This affliction is widespread and is the source of great anxiety among people who don't have huge garages or who inexplicably choose to use their garages for their cars.

Office is never open and the staff is rude. I was stuck on site for 2 hours unable to get out the gate. Called the after hours number and got no live person. Called the hotline number and they were unable to help me get out. They said they would have someone contact me to let me out. To this day I have not received a call back. Look elsewhere.

These people are liars and thieves! They will go into your unit under the premise of "replacing door".they were real good about contacting me so they could do this, but when it comes to you losing everything, they don't make the effort. They don't care about your personal things, if they can profit from you, anyway possible.they will. Bold face liars!

Awesome customer service. Krissy helped us and is FANTASTIC. She is super nice very helpful. While she was helping us other customer came in for help Krissy was able to help them and us did not miss a beat. The faculty is clean and well kept. Prices are REALLY good. Customer service is the best and the only reason you need if your looking for storage call this faculty 1st you will not regret it.

AMAZING management, Layla helped out immensely! I lost my wallet and she helped me search far and wide in order to recover it. Once she found it, after much searching, she even made a extra effort to get back to me promptly! Honest, Kind, Courteous, Professional, AWESOME. I called this location on multiple occasions, pressed the prompt for new customer and got an automated message saying their servers are down and the call disconnected. I also emailed them through their website three days ago and received an automated response saying they would reply shortly. I did not receive any replies. Forced to take my business elsewhere.
