We have had a horrible experience with Brendamour, if there was a way to give them a Zero star this is what they will deserve. They have damaged many of valuable pieces of furniture that we have purchased from all of the world. Both my husband and myself worked for P&G and through out our assignments we have collected some unique pieces. All our furniture were in perfect condition before they were moved to their facility for storage. Unfortunately, we could not be present when they moved our furniture to their facility but we trusted they will do a quality job as they were expensive and we thought reputable company.
They stored our furniture for almost 5 years and despite making over 25000 dollar in moving and storage fees they also required us to use their people for loading which costs three times as much as any other loading company. We moved our furniture to Florida because Brendamour was 50% higher than anyone else and three times higher in costs on doing it ourselves and they had their own people wrapping and loading in the truck for the move to Florida.
Our furniture arrived in Florida scratched, chipped with legs of tables and chairs broken and leather torn. When I called them to express my disappointment they said my husband should have inspected every piece prior to loading which was not possible and their excuse was that these damages happened in the way to Florida which was not possible as many of the furniture were chipped and we did not find any of the missing pieces.
I have not written a critical review before, however the entire dealing with this company was so unacceptable that I am compelled to do so, so that everyone else who choses to use them does not or is careful and not make any assumptions.

The company that I ordered my sofa set from used this brendamour company to deliver my items. I paid a lot of money to have "white glove service" of unpackaging and inspecting my goods, which they did not do. The two men who delivered my sofa set placed the sofas in my living room and left. I called the brendamour company to report it and someone named Renee said that she would forward the complaint to their supervisors, and that I'd hear from them soon.
That was a week ago. Highly disappointed because my larger sofa was damaged. I am stuck with a "credit" to use with the company that I ordered my sofas from for half of the $300 white glove service. $300 down the drain. And this company does not care about the service that I recieved because no one has followed up.

We had quotes from Brendamour and another local moving company for our move from Cincinnati to Atlanta. Though I liked everyone's I dealt with at Brendamour, they were more expensive so we ultimately did not use them. Big mistake. Huge. If I ever have another move from Cincinnati I will happily use Brendamour and I will also recommend them to anyone else who asks. You get what you pay for and moving your precious home is NOT a time to try and cut costs.

The first time we got a delivery from this company, we didn't get a 30-minute warning, missed the delivery, and were told that we'd be charged a rescheduling fee. The table and chairs were then delivered damaged to the point that the seller chose to replace the entire delivery. This week, we had another Wayfair delivery shipped through Brendamour.
I called the day before to make sure that my husband's number was the primary number. They proceeded to call my number, and skip the delivery when I didn't answer at work. The supervisor informed me that the number was incorrect on the paperwork they'd given the movers, and that they were too far away to make the delivery. We reschedule for the next day, and they delivered an hour before our delivery window was set to begin.
Two of the boxes were damaged, and there are large gashes on our bed. Around half of what was delivered is going to need to be replaced. This company is careless, and it shows.

I received a call on a Thursday to make delivery. I returned the call on Thursday, but Brendamour did not return my call until Monday. Since they only deliver on Fridays, they will not deliver my furniture until a week later, too late for my party. Had they returned my phone call in a timely manner, I would have had my delivery on the proper Friday, not a week later.

My sofa arrived in a damaged box, when we opened it the sofa was broken. Brendamour Moving called to schedule a pickup. The manager, Melissa, at Brendamour Moving said she couldn't guarantee they would pick up the sofa before 1:30pm, which is when my husband & I leave for work. She said 'well, we work too. And we have 90 stops every day.' I told her I would contact Wayfair to let them know they're a terrible delivery service & she said 'go ahead, it wont make a difference' and hung up on me. So I spent 50 minutes on the phone with Wayfair so they could find a company to pick up the sofa during the time I'm home. Brendamour Moving is terrible.

Moved from cincinnati to seattle: brendamour was just excellent; arrived in perfect time, practically right when we arrived by plane. Driver Gary was top notch, 3.5 million miler without accidents and obviously highly experienced: when the local man helping misidentified a few box labels by accident, he managed to find them quickly from experience. the bar codes seem to be really good though a bit cumbersome at first: reassuring to know the boxes are all bar code identified. suggest that headquarters staff use less jargon in explaining the system to the client to understand how well the system runs! terrific job!

Our recent move from Cincinnati to Chicago with Brendamour was great. From the quote to the move in, everything was well communicated and very professional. The packers did a great job and the loaders and unloaders were awesome. Even in a Chicago blizzard the day of move in, they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone moving in the future.
