Just In Time Moving & Delivery

What a wonderful company! We had planned to use them for a pack and move but our move was paid for so we had to use another company we used them for our pack and what a pleasant stress free experience. I had several back and forth communication and they were always so flexible, kind, and quick to respond. Also like many others, our total was significantly less then the quote! We will absolutely use them again! Highly recommend!

Overall I feel comfortable recommending Just-In Time Moving for your move. I initially worked with Amanda to set up the move. She was friendly, responsive and helpful. The information she provided to me was informative, thorough, and made me feel confident in moving forward with Just-In Time. The movers themselves, Juan and Jose, were very friendly and worked hard.

They checked in with me with any questions or concerns, and completed the move in a timely fashion. My things were handled with care, and I would say Juan and Jose were the best movers I've ever hired. There was a small issue that was handled professionally and showed me the company does truly care about its customers. I also felt Just-In Time's pricing was fair and there were no surprise charges or fees. I would give Just-In Time Moving a call, because I feel confident they are a business you can trust with a stressful and complex life event.

This is a picture of them parked in front of my driveway all day. I am not the one they were providing service for. When asked why they thought this was acceptable they said they were almost done. I know longer know what goes through peoples heads anymore but blocking a neighbors driveway for the duration of a move without at least asking is wildly unprofessional.

Couldn't have parked in their driveway? Or had the owners move their vehicles to somewhere else? I understand your predicament, but being mindful of your surroundings is better business practice, than we don't ask and we'll move it at a moments notice. Judging by the picture that wasn't going to happen with the stuff also piled up in my lawn. Also it's illegal to block public or private sidewalks, driveways or crosswalks.

Just-In Time is the best move team we have ever used. Their team of movers and their team in office is amazing. Always responsive, on time, friendly/nicest people, professional, and we can trust that they have our best interest in mind. We work with their teams weekly and don't know what we would do without them!

Just-In Time completed our inbound and storage move on 3/28. I worked with Gina on the details of what we needed. Gina was very nice, prompt with the quote, and answered all of my questions! The moving team showed up on time and were fast and professional. Rick and Miranda were the inventory specialists, both were extremely friendly and explained the process well. Noah, Joel, and Ty were the movers. They were all very friendly and handled everything with care. It was impressive to watch them work. I was very pleased with the move. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Just-in Time Moving. Everyone we dealt with was so pleasant and professional. After the estimate was emailed, Gina followed up with a phone call to go over it; all of my questions and concerns were answered quickly. I am usually skeptical when I see people give out five stars, but in this instance, it is well deserved.

The crew that moved our office was fantastic. They were careful with our furniture and equipment and did not leave until we had everything where we wanted it. I won't hesitate to refer my friends and family to them.

The name of this company is perfect. We had a week to go before our big out of state move and had not booked a moving company. Duchess was extremely kind and helpful. I sent her videos of the home and what needed to be packed and she got back to me that same day with a detailed quote. The movers were on time, quick and honest. Our total ended up coming under the quoted amount which was a relief. Only downside is that they are not located in our new state to unload our pods for us! I will definitely recommend them to local friends and family!

Absolutely the finest movers on the planet! Mike and his team moved all of our fine art and antiques with tremendous care. They were prompt, professional and incredibly courteous. They managed to move all of our treasures with skill and precision. We would give them more than 5 Stars, we give them 500 Stars! This is the only moving company we will ever use and recommend. If I could give more stars I would. From working with Duchess and Gina, who are both amazing, to the estimator and movers everything was top notch. The movers were AMAZING. They moved 5 peoples stuff, living in 4 bedrooms in less than 4 hours. Literally a fraction of the time it would have taken us on our own. They also came in comfortably under the estimated cost. I don't love to move but I loved using Just-In Time Moving for the occasion. If you're moving, use this company.

They weren't the cheapest but they were very accommodating for a last second move. The process to coordinate and go under contract was simple and efficient. They called the morning of the move arriving early with enough people and equipment to clear out two storage units. Loading from the second floor storage units to the truck took some time as they had to use an elevator but once at the house, they made quick work of it. They did a good job avoiding causing damage to the newly remodeled house as well as to our belongings. Already recommended them to others and would use again.

I called six different moving companies for estimates for our local move. From the very start, Just In Time stood out with their immediate response, and Omar's excellent customer service. It wasn't the cheapest (and not the most expensive- either), but who really wants the cheapest when you are moving, truly. You get what you pay for. The three guys who came were AMAZING. Exactly on time. Super friendly, quick and careful. Not one thing was damaged, and they actually finished early. We will definitely be using JIT for our next move.

We were between a rock and a hard place, and they responded immediately and actually did the works the next day! They turned a difficult situation into a great experience! We've moved many, mangy times over the years, and these guys were the best of all! Definite five stars!.

I submitted a previous review about Just In Time and wanted to come back and report that they went above and beyond to rectify my issues. I believe the things that happened were very out of the norm for this company and because of their willingness to work with me, would refer them to complete your move satisfactorily. Kudos to Justin for being easy to work with regarding my issues!

I contacted Just-In Time Moving and spoke with Gina. She was very pleasant to deal with. She answered every question I had about their service. At this point, we've done the pack out. They were very careful in packing our delicate items. Tomorrow they come to load our belongings for the delivery in Texas. Excited about our dealings with Just-In Time!

Our move has been completed from Arizona to Texas. It was a very smooth move. Robert & Bryan delivered our household goods, set up our beds, and placed everything where we requested. This was my 11th move in 33 years so to say the least I am familiar with both good and bad movers. I found Just-In Time Moving literally "just in time" when I needed a company to move me about 6 miles. They charged hourly rate and crushed it. The guys were super friendly, careful, respectful and most importantly worked as a team. I actually enjoyed this group of guys as these joked around with each other but worked there butts off without taking a break.

No breaks, lunch or slowing down. They did it fast, efficient but with a focus of quality. I noticed this when they were packing or bringing down heavy items down the staircase. I strongly recommend using them if you are in the AZ area!

My mother passed away recently and I was the one who had to clean out her apartment. Once I got all her stuff out there was still a good amount of furniture that I couldn't move. I found a charitable organization that was willing to come inside the apartment to make a pick up. However they were 7-8 weeks out for pick ups. I was in a time crunch so I felt Imy only option was to hire movers to take the furniture to be donated.

I spoke with Omar over the phone and explained my situation. He wwas very kind and helpful. Roman and his crew loaded the truck in record time! This has been a difficult time for me. And Just InTime Movers made it a lot easier. I would highly recommend them. Support our local businesses!

This is now the fourth time we have used Just In Time Moving to move our daughter from apartment to apartment, and finally, now her newly purchased home. Amanda in the office is awesome and the communication is spot on. Crew of two were professional, polite and friendly - like they always have been. They do not waste time - these guys are hardworking and get you from Point A to Point B without running up the clock on your dime.

Your furniture is wrapped to avoid dirt and damage and if you know how to properly pack breakables in boxes, you will be happy with the outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and readily recommend to anyone who needs reputable, dependable movers!

This is the second time I have used Justin's moving service. The first was 10 years and again recently. This is the best moving company in town! They have excellent communication, take pride in their work and are fast. The 3 guys I had this time were fantastic - Uriel, Kyrese and Dawson. They're like the dream team! Thanks again for all your hard work!

I want to be fair so I will say that the workers were nice and worked hard. The problem I have is that the day of the move they offered what they called "Full Value Protection "insurance for an additional $180.00 which I paid for. If you look up the definition you will see that means "replacement value". One of their workers for some reason brought a box upstairs that was clearly labeled for downstairs.

Not the worse thing in the world but he dropped the box from the very top of the stairs all the way to the bottom and damaged a high end Yamaha receiver and a Blu Ray player that was in that box. Total cost to replace approximately $1080.00 (including tax). They only gave me $500. When I complained they said the small print on what I signed (while I was busy watching the movers and helping to move and a dozen other things like people do when they are moving) says things that cover them so they don't need to really pay full value protection. OK so my fault for not reading the small print while a dozen other things were going on but it is deceptive to call it Full Value Protection when it is not. And "Full Value Protection" is their words.

Our experience with Just-In Time movers was great. From the time we called for information, to booking our move, to the actual move itself, our experience was top notch. The moving team was on time, efficient and fun to work with. They went out of their way to be helpful. We would very highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make a move.

These guys were quick to load my furniture in their truck with care! Unloading at new house paying attention to not scuffing or hitting the walls. Great, quick, easy move! Guys are very respectful and responsive. Worth every penny! Thank you guys!

Extremely happy with the entire experience. As a return customer these folks completely satisfied all our needs.again. From the initial call with Amanda for scheduling to the actual move with Mike, Joey, Lance and Cody, everyone and everything was excellent. On short notice, Amanda was able to accommodate our timing which included an upcoming surgery, the guys showed up exactly on time, reviewed the situation and immediately went to work.

Not only were the guys professional and hard working, they were also very pleasant and fun to work with. Having recently been through a very problematic move across country to a storage unit, JIT was a welcome relief and completely restored my confidence in movers. THANK YOU so much!

I've used these guys twice in the past few months and I'm so thoroughly impressed. They just helped me with a long distance move which I had been dreading. But they made the entire process go smoothly from start to finish. They show up on time and are excellent at communicating and asking questions to make sure the job is done how I wanted.

I had to change the details of my move 3 separate times but Duchess and the office staff were so accommodating and kind about it. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. I'm fact my Dad is considering using them for a different job because of how happy I've been with using them.

Just in time made our move seamless and as stress free as possible. They communicated regularly with confirmations of appts as well as showed up on time for each of them. The crew was very efficient that we requested them for the 2nd half of our move which they obliged. I highly recommend JIT's services if you are looking for a company that is reliable and efficient. Also, everyone we spoke with throughout the process was very courteous and knowledgeable.

I scheduled Just in time moving to help do some packing and loading a POD storage container and they arrived on time and immediately got to work. I was worried I was going to have too much stuff to fit the container but they tetris-ed all my furniture and items perfectly. They took care packing all my items and everything felt very secure and safe.

The moving team was efficient and cordial. Shout out to Greg and Cody and the two others on the team (Sorry I didn't catch your names). Highly recommend this service, reasonably priced with other moving companies. Can't go wrong.

So I have now used Just in Time Moving 2 in 2 months. The first move I had to find movers ASAP. My husband and I sold our house and we planned to move ourselves over a few days. 2 weeks before our move my husband had a major heart attack. He was in ICU for a few days and I needed to find movers. I called a few places most never returned my call but Just in Time moving texted back right away. Was so kind and helpful.

Even called me to go over the est and was so extremely nice and professional when I was a complete mess. We even had to reschedule multiple times just a day before the move since the apt we choose to move to wasn't ready. On two occasions. They rescheduled again without making us feel bad or adding any additional stress to our situation. We had Nick, Tyler and Brandon come out on time we're professional, polite and moved at a quick pace.

Extremely professional like everyone I have dealt with. Needless to say our apt was awful and we got out of our lease and picked a different place to live. But that meant not even a month later I needed to get movers again. So I set up with Just in Time moving because come on why wouldn't I. Once again just the best. This time we had Nick, Tyler, Tyree and Brandon.

I was just as happy and enjoyed the move as much as I did the first time. I have used Just in Time Moving before a few years back when we bought our house but company's can change. This one hasn't. They seem to understand your as good as your staff! I would highly recommend them.

Nothing short of exemplary, outstanding, courteous, an overall excellent customer experience. Adjectives just will not justify the great job our 6 man two trucks crew have done. This is not our first or last move. Just In Time will handle our next two moves as we have our home build completed. This move is the first move ever where we've had the crew members checked in to ask if we had any concerns or questions.

They also saved us quite a bit of money as they used only one of the 2 storage units I reserved packing all of our valuable furniture as well as boxes neatly and safely. There wasn't room to fit another item. They could have easily taken up both units and saved themselves the extra effort filling one unit. In summation their exceptional work earned them our trust and loyalty. You can't go wrong here! Highly recommended for all your moving needs. Special thanks and shout out to our crew!

We just wrapped up a local small office/commercial move this past week with Just-In-Time and they were GREAT. I did a decent amount of research and scoped out a few companies and got multiple quotes. Their quote was average or slightly lower and their customer service was awesome! Very straight-forward, answered all my questions. The movers were on-time, hard workers, professional, very polite, and overall nice guys. Had the job done within the timeframe window of 2-4 hours (I think it was about 3). Bobby and Trey were great! Highly recommend. Would use them again and recommend to others for office or residential move.

The guys at Just-In Time moving were excellent today! This was our second time using JIT Moving! They arrived early and worked straight throughout the day to get our move done! We are downsizing so we had lots of furniture going into a storage unit and the rest to our new townhome! They made the transfer to both locations seamless and so easy! Rob and Dallas were the leads and insured that our belongings got to where they needed to be and were not damaged!

They even disassembled and reassembled some of our items! And at the end they walked around the house with us to make sure every piece of furniture was exactly where we wanted! I can't recommend JIT Moving high enough!

I cannot say enough about Just In Time! The lines of communication are stellar, they are professional, hard workers! I have read other reviews where the movers are lazy and take their tome since it is per hour. Not these guys- they worked straight, were so polite and accommodated our last minute changes! Mike and his crew (3 total) showed up right as scheduled. They were all courteous, professional and friendly. They took excellent care of our furnishings and moved swiftly to load the truck. The unloading/reassembly process went quickly and smoothly at our new home 95 miles away. I'd highly recommend Just In Time moving. They were communicative and very reasonably priced!

Follow up review. Moving is stressful, right? Locally or domestically. Well. I can't even begin to say (again) how pleased I have been with this moving company. They are efficient, timely, honest, affordable, and the absolute best at staying on top of their game. I had to move my belongings in to their storage units due to Covid. Through the process of moving out of my place - they provided detailed information to every question I asked on the initial call which held true throughout my contract with them, stayed in frequent contact with me, showed up exactly when they said they would at the beginning of an anticipated 4 hour window of arrival time, and moved my stuff out with care, caution, and precision.

They know what they're doing and treat your things like they would their own. I then relocated and had to move my things out of their storage vaults. They gave me every recommendation as far as size of Uhaul I would need, to what other supplies I would need to provide (moving blankets for example) since they weren't actually doing my move to the new location.

And again, they showed up at the warehouse as early as the beginning of the window of arrival time they had provided along with staying in contact and updating me along the way. I also LOVED working with every member of their team. You can tell and hear it in their voice that they are dedicated and passionate about their company, are experts at what they do, and follow through on their values of their services and their company.

One of the best decisions and companies I have made/used when it comes to moving. I highly highly recommend them. Thank you Just-In-Time-Moving for making what is usually a very stressful process a seemingly seamless one. You guys and gals are ALL STARS in my book!

We used this company March 15th to move from our 1 bedroom apartment exactly 1.9 miles away into a different 1 bedroom apartment. The price: $550.00 The experience was awful. * The movers themselves were inappropriate, asking questions about my engagement ring, our occupations, & making comments about the building we were moving into. They also asked as soon as they arrived if they could use our bathroom which they did not clean up after they finished using it.

This cause us to have to clean the bathroom before move out AGAIN. * They wrapped the furniture & moved everything very quickly, but with that came the price of a broken nightstand, with the front mirror shattered. They didn't take the shelves out inside the nightstand & were so rough the shelf shattered the glass on the outside. Upon close review, and inspection aside from our nightstand they also lost screws to our clothing rack that are not replaceable, they stained our brand new mattress, (which we didn't notice until taking apart our bed) broke two computer chairs, and broke the footboard of our bed. * we removed our original review because we received a phone call from the company saying they would get people out to come & fix the broken nightstand & the footboard to make it right.

Well over a month later without notice a glass company showed to fix our nightstand & shattered the glass furthermore all over our floors. We pulled glass out of our feet for weeks. They also used glass too thick when they repaired it so the original drawer knobs no longer work with the night stand. When they tried to attach the old knob they shattered the glass in a new place once again. We had less then 10 pieces of furniture & 3 of them are permanently damaged. It's unfortunate we did not get the same service & experience everyone else has shared.

Jacob and his crew were outstanding from the moment they arrived. Very polite and easy to work with. The office team were equally fantastic making booking a very easy 15 min call as they covered all aspects of our requirements. Our thanks again to all at JIT! Way to go.

I just wanted to update this review, as we have used Just-In Time Moving for two more jobs since the initial post. I have to admit there were a few hiccups the second time, some scuffs, a few damaged items, while not complete disasters, did end up on more items than I had wanted. I mean who wants any of their stuff not to arrive in perfect condition?

I know it wasn't for lack of trying, as the Just-In Time crew really does try hard. They were able to reach out to me based on my feedback and make things right and that really speaks volumes. Thank you Sonya for fixing everything, you really were on our side to make things right. Everyone has their off days or things don't go 100% but these guys stand behind their service and want to ensure you are completely satisfied.

This is exactly why I will be calling them the next time I need movers and still recommend them to others. We ended up posting some notes around the properties to help the movers do their thing for the move without crowding them so everyone had their space during COVID. It seemed to really help the process along to be organized for moving day. The movers got their space and just about everything made it to their home! Just-In Time Movers are honest people doing honest work and really do want to try and make sure you have a great experience.
