Mr Small Move

We used Mr Small Move today, 6/29/22 from Palm Beach Gardens to Vero Beach. What a fantastic experience! We had RJ and Marisse as our movers, they were amazing! Aaron, Tom, Troy, and Show did a great job with our move across town. They arrived promptly wf 8:30, which was right on time, introduced themselves and worked efficiently to finish packing and load the trucks. Same experience on the unloading/unpacking at our new house. Overall, great experience!

I had a complicated move (involving 3 addresses) and Lonnie and Dewayne were just fantastic. They called before they arrived, they were friendly, polite, professional, and efficient! They wrapped all furniture and other pieces and essentially treated our furniture as if it were their own. I highly recommend Mr. Small Move, and in particular, Lonnie and Dewayne. They moved everything with ease and care. It was by far the best move I have ever had. Thank you!

If anyone is thinking about renting a truck, asking friends or family to help, and moving your house full of furniture, DON'T DO IT! We called "Mr. Small Move" and instantly knew we were on the right track! Our movers, Tiny, Dewayne, and Lonnie were fantastic! Our moving needs were not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Sarah, the scheduler, answered all my questions with patience and a "can do" attitude! I highly recommend "Mr Small Move" for any move you are planning!

The driver (Tony) and his helper (dewayne) arrived on time, they were fast, very good at insuring all items were packed well, and put onto the truck very carefully. We have used movers previously that "really struggled" to make the move successful -these two guys were the best. Everything about this company including the team members that we dealt with before the actual move was very professional. Thanks to Tiny and Jordan for the great job that they did today moving my furniture from a storage area into my new home today. They never slowed down from start to finish, but we're very careful not to scratch the paint off of any door/wall. Highly recommend.

We used Mr. Small Move for our recent move from apartment to new home. My old employer has used them for years to move office furniture from space to space. When I contacted them, they immediately scheduled a representative to come out and give us a quote. In the office, Sara, was quite efficient in keeping us up to date and scheduling our move. Unfortunately with new construction, our move date was rescheduled several times and Sara always tried to accommodate.

When Lonnie and DeWayne showed up on the day of the move, they were friendly and respectful, asking questions where appropriate. Not only were they delightful, but STRONG and able-bodied. This is the first time my husband and I used a moving service, but after this great experience, I am never moving myself again!

Lonnie and Dewayne did an excellent job moving our heavy furniture into storage! They were very professional and efficient! We appreciated their hard work and managing to keep everything safe and packed into the storage unit so well! We'll be seeing you again when we move our items out of storage!

Lonnie and Dewayne did an AMAZING job with a move for our business. They showed up early, worked efficiently and quickly, they were incredibly kind and made our whole move VERY easy. We will definitely use them again!

Rodney, Travis and Dwayne G. were great. Funny, efficient and very careful with my belongings. They even moved a couple of very large and heavy Michigan rocks! They managed all this in the pouring rain. I will definitely hire them to move again!

Used for a local move in Vero, April 2021. Broke a 30 year old wall mirror in the truck due to the fact that it was never wrapped or protected. We were never told by the movers and after searching for the mirror after the truck left, it was as no where to be found. Subsequently, after calling the office we were told the movers had broke it inside the truck.

The insurance company for the mover places a value on anything broken at.60 cents a pound. This $800.00 mirror from 30 years ago has a value of $18. Beware- be totally involved in your move and be sure to take out the FULL COVERAGE OPTION!

They are so DISHONEST I'd never recommend them to anyone! They quoted us a price of $5,600.00 and I said to them I don't want any surprises on the price After I signed the contract and I was guaranteed there would not be a difference in price. Well when I got to the other end the price went up more than double it cost me over $12,000 to move to my new location my furniture had mold on it and it had several tears and cut on various leather furniture, it was a nightmare. I had over $10,000.00 in damages and was given a little over $500 and I sent pictures of all the articles and damages! They said it wasn't on their list!

These gentlemen moved our Steinway Grand from one room to another with ease and professionalism. I called on Tuesday and they were here right on schedule the following day. Tiny, Matt, Dwayne and Derick wrapped the piano like it was being moved to Alaska to protect it. They made the job look easy and they didn't leave until we were happy with the position of the piano in its new space. Professional, courteous and respectful.

Our three man crew of Tiny, Jeff, and Travis were on time for our 11/13 move and completely professional. They took great care of our furniture and finished early and under budget. They really made what is usually a very stressful moving day into a great experience. I can't recommend them enough. Our stuff went to temporary storage and we will be requesting the same team for our move in on 12/9.

We used Mr Small move on Tuesday, Nov 3rd. We were pleased with their service. The guys, Matt, Derick, & Colo, were on time, polite, took extra care covering furniture that needed to be moved making the move look easy to us. Thank You Again!

Dewayne and Lonnie were our delivery people. They were great. Punctual Efficient Pleasant The company had offered us one month free storage which was perfect for our situation. The office staff was also very good. Highly recommend them.

We used Mr. Small Move recently for a local move. Moving is always stressful, but moving during a quarantine is even more so. Tiny, Dwayne G, and Lonnie were consummate professionals. They took all the necessary precautions, were polite and were VERY hard workers. Despite the rainy conditions and my special requests, I never once heard a complain. Best of all, everything arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Our friends needed a few pieces of furniture moved to their new home. Mr Small Moves employees, Phillip and Dave did an excellent job pick it up on time and delivering on time. Both were very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again and would recommend for smaller jobs as respects moving. 04/17/2020

We just moved yesterday and used this company. Always responsive with communication at the start. Our 3 movers showed up on time and ready to go. They were polite, upbeat and got us moved in a reasonable amount of time. Our movers were Phillip, Dwayne and Lonnie. Another huge issue was that I forgot to bundle up my rings in the drawer. In the move the wicker chest when over on its side.

The rings toppled around. Found 3 rings but still missing some. It was either Phillip or Dwayne who found them in our new driveway 2. One my mom gave me when I had my 1st child so very sentimental. We recommend them to anyone considering a move. Mrs K

I booked a furniture removal with Mr. Small Move. They were great, they re confirmed the day before the scheduled move and called me to say they were on their way. They arrived exactly on time. The move went very smoothly, they handled our furniture and boxes with great care. The team were very courteous and fast and before we new it we were all packed up and on our way. I highly recommend Tiny and his crew, they were fun and very hard working. They turned a stressful time into a piece of cake. Thanks guys, you are the best.

We'll be there at 9:35AM said the voice on the phone, 30 minutes later, at 9:35AM exactly, Tiny, Lonnie and Dwayne G. arrived. Tiny threaded the 26' box truck through our crowded parking lot with the ease of a real professional. After checking with us regarding preferences, they began to load. Friendly banter kept the job light, though it was anything but.

In no time the truck was loaded and we were headed for our destination. It could not have gone more smoothly. If you have a moving job to be done, these are the guys to do it. I recommend them without reservation.

3rd time using these awesome guys! This time job was large, bulky and heavy patio furniture to be moved to an upper deck up a spiral staircase. They nailed it quickly and neatly. No damage and they asked me to check to make sure they had the furniture where I wanted it. Thank you, Lonnie ans Dwayne! Nice job!

I strongly suggest you do not use this company. Three days before our move they cancelled our move completely making us have to search for a new moving company in time to close and move out of our house in what another company told us was the busiest time of the year. On top of cancelling our move they were extremely unprofessional in their responses (written and verbal) and upper management had no control over their employees or the fact that they had messed up the entire move in general.

We first confirmed our move with Mr. Small Move 10 days before our desired move date. They guaranteed a move of 8:30 am and the date we have wanted, they even sent out an estimator who once again confirmed the date in person. Following the estimation the company sent us an email saying we were not on their schedule and to email to confirm. We immediately did so and called them as well only to receive a voicemail - this was inside their business hours on Friday.

On Monday, we heard from the company saying that we were scheduled for Thursday but they had moved us to the later slot between 10:30 - 2:30, not ideal but we were at their mercy. A few hours later we received a call saying they were unable to move us because our move was 20 miles short of their long distance policy. They knew the move location upon our first call.

We stated we would just pay the difference of the 20 miles - they once again confirmed that they were able to do the move. Again, a few hours later they stated they were not able to do it because of distance. This is when I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not on duty/onsite and I was told she would call me back - when she called me back she said that they did not have the capacity for the move (nothing to do with the distance, which I was previously told) and had zero remorse for the situation. Luckily, we were able to find a different moving company after scrambling - Do not let this company trick you into thinking you are scheduled when you are not. Pick a different company. We got dumped.

Nice guy but he should've told me you couldn't fulfill my requested move date before you did an estimate. You told me you could on the phone.

Great job! Mike and Phillip did the move yesterday. Mike and Phillip were great to work with. Both provided conscientious and professional service. This is the second time I have used Mr. Small Move. Moving is never fun, but Camille in the office along with Mike and Phillip on the truck made the arduous task much more pleasant.
