The price was about 4 hour from the original place was the low bid that I got. They were polite and friendly. But when I finally got all my items at the destination, I found most of the furniture had rub marks and some dents. Some of the boxes which I packed had gouges in them but nothing was broken. However my vacuum sweeper did have damaged which I reported and have not heard back from them.

The men seemed to be in a hurry to leave after they unloaded the truck and there were several pieces still wrapped in plastic that I had to have them unwrap. Cheap is cheap and I feel that is what I paid and the quality of the move showed it.

We had a great move with Rodney, Matt &Tim. They are very hard and fast workers!

Critical: Responsiveness Spoke with Rodney one time, seemed nice. Said I would get a phone call back, didn't happen. Tried several more times, no response, then mailbox full. My dad drove to the office, no one there. Very disappointed.

We had them move us in Sept. 2020. They damaged our refrigerator and brand new freezer. The refrigerator was so bad we had to buy a new one due to how it looked. We were assured that It would be covered by insurance per Rodney. To date after many communications with Rodney we have yet to see anything done on this. Last communication was January 16. I wouldn't have them move me because he doesn't stand behind his word!

They did a wonderful job. Larry and Caleb were awesome. So fast and professional.

Rodney and Zach did a nice job for us. Price was great (less than a competitor that we checked with). If your moving, check them out. I am glad we did.

Highly recommend! Rodney fit me into his schedule with one weeks notice last October for an out of town relocation. He and his crew were prompt, professional, fast, and courteous. My parents recently hired Rodney for a local move, and their experience was the same; nothing but positive!

Highly recommend. Rodney was easy to schedule with and he communicated with me throughout the process of lining up our schedules (phone and text). I only needed help moving one object. he still made the trip and charged a very meager sum. Will definitely use again in the future.

Rodney took this company over from John and we were very unhappy with our move. We packed everything up in March and moved onto our new residence 1300 miles away trusting Rodney and his team to take good care of our furniture. We should have known when we watched them take inventory. It was hap hazard and they did it very quickly. A couple weeks later Rodney told us our things would be there on a certain day.

We never heard from him over the weekend when it was supposed to be loaded. My husband called and found out our things didn't get loaded when they were suppose to because the semi truck broke down in Colorado. Rodney didn't call us, we called him. Making a long story short, and leaving out a lot of detail, almost every piece of our furniture arrived damaged.

We had a brand new poker table that was beat all to hell. A leg was broken off my curio cabinet, a chiming clock my husband got me for our second anniversary 24 years ago was broken. Everything was damaged. We had things from our garage missing. It's been five months and none of it has shown up. Don't use this company.

Rodney and his helpers did a great job helping me with an "out of the ordinary" situation. I needed an air hockey/pool table moved over a rail and out of a loft. Then I needed the box containing the new table put back over the rail and into the loft. Rodney was helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He calmly directed his team of 5 guys and the entire project was accomplished in about 15-20 minutes. I would recommend this company for your moving needs.
