We used Business on the Move in November 2021 for an office downsizing and reconfiguration. Bryan Berry was fantastic to work with - he was responsive and followed through on everything he said he'd do. We had office furniture being moved to numerous locations across Cleveland - all of which had to be disassembled to some extent. It required several moves on several days. I liked their pricing/fee structure and I thought the costs were reasonable. Business on the Move did a superb job for us and I highly recommend them.

I love Business on the Move. I was in a jam and had to move short notice while my boyfriend was out of town. Business on the Move was easy to communicate with and the movers were EXCELLENT. Let me tell you there in nothing more satisfying then watching movers get everything in and out with ease. The service was perfect. Friends of ours hired these guys for my residential move. The entire crew introduced themselves and asked us to please not be shy about directing them as the move progressed. The movers were all professional and polite and not one item was lost or broken. I never met any of the sales or office staff as this service was a gift, but I can only assume that they were as top notch as the guys that we did meet.
