Recent staff changes. The ladies are nice; seem experienced. High security locks. A bit more expensive than others. Drawback is the required insurance which pads the bill. Easier to include with your renters insurance, if you're lucky enough to afford housing in SoCal.

I purchased a storage unit from an auction and this was my first time. Although a fun experience it was a bit overwhelming. I want to thank the site Manger and her staff for assisting me every step of the way. Her facility is clean and all employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Christopher Metcalfe Creations had nothing but an amazing experience using Dollar Self Storage (Apache Junction, AZ) when we moved our bicycle shop. The storage area is secure and very clean and when we had to change our moving location last minute they were able to work with us so we got the unit we wanted on time. The staff was amazing all around. Watching us and making everything safe cold water clean restrooms we felt like they wanted us there.

You don't have to worry about your belongings. The paper work was great and did I mention the pricing is reasonable? I would recommend them to anyone. I ran into a problem transitioning from a small storage (10x5) to a 10x 10 my reserved unit was rented as I was at the facility to transfer my belongings. They had no other 10x10 available. Our Customer Service Rep on-site Shayna M went to work trying to fix this situation. She provided for me a 10x15 a much larger storage bin however at the rate of smaller bin. I was very unhappy about losing original bin and Shayna M recognized this and made me whole. Customer service Excellence

It's OK. The actual space is clean and cool. The guy at the front is friendly and helpful. The lady. the direct opposite.

We have used this Dollar Storage facility for over 10 years and found these folks take excellent care of their space lease clients. The entire storage facility is secure, spotless both outside and the inside storage units. Management has always been friendly and helpful and actively involved in securing all of the RV vehicles, boats etc. that are stored here. High concrete walls, secure gate and plentiful cameras assure the security.

Just rented a unit and staff was top notch! Super friendly and know their stuff well. Place looks very clean and they offer usage of a dolly, when you unload your stuff, that they will bring to you during business hours free of charge so you don't have to bring your every time. Lowest price of several places I called and right off the freeway. I've been to public storage and a family owned one and this one is the best by far. They have more secure locks now so locks can't easily be cut off by thieves.

I have been a customer at Dollar Self Storage for over 10 years. Their facilities are clean and well-kept and their staff stays on top of things. I think it's a great place to safely store personal items. I recommend their Corona locations as top-notch!

Been storing trailers here for many years; I'm there often loading and unloading and always see management (Jo and staff) on the grounds, resulting in a high level of cleanliness and security. Best place in the area for storage!

This place is very dirty and unprofessional it is infested with rodents my stuff got destroyed in 4 months of being there with mice dripping and urine I had to move my stuff out on the 7th to keep it from getting more destroyed and all they could say was they can't help Mother Nature I don't know how a rodent problem is Mother Nature they only refunded me half a month rent back yet I had to throw out my mattress that was less then a year old and my pillows and get my couch professionally clean the claimed to be clean and sanitary they are far from it I would never recommend this storage unit to anyone unless you like your belongings destroyed very unhappy and dissatisfied If I could read it as zero I would

GREAT service! Also, secure and clean! First, I reserved a small unit (5x10) online, using the national website who allowed me to reserve two months in advance of my arrival. I immediately got a call from Jo, in Arizona, who was surprised that the national reservation system would take the reservation that far in advance. I offered to pay for an additional month but Jo would not take my money, instead saying that she would honor the commitment that was made to me.

When I arrived two months later I realized that I had underestimated my needs and my large boxes of furniture would not fit into the unit. I was lucky that Jo had a 10x10 available. In addition to the first month free, she gave me the larger unit for $40 a month less than it normally rents for. She did not have to do that. But that kind of customer service goes a long way. I highly recommend Dollar Storage in AJ for your storage needs.

Love this place superbly clean, Clean, clean! and the staff there are so amazingly sweet. Wait did I say clean because it's really clean no funky smells nothing I was a little apprehensive about using a storage unit but truly happy here

Who knew such a great self-storage outfit could be found around the corner from my house in Apache Junction! Top notch service, great explanations of what to expect, speedy paperwork, and smiles. And monthly rates were better than other Dollar stores. Just what a person needs when they are about to move the contents of their home into a storage unit! Manager Jo Rudge is on top of her game. Make sure you give the Old West Hwy Dollar Self Storage a visit when you're in need of storage!

The manager, Lisa, is very friendly and personable. However, their sign says refer a friend for free rent. My friend referred me, but he was told no free rent, since he paid in advance. How do you feel about false advertising. I won't refer anyone to them! Review reversal. After speaking with the new manager, I found out the referral credit has been credited to the deserving party. I am changing my review rating to 4 stars.good job!

Doris and Len made our experience at Dollar Self Storage the highlight of our move! They were helpful, kind, honest and just wonderful to work with. The prices were great and the facility was always clean, even the bathrooms. Doris encourages use of their water cooler and Len even brought us gator-ade to our unit one day and hauled me back and forth to the ladies room in his golf cart. They give Dollar Self Storage and AJ a good name! If we ever need to store again we will contact them first!
