All Secure Mini Storage

Nicole and I had a good showing by Dean, he was very kind, and thoroughly explained all the basic guidelines, rules, and setting up auto pay. Also very friendly, thanks again. We look forward and comfortable reaching out to Dean if we need anything.

The manager lives on site, extremely nice gentleman who is always friendly and helpful when I have had interactions with him. Property is clean, calm, and very well maintained. There is a secure gate that is locked each night, and I have never had any problems here. I have gone a couple months without going to my unit even one time, and when I went back, there was no evidence that anyone had tried to tamper with my lock or attempted to open my unit like I have heard stories about at other "secure" facilities. Prices are higher than what some other places offer for the same size unit, but the peace of mind of knowing my things are safe and secure is worth more than the money I pay to store my stuff.

I previously posted a low star review because I called several times and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Albany has zero units available, except for this place! Once I calmed down (lol) from the stress of having to find a unit with in a 2 week time period and finding no availability i gave them a call today, they picked right up. I don't remember his name but the gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, informative and nice. Thank you!

We have been renting storage space for several years. No complaints unless you count the costs.

Rented a unit to store to store my kid's college stuff over the summer. The manager was very helpful in getting us set up. Space was clean and secure. Would definitely use again.

Units were available when I needed them even when I needed one more than I'd reserved, clean, bug free, didn't have to buy a lock. Management was very easy to work with and I could pay on line. Liked having a manager living on site. Will definitely recommend to others.

I had so many questions and wasn't sure what size I needed but the manager was so patient and helped me pick the size that fit my items just right. He was very helpful and I enjoyed the 5 months that I used their services. I ALWAYS had access to my storage. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is needing storage units. Thanks again!

I found all secure mini storage to have excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to work with your schedule. Dean the manager is great to work with. Anyone with storage needs you should really give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
