Very friendly staff and they also provide moving carts for your items and they have 4 floors of storage with access to a freight elevator its clean and affordable as well as having a security system to enter the building when no one it there all in all 5 stars

Nice place! Made the moving process easy. The Manager there is incredibly Professional, Kind, Understanding! Been with them for over a year and I do recommend High Falls when you need a place to store your precious belongings! Plus their prices are FAIR then anywhere else I found!

This place is disgusting and infested with mice and roaches! My property had mouse urine all over it and we spotted cockroaches running around on the walls! When we complained to the owner, Todd Quarterman, we were told "it is what t is" so we moved out immediately! AVOID this place, its unsafe and infested!
