Piano moving is no tiny task. The sheer weight and size of pianos and organs make them difficult to handle for most people. In the hands of someone not trained in piano moving, an attempt to move a piano or organ can cause damage to the instrument and your home or building. Rest assured that Pro Piano Movers & Storage offers fair prices, and we treat your piano as if it was one of our own.

Not professional at all. They put scratches on my piano. They do everything in a rush. Not taking care of it at all. They don't life the piano up, instead, dragging it. Not covering the piano well, the chain makes makes on my piano. Keeps bumping to places which makes other marks too Won't use them again.

We highly recommend Micah and his team. I was given a baby grand piano, and needed it moved. Micah got back to me promptly after contacting him. His price was by far the best I could find. We are so glad we went with them. They were very quick and knew what they were doing. They were super friendly too. So happy with my "new" piano.

I recently was gifted a baby grand piano and needed to find a mover. After contacting 5 companies I found on Yelp, Pro Piano Movers were by far the least expensive yet also had the most reviews. They explained the process of moving and all the costs involved. The move itself was great as the delivery person called me before getting to the pickup address with a time frame and then called me with a time frame for dropping it off at my home. They also called me 30 minutes before arriving, which I appreciated as it gave me time to put my dog in her kennel. They were quick, but careful. Overall great experience!

I called three movers for a quote. Marvin called by immediately. Sent me a quote, told me date that I would get call of exact hour of pickup. On that date, they called and set pick up date. They arrived exactly on time. Took pictures of piano, covered piano with protective blankets and moved it onto truck. The piano went from Oregon to Idaho in a day, arrived in perfect condition. What more could anyone ask for? Five stars!

I had a great experience with Pro Piano Movers. Marvin was incredibly responsive to my enquiry and worked with me to help plan the long-distance delivery. He and his team arrived on time for the pick up and were friendly throughout our interaction. I thought the price was more that reasonable given the distance they had to travel, and my piano arrived on time on the scheduled date. I would absolutely hire them again!

We are getting a new floor so we had to move our grand piano into another room. I called Pro Piano and they were able to move the piano on short notice. They called me the last night and they arrived this morning on time. They were polite and prompt. When they were lifting the piano out of one of the coasters, another piano leg slipped out of its coaster and banged down on the floor really hard and made a loud noise that scared me.
I asked if the piano was OK because it was such a loud noise. They said the piano was OK but they did not look at it to see if it was or not, so that is why I am giving them 3 stars. I appreciate the prompt and friendly service, but I have had pianos moved before, and I wish they were a little more careful. Usually the movers wear gloves and do an inspection before they move the piano, but Pro Piano did not.
I just called the office to let them know but no one answered, so I emailed them. Hopefully all is good but I am a little worried and hope nothing was damaged. I am calling them to move the piano back in about a week or so and at that time I will have them do an inspection to make sure everything is OK.

These guys are super unprofessional and there communication is poor and they will hang up the phone on you. If you want your piano to show up in one piece I would not use them. *please note.- reply to the business* There was no arguing in between the buyer and seller we were just getting the pay pal information so we could pay for the piano. We told the movers before we set up the appointment that we had not seen the piano and wanted to check it out before buying it and they said that's totally fine.
There response to this review should tell you a lot because they won't even admit they did something wrong. The conversation between the buyer and seller lasted around five mins and they decided they were leaving after one phone call. The seller told us that they weren't comfortable with them moving the piano after the way they were treated and how rude they were. So if you want someone that lacks communication and can't admit to their faults then choose these guys to move your piano.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst piano movers we have attempted to used. We scheduled them to move a piano but they would only take cash. They gave us a window of when they would pick it up and we were meeting them there because they take only cash. They beat us to the location and then because they needed to wait five mins they told us they wouldn't wait and wouldn't be moving the piano.
Extremely rude and hung up on us. They were also extremely rude to the people who we were picking up the piano from. If you are being paid to do a job have some hospitality and treat your customers better. The way they treated us I would never trust them to move a piano. Please note since they responded and we can't respond to the review. We were in the process of paying for the piano.
It would of taken 2 mins and they refused to wait and hung up the phone. Also the guy on the phone didn't explain that he felt it was an unsafe environment and instead was super short and rude. Also we feel very uncomfortable that they used our full name.

Summary: Need a piano moved by experts? Hire this company. I needed a vintage acoustic piano moved to my apartment and sent out a mass Yelp request. Micah, the owner, was quick to respond with an estimated quote, a few questions to make it more accurate, and discuss my concerns. Less than a week later, I had two men show up at my door with a big van and the vintage piano.
They walked the route, then moved the piano in even with a small hallways with an ease that left me in awe. Note: in order to keep it affordable, they give you a delivery window and map out the most efficient route for piano moves that day.

This is the 7th time I have used this company. They have always been punctual, courteous, caring and careful. The two men that came today were no exception. They followed my instructions for parking, we have limited street parking, and they were smiling and pleasant the whole time. They were in and out with my baby grand piano in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for your move. I live in the San Fernando Valley moving the piano to Santa Clarita.

This company did a fantastic job moving the piano. The guys were careful, quick and professional. Unfortunately, when it came to calling into the office, the gentleman, I believe he was the owner, I spoke with rude, talked over me, unhelpful, brash and completely disrespectful then hung up on me. I will NEVER use this company again. What a shame he ruined future business for this repeat customer.
