Adamski Moving & Storage

Beware! Booked a small local move for Jul 23 about a month and a half in advance. Agreed to terms. Called to confirm the move a week prior and was told by the office manager that "we were all set and good to go." Received a call from the same office manager yesterday, 2 days prior to my move, and was informed that my move was canceled due to the fact that an employee "may" have COVID. Asked when they could reschedule she told me never because they are booked solid through August. Asked to speak with Tony the owner and she Hung the phone up on me.

Left a message for the owner and have not received a call back. This is not how you treat customers. Ignore your customers they will go away. I understand that people may get sick but you have to try and make things right. Horrible!

Adamski movers were right on time today. There were 3 men & they moved our washer, dryer, stove, & huge refrigerator safely & securely! They were very nice & went above & beyond hooking everything up at our new home. They also moved the old appliances where I wanted them. There was an hourly charge & it was right in the price range I was quoted!

Just had Adamski/Loyd move my household from Rochester to Buffalo. They packed it up one day with amazing speed and delivered it the next day and unloaded quickly. The entire crew was polite, courteous and hard working. They had a tight landing to navigate in the old the house but they did it with no damage. They also moved some existing furniture in the new house to where I wanted it with no hesitation.

I would highly recommend this moving company. I was nervous after seeing some reviews for other companies and a friend's own experience with lots of damage. Adamski/Loyd made the move painless.

Moved on 9/14 and I was extremely pleased with the service. I was a bit worried that the movers didn't have on any safety straps, dollies or body moving equipment to keep them physically safe from getting hurt (the old ergonomic safety assessor in me).they were extremely fast, my furniture was not damaged at all, and they were friendly. Highly recommend this moving company! The guys busted their humps and did a fabulous job!

Guys were very nice and worked non stop, price was reasonable and they were on time. After going back to the storage unit to take a better look. Have to lower rating for the way they stacked storage unit, not good use of space. Big items were not put in perimeter as storage manager and I suggested and boxes clearly stating do not stack have other boxes on them, everything just shoved in.

I suspect some items damaged, but won't know until I empty unit I had to ask to wrap mirror and curio before moving them, would think that would be a given. They worked hard, Just not careful with items Disappointed

We moved our 5 bedroom house from Utica to Rochester and these guys were great! I must have called them 20 times before the day of pick up actually came, and they were always very polite each time. We have tons and tons of stuff (like where does it all come from?) and they worked so hard all while dealing with my barking dogs (sorry again!) They asked where each and everything went, and if I even picked up something small they said don't worry we got it. I would deff use them again and recommend!

I am so happy to review this company! To begin, I want to thank Tony and the crew for all their hard work while moving me into my new apartment. This process was seamless because of them. They truly went out of their way for me. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone. Friendly, professional and accommodating!

Excellent service. Very responsive to any questions or needs. Crew was great, friendly, careful, professional. Price was very fair, and they did the move so efficiently that we paid less than original estimate.

So many people had recommended another local company, but just to comparison shop I called Adamski/Lloyd and spoke with Tony. There was something about the kindness in his voice that made me want to hire them and it was a continued pleasure throughout. I had to switch moving dates and Josiah was quite accommodating and timely in getting back to me, and the J crew (all three had J names that I can't remember right now!) were AMAZING!

So professional and courteous and a real treat to work with on what could have been an otherwise really stressful day! I am so thrilled that I trusted my instincts and would recommend this company.

After a careful look at reviews for various moving companies I hired Adamski/Lloyd. It was a great move on my part. Josiah was my contact person. Jake, John & Jeremy were my actual movers. I can't say more about their customer service and overall conduct. Quick, fast & courteous. I definitely would recommend this co. You won't be sorry.
