was moving in I had boxes around me in order to better situate my storage with the limited room that I had, and a red-haired woman (never stated around long enough to get her name) came in and screamed as if I was stealing something.

I was very shocked that she acted that way when all I was doing was moving boxes inside. She immediately began to direct and order me to move the boxes and get all of my stuff out of the way for other tenants to come in. But I was the only person in the entire storage moving in. And she had also told me that day, that she was not comfortable with having me in the storage moving things There were other incidents that occurred mainly with her directing me to practically do her bidding that day.but I was so shocked by the reception that in order to not start a fuss I continued just so I can get out of there.

The second incident was when the bathrooms were out of order and I had asked the same red-haired woman if I can use the bathrooms inside the office.she flat out told me no. Now I am African American so I cannot help but feel that both of these incidents were racially motivated, and it really unnerves me now to even go near this storage. In fact I cannot wait to leave the minute I am done moving.

I have never had a problem with any other worker in this storage but the red-haired woman has a serious problem.if you run into her please watch out especially if you are a minority.

Been a customer for a little over a month and thought I would give you a great review. Firstly, I want to thank Ms. Johanna and Ms. Kathy for a warm and friendly customer service experience. They were very flexible and offered 2 options. They showed me both storages and I had noticed how organized and clean everything was. From the parking, the office, the pavements, the outside of the storage structures and inside.

It looks pretty brand new! They also have dollies and carts to help you. Everytime I go and they see me, they wave and ask if everything is OK. They send me reminders for my monthly payment and answer all the questions I may have. I have used storages in the past and nothing compares to this establishment.

I was accessing my storage unit I got sprayed by the pest person going around on "accident". They really should be doing pesticide treatments outside of normal business hours. Simple things like respect for customers would be nice

Very clean storage place in Chino, CA & reasonable rates. This storage company provides you with lock & keys upon signing contract. Love the location & superb customer service!

It's always clean. The ladies in the office were really nice and I like the convenience of auto payment.

I've had a storage unit here since I moved to Chino in 2015. Today I closed my unit because I no longer have a need for it. Throughout the years, I've had an awesome experience being able to access my things when I want to, even in Sundays which is awesome. The staff here is always attentive and genuinely friendly. They even call me to remind me about my payment when it is due, and are nice about it. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely be coming back here!

We used this storage place one more time and like always good service, very clean, safe and great location in the City of Chino. I highly recommend Kathy wonderful person, if you need any place to storage your belongs don't hesitate to use this place.

Last Saturday, after 16yrs there, I closed my storage out. In all that time, I never worried about the safety of my stuff. The staff there are absolutely lovely people. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Moved from Cali to Arizona so I had to leave A Storage Place. Four years and nothing but good things to say about the staff, the facility, and the security of my belongings! Kathy signed me up and Kathy signed me out - nice working with a place that holds onto good workers! Would not hesitate to use them in the future!

Today was my last day with A Storage Place, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating. I had been renting a unit from them for 3 years now. I started with a 10x12 unit for a 1 bedroom apartment. Then eventually I needed to downsize they had a unit ready to go in the same area so moving my things was extremely easy.

I was on the 2nd story but they have elevators and carts to make it as easy as moving into a 1st floor unit. It's a very clean and organized storage place. If I ever need another unit for any reason they will be my place to go!

This place was amazing! Excellent customer service from Joana, safe environment and affordable; I am so happy with my experience and I highly recommend it!

I had reviewed this place 6 yrs ago and just recently needed them again. As always right on time a space opened up and Staff is always friendly and efficient. So good they book early call ahead.!

Interior is not climate controlled and tends to be extremely hot. Also exposure to unsafe EF waves due to phone tree antenna on the property makes this place what it is.

Used for 3 months to store our house stuff. Variety of sizes and options with different prices. Thought prices were reasonable for area and when compared to other places. Accomdated a change in my reservation when I checkin initially. Provides automatic online payment as well

I have a unit there and wouldnt date go anywhere else. The place is clean, clean, clean. The office staff is pleasant, and the maintenance man (Bob)is quite knowledgeable and can assist you with most problems.

5 star customer service from a 5 star business! Wasn't here very long but it was because I no longer needed the storage not because I didn't feel welcome or was unhappy. Barbara took care of me and I even got a deal for the first month here. When I moved my things out I was unable to get my things before the next billing cycle due to being out of town.

I called explained my situation and the owner of the business allowed me to stay for another day free of additional charges. Though I imagine this was a special case I just really appreciate their kindness and understanding. Thank you! If and when I need a storage I will be back!

I got a unit here last month and the prices have actually changed from what is on the picture. I got a 10x20 for $200/month without contract. The place is clean and it looks secured enough for me. I also like that it is located just next door to my kid's school. The person at the office is also friendly. The only reason I'm taking a star off is because they don't give you a reminder or even an invoice so it can be very easy to forget.

I feel like this is a shady practice because it makes me feel like my stuff is safe from thieves but not from them. I feel like they would be hoping you forget to make payments so that they can make money when they auction your stuff. I know that may or may not be the case but I really feel that businesses should give invoices.

The customer service here is phenomenal. Such beautiful and nice people. Every time we went in it was very pleasant. The space was kept immaculately clean. Amazing price and discounts for first 3 months. I def recommend over any other storage place since they have the personal touch and sociable. You can purchase a lock from them as well for very cheap if you wish. Thank you for everything
