Hansen BROS Moving & Storage

We used the moving and storage services because we sold our previous home before we could move into our new home. I remember hearing good things about Hansen Bros. So I called to inquire. Paula, our sales person visited us and offered everything we needed to make this work for a couple in their Mid 70's! At every step in this process the people we encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful. The only breakage were two bowls that we packed ourselves. I was more than pleased with Hansen Brothers Moving and Storage helping me move my car and household goods from Hawaii to Seattle in mid December 2021. Their staff is courteous and professional and easy to work with in solving unforeseen problems that always happen when moving. I highly recommend them for any type of move.

Worst moving experience I have had. I watched them drop boxes from their shoulders, damaged chair legs, ripped cover on patio furniture in a few place, and lost 5 boxes. They all went #2 in my bathroom gross, didn't put mats down until well into the move and dirtied the house, and they turned around by driving on the fairway of the golf course. They have got MIA since the move instead of dealing with the issue. I would personally never recommend them to anyone. Photos for examples

We booked with Hansen Bros. for a local move of 3 miles within Seattle. From first contact to last, they were professional, polite, prompt and efficient. The move was completed with zero errors or difficulties. The team of 3 that Hansen sent us were polite and hard-working as well as careful with our belongings. We will be recommending Hansen Bros. to others word-of-mouth. The price was right, too. You will be pleased.

Hansen Brothers is by far the most professional and caring moving company I have ever used. From the person who visited for the estimate, to the scheduler to the gentlemen who did the actual move, everyone was courteous and professional. Working with these guys made the moving of may parents into an assisted living home far less stressful! I will definitely work with them again!

I used Hansen Brothers for two moves during the last year. One was moving from a 2-bedroom apartment, to a house and the other was moving a 300 pound BBQ. In both cases, the team was highly responsive efficient and thorough in making the plan and using technology to lower the effort on my part. On the days of the move, everyone show up on time and executed the move perfectly, with proper packing & protections around walls and floors.

The team members had a positive attitude, were friendly and helpful when making choices about how to do things. In the case of the big move, we had to reschedule for 2 days later because the truck parking was already taken at the apartment complex. In that case they swiftly checked with their office and made a new plan without charging more money or making a fuss. I will use Hansen Bros for any future move that I do + I will recommend it to my friends & family.

My family has used Hanson Bros. Moving for three generations. This was my best experience yet. The communication was excellent and everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, helpful and very efficient. I received my belongings via an interstate move with no problems, and delivered on time. Hansen Bros did an excellent job handling my furniture! They did exactly what they told me they'd do and they kept me Informed every step of the way! I really appreciated their communication with me. The driver of the Allied Moving Van also called frequently to let me know where he was and when he expected to deliver. Their contact with me allowed me to see that someone was at the home to accept the delivery. I would definitely use Hansen Bros in the future.

Utterly horrible, horrible experience with Hansen Brothers. I booked their services back in March for a summer move. They picked up our belongings from Seattle on June 22nd and here we are on July 30th and we still do not have our things. They have now charged our credit card > $7,000 and we do not have any of our belongings. Just an awful experience all around, I regret ever contacting this company to help us with our move.

We contracted Hansen Bros and Allied Moving Company to move us out of state. We initially felt great about our decision to hire them due to the company's long history in the northwest and outstanding reviews. Unfortunately, I suspect that this high level of service they are known is only reserved for their local clientele and not for customers. moving away from their market.

Before we signed the contract, they were very courteous and had five-star customer service, but after the contract was signed the level of customer service dwindled into some of the worst customer service it reminded me of a used car lot in the 1980's. I really wish I could give company a great review and some of the.

I have never used this company for moving or storage services. My review is based solely on my encounter with two of their trucks on the road this morning at approximately 10:15 am. As I was traveling through Gorst, where the speed limit is 40 miles per hour, two of this company's trucks rapidly approached my vehicle from behind, then swerved. around me on the right into a lane that was about to merge with the lane we had currently been traveling in.

The drivers then proceeded to speed around curves and cut in front of other vehicles as the lane they were in came to an end. I estimate they were going at least 5 mph over the speed limit in an area where the speed limit is already almost too fast for the sharpness of the curves, even for smaller vehicles, much less larger, top-heavy moving vans. If this is typical of the way this company's drivers handle their vehicles, I definitely would not ever want to trust them with my belongings.

While our packing crew was extremely friendly and quick on the first day, the aftermath didn't match expectations. I expected such great things! Our experience when our goods were delivered revealed many things lacking in our cross country move. Our truck was 2 days past our contracted delivery date. Vintage furniture was gouged and breakables and. lamps broken due to haphazard packing techniques.

Our Dyson stick vacuum had its cord cut because it was too difficult to find the plug? An expensive item was missing. And when we went to complain, we were told WE were to blame for having more things than estimated (we paid for the additional, underestimated weight and packing services. Square footage was based on Zillow not on asking us directly).

That WE were not prepared. An amazing amount of deflection for a service that cost well over $20k. Maybe they're great in town, but for complex moves communication, clarity, care with delicate items and customer service are not their strong suits.

The packers and movers were very professional and super efficient. The last 2 days would have been a nightmare without them. Both crews were wonderful and I'd use them again in a drop of a hat.

20 years in the military moving all the time, by Far these folks where the nicest, and most professional folks I have ever dealt with. Outstanding care taken to protect your home, and items. These guys take pride in their Jobs. You want a good experience Call these guys.

Hansen Brothers is a wonderful company that cares about the community it serves. Hansen Brothers donated their truck, driver and time to move a little over 13,000 pounds of food for NW Harvest, when other companies turned it down. They stepped up and helped out and because of them, the food was able to get to NW Harvest just in time for. Thanksgiving.

They even donated approx. 200 pounds of food at the same time! Everyone wants a mover that cares, and Hansen Brothers is the one! Thank you Hansen Brothers! We could not have moved that food without you!

The moving crew was great. I was provided with wardrobe boxes but unfortunately one was filled with trash and another filled with plant debris. Two boxes were lost - one was located and returned. The other was not located and I am being told it is not the responsibility of Hansen Bros. I would select another moving company in the future.
