I usually work and/ or deal with Mrs. Kathy and she has always worked with me. We have had a unit for around 2 years and still do up until present day. She has always been nice, polite, and respectful. We have never had an issue that we couldn't resolve. She has always done whatever she could to help. As a matter of fact whenever I call we don't just talk about paying the bill, we also usually talk about current events so she is very personable and I appreciate everything she does!

Kevin was very professional, helpful, & courteous in providing & explaining everything I needed to know about the new app that the facility has changed over to! I have rented with Centerville Storage before & I had a great experience then & is the reason for returning & found everything is still friendly & easy to work with! I would recommend them 100%

By far the most professional and friendly establishment I have dealt with! Very clean facility & every manager that works the property goes above and beyond to give top notch customer service. Certainly the small business experience I look for and loved getting to support a local business! My items were safe and sound for the months I stored them and moving out was simple. I absolutely love Centerville Self Storage. All of there employees are nice and very helpful. I never have any problems getting any questions answered or things taking care of. Me and my family actually have 5 separate storage units here, and I definently plan to keep all business in the future here with Centerville Self Storage. Thanks for a great experience.
