Fast, friendly service. Very clean property too. Layla was very nice and helpful.

I have had a unit here for a few years, they have dumpsters that if used, the tenant actually gets fined for. They nitpick over every single thing but it takes approximately a week to get any response from them. They literally repaved without giving anyone a heads up and over half of my belongings have black asphalt stuck on it! Don't waste your time or money

I have rented a 10'X20' storage unit in Maricopa for 4 years through the same company and I needed a unit in Mesa as I planned on transferring my things closer to where I live. I reserved it online and just assumed the height would be the same as in Maricopa, it wasn't until I had filled out paperwork and made payment that I was taken to the unit, it was a struggle to open, I mean a struggle!

The unit looks smaller than 10'X20' but I did read on wall that the sizes are more or less The roof is shorter and well I'm not going to be able to transfer my things as they won't fit, $250 down the drain They don't do partial refunds or anything so I made a very expensive mistake by assuming just because it was Storage Solutions (same company) the units would be the same I was disappointed as the unit wasn't as clean either.

There was a different lady in the office when I signed paperwork and she was nice, very friendly. I didn't catch her name, but I believe she only helps when the regular lady is out. You have to give 10 day notice prior to moving out. I do suggest going in person and asking them to show you the units prior to signing paperwork and making payment I gave 2 stars because of the friendliness of the young lady who drove me to my unit.

Rented here and it was great. Sam was so nice and always such pleasure to talk to. My storage was clean and ready when I moved in. It was just a great experience overall.

I just got a storage unit here. And I don't usually write reviews on Google. But I just had to this time. Josh the manager was so sweet and made the process so easy. I was so stressed out with my move that day, it was so hot outside, my kid was crying and he was so sweet and patient. Honestly he made my day so much easier. The storage size he recommended was perfect. I would recommend this place 5 stars
