Working with Titan was extremely easy. Even when other vendors put Titan behind, they stepped right in and didn't wait. Rebecca coordinated and communicated the crane, permits and police detail. Thank you to all of you.

Helpful planning, great execution, really nice people. I recommend Titan without reservation. I needed a crane service to lift an appliance into my 6th floor apartment. Titan handled everything from picking up the appliance to get it into their warehouse right through lifting the new one in, installing it, and craning the old one out. Greg, the estimator, visited our location to assess the situation. Rebecca in the office handled a series of scheduling issues caused by Home Depot's delivery service. Chuck, Sam, and Jean did all the work on site, threading the 300# appliance through our living room window. All were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and effective. A great experience. I am most appreciative.

We had appliances craned into our condo through the window because they wouldn't fit up the staircase. From the initial visit by the measurement team through the quoting and scheduling (Rebecca was awesome!), and finally the delivery of the appliances, everyone at Titan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It wasn't an inexpensive process, but that's to be expected for this type of delivery. We would use them again!

Cranes up a fridge through the window and it was perfect. No nicks or sings or headaches. Reasonable priced and AMAZING crew! 5 stars small street in Boston and tiny window on the fourth floor of a brownstone. Big subzero. No problems. EXCELLENT!

Horrible! Firstly, they're expensive! Secondly, when they come to pick my items up, they tried to charge me an extra $1,000 for NO LOGICAL REASON! The drivers, customer service and the dispatch team were RUDE. Not only did they take THREE WEEKS after my scheduled delivery to actually deliver my items, but things arrived broken. And the day of delivery they were 7 and a half hours LATE. I rarely do reviews. But this was just bad service. I do not recommend them!

We read all of the great reviews on Titan so we thought we'd use them for our move. Now I know our move was going to be expensive because we were moving over 1,000 miles away but this company was terrible. The estimate they gave us was $2000 more than the actual price, ok that was a hit to the budget and we couldn't lose our $1000 deposit so we went with it. Wrote the check to Titan and called it a day.

On our way down to our destination they called saying we made the check out to the wrong company! Turns out Titan subcontracted our move without telling us and the actual guys didn't catch it until my husband and I were already over half way to our destination. When the original quote and time was negotiated, we were told that there was going to be a 2-3 day delivery date, 4 days later my hubby and I are still living on beach chairs while all of our stuff is *shrug* somewhere.

The actual movers themselves were excellent, but again they were not Titan, and the moving companies on the phone have been nothing but snarky and condescending toward my husband while we tried to fix the check to pay them. The idea of using movers should be exchanging money for less stress, while in the case it was more stress and more money, needless to say next time we move we're just going to rent a truck and do it ourselves.

Titan helped me crane up a large two-piece sectional that seemed an impossible task (it wouldn't fit through the hallway.thanks Boston apartments). I was even offered same-day service and the guys that came to help were very professional, communicative and arrived on time. Within 5-10 minutes both pieces were inside my living room, no damage to them or the building. They even helped me put back my window in. Would definitely recommend them for your large/heavy moves!

After finding out that our new refrigerator could not fit up our stairs, I contacted Titan. Rebecca, the manager, was so helpful in organizing a crane in short order and assuring me that they would be able to make it work, even if it meant going over the house. The crew was the nicest, most positive and professional crew of delivery/service men I have ever worked with.

They showed up exactly on time and were ready to help in anyway possible. They would have done almost anything to make sure we got the fridge into the house. They were very careful with the appliance and used blankets on the appliance and window of entry to make sure nothing was damaged. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience!

We had a 300 pound marble-topped vanity moved into the bathroom of our 1920s house. The Titan crew arrived on time, and they were all extremely respectful, professional, polite, and prepared with all of the necessary equipment, including a boom crane since the vanity had to be hoisted through a 2nd floor window. They used blankets and straps to keep the vanity, our window sill, and our woodwork scratch-free.

We were very impressed with their efficiency. They had the entire move completed within an hour. Many thanks to Chuck, Horn, and Brad for a great job! They are terrific! The woman who did the scheduling was also pleasant and made setting up the appointment easy. We highly recommend them!

These guys are the best! The customer service here is impeccable and they can move anything anywhere which is surprisingly something you actually won't be able to claim about many moving companies. I couldn't say enough good things about them.

I was in a pinch as my parents were moving and I needed to have their piano moved into our 2nd floor apartment. They were able to store the piano while we figured out where we would put the piano (about a month) and when the time came, the piano was brought in without any issues in perfect condition. These guys are the best.

Other than perhaps my family, my relationship of 25 years of recommending clients to Titan is my longest. These guys are just plain good at craning appliances to dangerous places. They are also organized, professional and customer friendly, which is just as important I highly recommend this company

Titan doesn't mess around - they are AWESOME! We called them to crane our appliances into our house. They had to deliver them to the roof, go down the roof deck hatch and into our kitchen. They took care of everything - I called them and booked an appointment, our appliances were delivered directly to them, they went to city hall and got the parking permits. (I have to say that again.) they went to city hall and got our parking permits!

They showed up on time. they got everything in place. no scratches, no dents. guys were super friendly. billing was a snap. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TITAN!

Highly recommend Titan Movers/Deathwish Piano. Hired them to move expensive and heavy furniture, along with numerous valuable and fragile objects an hour away. The job was complex. It involved picking up objects from three different sites, then unloading the various objects at one of two sites.the job went flawlessly. Everything showed up wrapped, protected, and organized.

It was hard work, at end of summer. The young men on the job sweat profusely.after this, they needed to assemble the delicate pieces.everything was performed smoothly. throughout the 14-hour move, they maintained a professional and friendly attitude.we were astounded how they took it all in stride.the owner, Greg, even called after the job was complete to make certain we were satisified. in short, this company is a class act, and we plan to hire them again in the near future.
