Can not say enough about how pleasant and professional the Haynes team was in moving my piano. They took great care in making sure they handled my piano with great care, and they were super engaging and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Strongly recommend Haynes to move your piano. We used them to move an antique grand piano that was going from our home to our sons home. A polite, knowledgable person answered the initial call. Three movers arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, they were very careful and knowledgeable. They spotted a crack in one of the legs and recommended a gentleman to repair it. Two weeks later the leg is repaired and they came back to set the piano. Can't thank them enough.

I wanted to buy a used piano as a gift for my son, but I live in another state. I called Bob Haynes to find out what he would charge to move a free piano that I saw was available online. He explained to me the many potential pitfalls of buying an unknown piano -- all the things that might make it untunable and unusable -- but it turned out that he had a few pianos that he was storing for his clients that were for sale.

I bought one of these at a reasonable price, and he moved it for me. He could not have been nicer and gave excellent service, and the piano was exactly what we wanted. Very happy and satisfied customer!

Bob immediately responded with a quote to move our Steinway from Virginia to our home in Pennsylvania. His rate was incredibly reasonable. He remained in constant contact with us throughout the entire move coordinating the pickup and delivery. The piano arrived without issue and we have already passed his name on to another performing musician who needs to move a piano for a family member! Bravo Bob Haynes!

Very professional company, I had a long distance move and they were done in 1.5 hours. They were able to help me set up the piano at the perfect spot of my house. Their price is also reasonable. Recommended!

Terrific communication and very easy move in York and delivery in Pittsburgh. Required 3 men for the job and they were all very nice. Fast in and out which made me a little nervous at first but then I realized they do this all the time and were very good. My son in Pittsburgh said they did a great job on a difficult stairway on a hill as well. Would definitely recommend.

Really great experience. Reasonably priced, and able to schedule our move the same week. The delivery men were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable, helping us figure out the best way to angle our piano in our room for purposes of both aesthetics and ease of maintenance. Highly recommend!

This company called me several months after their poor service and asked me to change my Yelp review. The woman calling was nice, so I changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars. Now after reading the owner's lies in his updated comments, I'm changing it back to 1 star. I won't address all his little lies but will address the big lie of my piano not being delivered to Houston (from Philadelphia) as promised-- Why would I cancel a piano delivery?

I don't have an answer for that. But I do have a clue why my piano was dropped off in Dallas, approximately 250 miles from my home. The scheduler told me that the company was coming back from delivering a piano in Colorado, so Dallas was a much quicker drop-off than Houston. Maybe they were under scheduling pressure. I just don't know and don't understand.

I changed delivery address from one Houston address to another Houston address because of the long delay between when Bob Haynes promised my piano from when it actually was delivered, my in laws got a puppy. I personally didn't have a good experience with this company other than my piano being delivered from Philadelphia to Dallas without damage.

Excellent service from calling for a quote (Kerry) to setting up pick up in York and delivery to Pittsburgh on a hilly stairway. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish, this company was top notch. I was given a reasonable quote upon calling, and I was able to schedule a time within the same week. The night before, I got a call telling me the window of time the movers would come the next day, and the day of I got a call an hour before their arrival. The movers were courteous, careful, and quick.

All three movers were incredibly careful with my piano and the floors and walls at both locations. For an added bonus, they gave me some helpful piano care tips, which was very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend Bob Haynes Piano Moving!

I had my piano moved and stored while I was in between selling my house and buying my new house. The gentlemen who transported my piano were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. My piano is almost 200 years old, and they handled it with superb care. I would 100% use this company again.

While courteous they damaged or piano and when I took pictures and sent it in they said that damage was already there. The woman on the phone, Carrie said for me to ask my father who was present if they inspected the piano like they told her they did. My father said they were in and out and did no inspection. No way for us to dispute or resolve issue as they believed their own workers despite my father contradicting their claims that they did not inspect the piano in front of him.

They just were in and out and hauled it away. Further delivery address was taken down wrong and piano delivery was delayed by two days. Very disappointed. Be wary of using this company.

I had Bob Haynes move and store my piano while I was overseas. I'm now back in the States and have written twice asking about my piano and for a quote to move my piano to my home in Florida and have heard nothing back from them. They were great at moving but I am very concerned about why I have not heard from them regarding bringing my piano back to me.

I have the original invoice and the proof of payment for storage. I'll keep trying to reach out but it shouldn't be that difficult. The website notes a quote will be received within 24 hours. I originally reached out before moving back to the States and again last week now that I'm settled to no avail. Mr. Haynes, kindly take care of this situation.

My wife used Bob Haynes piano moving to move our piano to my daughter's house in fl. Three guys came in and the two younger guys Craig and Kevin where well mannered and polite. But the older gentleman was very bosses and use a lot of curse words including the f word a few time. Which i dont even use myself. He use a few other words to describing how he felt about the job.

Beside that The guys knew what they were doin and where good and fast at it. It was just the attitude and language of the older gentleman. I would recommend them. but not if you have kids.

When I called to set up a time, they were more than willing to be flexible. The night before the pick/delivery, they called and confirmed the appointment time with me. They were very professional and kind. They moved the piano with great care and were on time for the appointment.

Bob Haynes Piano Moving did a good job moving my pianos, very efficient and safe over rough ground. They worked hard to move the pianos without any damage. The only problem is I had sent them pictures of the area they needed to cover and of the stairs they would need to move the piano over. They quoted me a price for the move, but when they wrote up the bill they added $150. It was quite a surprise as they were aware of the terrain (they had pictures) and we had settled on a price by phone. Happy with the move, unhappy with the billing.

I just had a piano moved and I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with how well it was done! They were prompt and fast, well educated in how best to move the piano, kept an amazingly positive attitude the whole time and worked like a well-oiled machine as a team. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend to others and turn to them the next time I need a piano moved! JOB WELL DONE!

I am baffled by the negative reviews for this company. Their price was very reasonable and they scheduled with little notice for an early morning appointment. Pickup and delivery were right on time and our piano was moved with great care. I was amazed how quickly they were able to move the piano into my house. I recommend this company 100%.

They promised a delivery date. Called the day before to postpone delivery for two weeks because they said it was more convenient for them. I had previously told them that I was unavailable after the scheduled delivery date, but that information was ignored. Stay away from this company!
