This company moved me on May 24, 2022. Be warned DO NOT USE THEM. The movers arrived at my house an hour late. Upon arriving they informed me that they didn't move single items such as tv's, pictures, lamps, etc. Had I known this I would have searched for a mover that you know moved everything. The movers arrived at 10am and did not finish moving me until almost 10pm that night.
I had originally expected this move to take 4 to 5 hours tops. Obviously I was wrong. They charged me $1500 for 11 hours of work though they only did 10 hours. To add insult to injury when my husband and I went back the next morning to move everything that the movers did not they had left empty water and soda bottles everywhere. I thought this was it but no.
When I actually was at the closing for the sale of my house the potential buyer who had an inspector do a final walk through presented my with a $1500 repair quote for damage to the staircase. I was at a loss. The only way the damage could have possibly occurred was when the movers moved me. So I paid $1500 to move, another $1500 for damage they did to my staircase and my husband and I spent an additional 3 hours moving everything the movers that we paid did not. I will never use this company again.

I am usually not the one to complain about a company. However, I was recommended to this one by my brother who has used Allstar Moving twice. I had an appointment this morning 9-9:30. That I had scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I waited till 10 to call, just in case they ran late with another move, with no answer. After calling multiple times and even leaving a voicemail, I finally gave up.
At this point it is 11:00am. I get my sister in law to call them instead and was able to get ahold of them. The man apologized, the guys had lost my paperwork. It is unprofessional. I should have received a call back. I was able to get another company. Making Moves of Ga to come move my things, same day. The lady at Making Moves of Ga was super understanding and was genuinely able to help me. Read the reviews of this company carefully before making a choice on who moves your home. I know I should have.

DO NOT USE THEM! I normally don't write reviews but I felt like I needed to and hope to help a family. I called a lot of moving company's to get prices. when I called Allstate moving the owner said 135 an hour and 195 for one hour to move our hot tub. I told him to schedule us since he could do both and most moving company are not able to move hot tubs.
He assured me he would take care of me and get everything done. He keep saying it been in business for 27 years. Come to the day of moving I called him at 5 no answer then again at 5:45 finally he answered with a hateful voice. When I asked when would the moves be here since we agreed on 4-6 he told me will ma'am I didn't even have 6 men to show up today.
I let him know that's fine but you stay have to move our Belongings in the house. Then he goes to tell me well I told you 4-6 and it's 5:45. He keep changing his store being hateful cussed out my husband said some pretty bad thing towards his mom. He was never going to call us and let us know he couldn't it. We had all of our kids bed apart our bed waiting on them just to be a no show no call. Please whatever you do stay away from this moving company. It cause a lot of unneeded stress on our family.

I've used several moving companies over the years and these guys were the worst. They wasted time arguing with each other. They scratched up my dining table, scratched and dented my refrigerator. They didn't reassemble my king bed as they were supposed to. Worst service I've ever had and very unprofessional. They don't deserve one star.

I called to schedule an appointment to move my furniture 1 week prior to the actual move date. I was told they were able to move me at 100 pm on the next Saturday. I called @830 am on Saturday, the date they were supposed to move me and the guy answered the phone with nasty attitude stating mam we are going to get you moved between 2 and 4 pm. No one never called or followed up.
I called the office and the voice mail picked up. This company does NOT deserve a 1 star! This is the most unprofessional company and should be put of of buisness! Beware do not call them for service. They are terrible!

We had a GREAT experience with Allstar - our third time of using them, including a three-day move from our Macon family home to a townhouse and a three-truck move from Macon to the Orlando area. In this most recent move of our son from Atlanta to Savannah, Rick and Antwan were professional, hard-working and friendly and completed the loading and unloading in record time. I would absolutely use Allstar again and recommend them highly.

These guys were great! I called last Wednesday to get an estimate for a two-stop move. Dan gave me my quote and we discussed him providing a follow up call to me to confirm my time block of 12 -2 for Friday. I didn't get that call, so I followed up with Dan on the day of my move to reconfirm my time and he told me that my time block would need to moved to 2-4 since another move had been scheduled before me.
I was fine with that until one of his drivers called at 3:30 and said that it would be well after 4 before they could arrive on site. That's where I drew the line. I accepted the fact that I didn't get my follow-up call to confirm my move, and I also accepted that my time slot was given to someone else, but I was not about to accept that the latter time was not going to be honored.
I called Dan and voiced my frustration and he explained that times were hectic due this time of year. I pressed him into eventually owning up to misplacing my phone number before giving someone else my slot and I wanted to know what he would do to make things right. Let's just say our conversation ended on a very sour note. I was ready to go with another service provider.
I called his driver back to make him aware that I no longer intended to use their service and that I would be letting the world know how I was treated. As I was speaking with him, Dan called me back and told me that he had a second crew coming from Dublin who would arrive before his original crew could get to me and that they could be there around 4. Dan offered a reasonable discount off of the move to which I agreed and waited for his crew at my storage unit.
With such short notice, he was able to get two guys to come, but I was impressed with these guys! They hustled without being careless, honoring all my shipping requests. The plan was to have the two movers get things started and the original crew would meet up to finish the move, but these two guys ended up handling the move which involved two separate storage locations and an upstairs destination, which in my opinion is too much for just two people, but again, these guys were phenomenal!
The second crew arrived at the final destination and relieved them and were very professional as well. They hooked up my washer and dryer and bed and didn't complain about their day despite not finishing with my move until well after 8pm. At the end of the move, I was advised that Dan gave me an ADDITIONAL discount beyond what we agreed to. I am rating the service with 4 stars because despite the misfiring and eventual blowback that resulted in the beginning, Dan did indeed make things right for me and his guys were amazing.
When operating a business, mistakes happen, but it's how those mistakes are handling that matters in the end. I have another move coming up soon and will be using Allstar Moving and this amazing crew again.

I have moved 7 times in the last 7 years. I have never in my life enjoyed my experience more than I did today! These men are hardworking, selfless and dedicated workers who went out of their way to help us get into our new place. The price was less than half of what other companies offer and we all laughed, helped each other and had an overall great day with a very very difficult and time consuming move.
I cannot say enough about All Star Moving after today. We will continue to use them and highly recommend them. Hands down. the best job ever! Seamless moving and amazing service
