I used Warners last May to move from Pa to Florida. I thought I was using a professional company. My communication with the office was very good. Then the moved actually happened. I couldn't be more unhappy with the actual move, what a joke! The movers (Eric) lost numerous unreplaceable things. I had to actually take missed items to Red Lion myself because of the indifference of this group of people.
Many boxes were not delivered to my home in Florida. The moving experience is very difficult and chaotic. These people added to that experience. I am still uncovering things that I didn't receive in my new home. I would NEVER use these people again, the pain they have caused me is unmeasurable.

So disappointing. Do not believe what they tell you over the phone! Wait until you get the estimate. The owner will assure you that he's giving the total price but when the estimate comes it's much higher. When questioned about it he will get mean and nasty and then cancel your move. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY! He will try to make you think you misheard him- NOT TRUE! I wrote down exactly what he said. Now I'm left in the lurch trying to find another mover.

Be very careful. Warner's Moving broke our 55 inch Smart TV during our move and then would not pay to replace it as they said it must have been broken before the move (why would anyone move a broken TV?). Supposedly we had insurance included in the cost of the move. Our case was moved to Atlas and Warner's would not participate in determining the settlement. I would NOT recommend Warner's or Atlas for any move.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with this company, practically all of my furniture was damaged m, items were missing I spoke to the owner I filled out a damage claim and contact the office multiple times they promised to send someone out to look at the furniture, I have yet to have anyone contact me back or call me in reference to this.
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone I hired a professional company they came with two younger adult Gentlemen that looked like high school kids, I packed all of the boxes myself all they had to do was put the boxes on the truck. When asked to place boxes in a certain area, they could not put them where I asked because they said the boxes were too heavy.
The owner is rude and obnoxious. The move took place the 3rd of July and it's almost the end of November and not one person has contacted me regarding my claim. DoNot use this company! I will be filing a claim in the court system and with the better business bureau. I have given them ample time to rectify the problem.

Used Warner's to move me from Lancaster to North Carolina. Joe came out and estimated the job, and came back with what I thought was a fair quote. Warner's was also the only moving company in the area that would meet my moving deadline, pick up on Wednesday and deliver 2 days later Friday morning. Thankfully the Joe estimated the weight of my stuff about 700 lbs heavier than expected so the final bill was less than the agreed upon quote.
That was a nice bonus. The moving crew was extremely professional and careful with my belongings. Only gripe I have, is the morning of the delivery, 30 minutes before the moving truck arrives, I received a text from Joe informing me they are hiring 2 guys local to help unload a heavy safe I have. He said because I didn't tell him there was no elevator where I was moving (up to the 3rd floor) that the extra guys were needed and I would have to pay for it. However, when he originally estimated the job I specifically told him there was no elevator, knowing that could be an issue.
It seemed a little unprofessional to get a text about it morning of, so I called him immediately to inform him I would not pay extra and I did tell him there was no elevator from the beginning. He didn't answer and I left him a voicemail, never got a call back. Again, somewhat unprofessional and borderline cowardly if you ask me. I was prepared for a long drawn out fight to not pay extra for the extra bands hired locally, BUT when my credit card was billed, there was no extra expense. All that to say overall, my experience was pretty good with Warner's and I would recommend them to others in the Lancaster County area.

We would not recommend this company. We had extensive damage to woodwork and walls when movers took our furniture out, not to mention the damage to our refrigerator and numerous nicks and chips to our bedroom furniture and other items. We paid by the hour and the first crew, who we felt was high incompetent, took six hours to move us. They did not use protective blankets for our good furniture, did not load the truck well, i.e., my favorite trunk was at the very top of a stack unsecured!
The second crew who moved us into our new home only took three hours and were much more professional in the way they handled our items. Overall though, we'd have to say we regret using this company.

Do not listen to any of the bad reviews with this company. I will admit, when moving my house from Pennsylvania to Florida AND 2 cars I was skeptical because of the reviews. The owner personally spoke to me and put me at ease right away, assuring me they will make me proud. They did a great job, Eric the driver was in contact with me the whole time and was on time with arrival as scheduled.
They packed everything great, not one thing was broken or misplaced. Both cars were delivered without a scratch. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the helper in the Florida location for the driver was not on time, but that was no fault of Warners in Red Lion.

I had a small office move which involved relocating a few pieces of office furniture from one office to another. I tried unsuccessfully for five weeks to get a quote from a local mover who is less than five miles from our office. I contacted Warners Moving & Storage, who is 35 miles away, and I had a quote from Joe Allen within 2 hours of my request.
Once I accepted the quote, Joe immediately scheduled our move, which was performed 3 business days later. I was very happy with our salesman, Joe Allen, who was very professional and understood exactly what we needed and explained the quote to me in detail. When the driver and his crew arrived, I explained in further detail what we needed done, and the movers had everything disassembled, in place, and reassembled in less time than I expected, and exactly as we requested.
I was impressed with how quickly the furniture was moved, and the movers were not disruptive to our business in any way the entire time they were here, which is important to any business. My experience with Warners Moving and Storage, specifically Joe Allen, and Larry Martin and his crew, was professional, quick, and effortless on my part. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of an office move, large or small.

After searching around a lot for a moving company to move our stuff from Pennsylvania to New Mexico, we decided to go with Warners because they gave us the lowest estimate. While they did go over the initial estimate, the final price was still cheaper than many of the other estimates we had gotten. I did experience some hesitation towards the beginning stages of the move. communication was not great and I felt like I was a little bit in the dark around what was happening with our stuff.
For example, when they movers came to get our stuff, I still had not heard any estimate of when our stuff would arrive at our new home, and then felt like my phone calls to find out were ignored. The two movers who came to load everything also were not very knowledgeable and could not answer any questions, which was a little concerning. HOWEVER, I did hear back the day after our stuff was picked up with an estimate of when the Atlas Van Lines driver, who Warners had contracted out to because they did not have a truck available for such a long move with so little stuff (we were moving into a 2 bedroom apartment).
Our stuff arrived 8 days after it was picked up, which is what we were hoping for. Though I felt uneasy at certain points, overall everything worked out great. Our stuff arrived on time and only one wine glass, out of all of our things, broke during the move. I WOULD recommend Warners Moving & Storage.

This company is customer focused. They allowed me to watch the weighting of the furniture to enable me to obtain the actual weight versus the estimated weight which the salesman Joe Allen gave me at my house. The actual weight was approximately 2,000 pounds less than the estimate which saved me almost $1,000.00 off of the final invoice. Always go and watch the truck being weight before and after they load the furniture. This will save you money. Warner's Moving company is a great company.

Joe Glitz messed up info with our move for starters the movers were 30 minutes late yet wrote down they were on time on the sheet to charge us, moved extremely slow (work is slow right now the one guy told my husband) and then to top it off damaged all of our bedroom sets right in front of us by dropping these items on site they signed a note claiming their business would take care of things properly but when we called later they told us there was nothing they could do but what was on the contract which I never would have signed papers but the mover assured us things would be taken care of since it happened on site not during the move.

I would give it zero stars if I could. They are careless and unprofessional. They give you a quote and charge thousands more with no change in weight. Unfortunately the better business bureau moved our case to Atlas which is the parent company. I have no problem with Atlas. We have moved many times with them without a problem but Warner's is an Atlas agent and unfortunately Atlas is going to cover their as sand make their record look clean but trust me, they are ruthless a-holes.

After numerous attempts to schedule a moving estimate, I am throwing in the towel. Based on other estimates I have had done so far for my move, Warners is missing out on nearly $10,000. It amazes me that a small business would ignore a potential customer in this economy. I do not recommend Warners Moving & Storage, if you would like to move in this century. Otherwise, by all means, wait for their call back.
