Dry Ridge Moving & Transport

We scheduled Dry Ridge Moving after getting many expensive quotes from other companies because they had the best price. We just had Kevin and Dave move our furniture and boxes to our new place and they did a great job. Constantly working hard, being careful of our items, and great communication before, during and after the move. We will definitely be using them again.

These guys were great! We were in a bind and they found a way to fit us into their schedule and get us moved before our deadline. Chris and Rex showed up and were professional and great to work with. Definitely recommend these folks for your moving needs.

These guys helped make a frustrating experience much more manageable. We shipped a container from Costa Rica. Upon arrival it was "inspected" and in the process re-packed with less than careful attention leading to several open or crushed boxes. The team at Dry Ridge transferred the goods to a box truck; repacking it to minimize the damage and delivered it to our door. They moved boxes to several staged areas - including up a flight of stairs. They were professional, courteous; helping tremendously during a very stressful time. Thank you!

I would recommend this moving company to anyone anytime! They are reasonably priced. The owner/manager Sean is super kind and efficient and makes himself available to his customers for whatever questions at generous times. He lays everything out for you no small print straight to point and keeps in touch with you through the entire process. His movers Kevin and Rex came on time, followed everything I needed and worked fast.

Although this was a close move from Asheville to Greenville, this team made the stress of moving disappear. They even helped give me ideas on how to arranged the furniture in my new house. These are some hard workers and although I hope to be able to use them again on my next move, if I don't, I will put in the BEST word for them! My partner and I moved to Candler at the beginning of November (2021). He had a house in Fairview plus a storage building on site there and then I had two storage units in Arden all packed full. These two movers: Danny and (I really hate that I'm struggling to remember the other mover's name) were incredibly quick, efficient and helpful. They were moving with us from 9am until almost 6pm.

We had A LOT of stuff. They even disassembled and reassembled some larger furniture that wouldn't fit through the front door for us. They were incredibly affordable when comparing to other companies in the area. I was very impressed and should we ever need movers again they are FIRST on our list to call for the job.

The Dry Ridge Moving guys did an outstanding job of moving our offices from Charlotte to Asheville. The move out and subsequent move in was fast, efficient and clean. Very professional, with great attitudes. Just a nice group of guys who knew their business and got the job done well.

We sold our home in Cullowhee, NC. We contacted Sean at Dry Ridge Moving.and he gave us a quote. When they moved us out, it did not take as long as they thought, so Sean adjusted the price. I thought that was fair of him rather than holding us to the original quote. We had to put our household goods in storage for a while. Therefore, there were two crews involved: the one that move us out and the one that moved us to our new home in South Carolina. Both crews were friendly and fast. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I will use Dry Ridge Moving.

We are VERY satisfied with the service Dry Ridge Moving provided. From the walk through with Sean to moving day with the team led by Chris, we experienced excellent service. The move was efficient and the guys were very friendly, communicative, and professional. The price was also reasonable and there were no surprises at the last minute. All around, just a really great moving company to work with.

Sean at Dry Ridge and his team moved us from Asheville to Knoxville, and they did an excellent job. The firm price quoted the move at a competitive price and even held the price when we added some last-minute moving requests. Do your homework, but know Sean is working his business with an eye towards quality and customer service.
